Honestly, I was shocked by the condition of the animals. I’ve only ever seen such emaciated and beaten creatures in disturbing footage from animal welfare organizations. Sorry, but one of the reviews mentioned that you were supposedly one of the few stables that actually cares about animal welfare—meaning the horses aren't emaciated. And while I can't judge the cost of animal feed—or horse feed—here, you certainly have control over whether or not the animals get beaten or mistreated.

I also have a horse and always lived with horses. So my dream like every horse girls dream was to once ride at the sea. So of course it was very important to me that the horses are heathy and well feeded and that’s what they’re are! Also the guides (especially Abdu and also the horse Hero) and the car driver that picked us up were really nice! Thanks to the beautiful experience!

We took part in the sunset horse riding and swimming trip. It was my first time riding a horse and all the staff members were incredibly helpful with me including Abdul, Zizou, Alice and Khalid. I felt very safe the entire way through and taught me all the basics as we went. They cater for both experienced riders and beginners so I would recommend it for anybody interested in horse riding during their trip to Hurghada - 5 stars!

Fantastic experience- really researched a lot to find a stables where horse welfare a top priority and close to European standards and so pleased we found it at Lucky Horse. All horses had stable, plenty of shade, hay, carrots, vitamins, fresh water and were in good condition. They know their horses well and matched us to the horses well. They managed really well with the level difference between me and my 16yr old daughter- she was keen to gallop as an experienced rider and I only wanted a gentle canter. It was very hot so we didn’t want to push the horses too much and they respected this. Saeed was an excellent guide, clearly cares for the horses and was gentle in his manner with them. If you are worried about some of the reviews of other stables with animal mistreatment, starving over worked horses etc then give these guys a go- we were pleasantly surprised! Owned by Estonian family so stable is run to European not Egyptian welfare standards.

It was a really enjoyable experience. The horses are friendly even though it was my first time riding them. I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to try horse riding.

My ride took place on the 5th Feb, My guide was Rebecca, a very experienced rider from Germany, who was professional, caring and thoughtful to needs of rider, but ultimately towards the horses in her care,I would highly recommend that should you ride here, then ask to go out with Becky From a personal point of view, i would say to not do the 'swimming thing' but to do the longer ride up the beach (one hour against a two hour ride) That said its a great experience, Lucky Horses may not be the cheapest riding place, however, going for a cheaper place, you'll find that they cut corners on the horses care and what feed they get, if you care about the horses, then this the place to go I was able to see the horses in their stables, that are all shaded Again highly recommended

Absolutely amazing experience with a desert and beach ride in the sunset. Beautiful and well cared for horses and very good guides. These guys really care about their animals ❤️ Highly recommended if you want a safe and fun experience. Our best experience in Hurghada so far and we have been in different stables! They have many horses, including two rescued ones who don’t work and are still recovering. They had alot of hay and strong food for the horses, we even said some horses don't eat and the food is on the floor :) Each horse has its own box — something very rare in this country, where many places still tie horses to walls. They also have two paddocks so the horses can walk and there was small horses and even a baby donkey :) There are also lots of friendly cats and dogs and even small baby cat:)🐾 The stable also employs European staff, and the owner, a European woman, has truly put her heart and soul into this place. You can feel the love and respect for every animal. We truly recommend it — an authentic place run with passion, care, and kindness.

Abdo is amazing, very friendly and a great guide. He was happy to show us around the stables and clearly loves his horses. It was fantastic experience galloping across the sands and swimming in the sea on horseback. Thank you!

I came to this stable in November last year and really enjoyed it. So much so that I came back and brought a friend too. We had such a great time, we booked again. The horses were great, well fed and very clearly loved. Muhammad was great with us and took so many photos for us. We will definitely return when back in Egypt. These horses are in the best condition I've seen over there. Healthy happy horses is all I asked for and that's what I got. Can't recommend them enough.

It was great! Amazing horses and the guide took lots of beautiful pictures in the water and filmed us while we were galloping. They take care of the horses really well and the rides are suitable for beginners or experienced riders!

I was picked up by my guide and went to the stable together. My guide's name was Rebecca and she was Mega nice and very very helpful. In the beginning I was allowed to explore everything Mega was beautiful. The baby goats are so cute. We wanted to ride and my horse wanted to go back and raced back to the stable with steam 😂☺️. Rebecca then decided to give me another horse that is calmer. We then kicked off and it was just incredibly beautiful. She explained a lot to me and then got in step all the time. The water is so unbelievably turquoise and were also riding a bit in the water, which was mega beautiful 🥰. We came to El Gouna and shot a lot of photos and videos. It was fantastic🥰. Rebecca has a lot of experience and has always been on hand immediately if anything was🥰. The stable is very clean and the horses look very good. There's a lot of care for the horses.

Outstanding walk, people are super reassuring, hyper sociable and smiling, it was super nice. As a horse I had feyruz.

There were three of us, we could choose the horses ourselves. Depending on skills and previous knowledge. Suitable for beginners and intermediates. Advanced riders can ride gallops. Great horses, well maintained. Nice guides. Have felt safe!

If I could I would have put 0 stars Place to boycott, catch tourist animals not in condition and waiting all day with their stools. We had also come to make a croquette donation for the cat/dog, unwarm welcome and a pain a thank you The driver had a very hard time finding our pick-up point and so we arrived more than 2 hours late
