Comfortable coach, great tour guide Abbas who was knowledgeable, friendly and clear. Abbas helped us through the long day, nothing felt rushed. There was also a good buffet lunch. Obviously it would be preferable to spend more time at Pyramids but limited by the time. I would encourage them to drop the perfume shop and allocate the time to pyramids.

The trip was amazing from start to finish. The pick up was prompt and they were very friendly on arrival. The coach was nicely air conditioned and gave us cold water throughout the trip which was very much needed! They also made frequent stops so we could buy snacks and use the bathroom. The tour of the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum was amazing. Our guide Abbas was really informative and made sure that we were getting the best views and pictures of everything. He was also really friendly and sent us pictures of us throughout our trip. I came with my boyfriend and we both agreed that this was the best trip we've ever done. We were hesitant about the long coach ride but it was so much better than we thought and they did their best to make sure of this

Visiting Cairo, the Pyramids and the GEM was absolutely unforgettable! The sights and history are mesmerizing, but what made this trip truly exceptional was our phenomenal guide, Abbas. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Abbas for bringing the history of Egypt to life and making this the trip of a lifetime. I cannot recommend him enough!

Pick up was alright we got bug bites from the bus seat. Altough our tour guide Abbas did everything to make our trip fantastic due to the conditions of the bus and the scheduled 6hour trip turned into 8 hours because of that for us it was a 3-4 star experience

The piramids are something to see once, once you see and photograph them that is it. The museum on the other hand is quite spectacular and I recommend spending more time at it.

Booked as it was advertised as a small group, however the longest part of the trip is travelling on a full big coach, seats are allocated however we were made to move seats to accommodate a a couple of girls which resulted in us sitting in the back row of the bus where the seats are smaller and both myself and husband had no access to air conditioning for the journey making it the most uncomfortable journey ever, We were unable to sleep on the journey resulting in us being absolutely exhausted and soaking with sweat when we arrived at Cairo, the whole tour from pick up to drop off back at hotel was 24.5 hrs

Gamil Hassan prepared a great tour for us. He was very proffesional, kind, and presented the locationas in a very interestig way. The pyramids are as spectacular as I imagined and The Grand Egyptian Museum in Kairo is the most most beautiful museum I have seen so far. The security and presentation of the arartifacts are like nothing I've ever seen. Museums around the world: take notes. An unforgetable experience. Everyone should visit. Highly recommend.

Gamil hassan was great. He was very profesional, has a lot of knowledge and is very patient and kind with turists. New museuim in Kairo is fantastic, build with cement glass and lights. You must see it.

Although our actual time spent in Cairo was enjoyable & our guide was superb (Gamil) please beware that if you are travelling as a family of 3 (as we were) you may well be asked to move seats to accommodate other passengers during the journey from Hurghada to Cairo, which made the journey extremely uncomfortable due to the poor air con on the back row of the coach & no air con at all if you are sitting in the centre seat of the back row. The uncomfortable journey from Hurghada to Cairo is the reason for the 2 star review i have given.

We were not sure if we could manage this trip with our 2-year-old daughter because of the long journey, but we decided to go for it—and we are so happy we did! We were picked up from our hotel on time in a comfortable bus with good air conditioning. The bus ride to Cairo was long, but it was worth every minute. Once we arrived, our guide, Sameh, surprised us with a private car just for our family, making the experience much more comfortable. The Pyramids were absolutely amazing, and we even enjoyed camel and horse rides. Sameh was an outstanding guide friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and very experienced. We honestly could not have asked for a better guide. After a delicious buffet lunch, we visited the stunning Grand Egyptian Museum. Sameh showed us around and explained everything in great detail. The journey back to the hotel was long, but we are very glad we made this trip. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo. An unforgettable experience!

It was a great trip and great value for money

Our trip to Cairo was absolutely unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. Visiting the pyramids in Giza was a dream come true — seeing these incredible ancient wonders with our own eyes was truly breathtaking. The atmosphere, the history, and the views were simply magical. The highlight of the tour was also the new Egyptian Museum, which is modern, beautifully designed, and filled with extraordinary artifacts. The exhibits are presented in an impressive and engaging way, making the history of ancient Egypt come alive. Tutankhamun’s treasures and the massive statues were especially fascinating. Everything during the trip was perfectly organized: transportation, timing, and the guide’s knowledge and professionalism. Our guide was friendly, passionate, and shared many interesting stories and historical facts that made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this Cairo tour to anyone visiting Egypt. I came with my friend to visit the Pyramids and GEM. We had a wonderful time learning about the history of the Pyramids and Ancient Egypt. Our guide Sameh was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting facts and information. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Perfect day in a small private group (just the 4 of us). We started with a relaxing Nile boat cruise, then visited the Grand Egyptian Museum , really amazing, starting from the colossal Ramses II statue at the entrance. Buffet lunch included with a view of the Pyramids, an unforgettable setting. In the afternoon, the Giza plateau with the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, Menkaure and the Sphinx. Our guide Sam was outstanding: incredibly knowledgeable, clear in his explanations and always happy to answer our questions. Being just 4 of us made all the difference, personalized pace and full flexibility. Highly recommended. Ask for Sam!

Amazing trip Once in a lifetime experience Abdul was a fantastic guide, even though we had lots of stops in our day, we still managed to take enough time in each location, to browse, take photos and take in the sights, Abdul cleverly adapted the itinerary as the weather was poor in the morning, this was perfect because we got to see the great pyramids just as the clouds started to clear over the Giza Plateau. Abdul was super knowledgeable and friendliest guy we could have asked for! What an amazing trip!

It's a very long journey in a minibus. On the way to Cairo we stopped for 1 and a half hours in a type of queue but had no explanation as to why (could be to do with security but don't know for sure). Once we arrived we had a wonderful Egyptian guide who accompanied us around all the sights and it was fantastic.

It was an excellent day with an amazing guide. Harmed was spectacular with me and the group. He bought the tickets for me and took care of everything. Extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. He truly made my trip worthwhile.

I booked this Cairo excursion based on its strong TripAdvisor rating and the description of a small group, professionally guided experience. Unfortunately, the reality fell well below expectations and raised some serious concerns. The most troubling issue occurred on the return journey, when two random local individuals were allowed onto our coach without any consultation or explanation. One of them travelled all the way back to Hurghada with us. Passengers were sleeping on a long overnight journey, and this created a genuine safety concern. This is completely inappropriate for a paid tour and directly contradicts the idea of a controlled “small group” experience. We were also charged €10 per person for transfers despite the listing clearly stating that pick-up in Sahl Hasheesh is included and that only certain other areas require an additional charge. We were staying in Sahl Hasheesh. The operator refused to acknowledge this discrepancy when raised. The guided element of the tour was very limited. The guide did not accompany us into the Tutankhamun room at the Grand Egyptian Museum, nor at the Sphinx or the pyramids. We were given brief explanations and then told to explore independently as “free time,” while other tour groups clearly had guides with them. This significantly reduced the value of the experience. At the museum security checkpoint, a guard took my phone for no reason and attempted to force me to unlock it and pressured me to provide my passport and pin number for copying. This was intrusive and distressing, and there was no meaningful support from the tour staff during the incident. A large part of the itinerary felt focused on papyrus and perfume sales stops rather than a cultural or educational experience. In addition, our vehicle was delayed by around 1–2 hours waiting to form part of a convoy, extending an already very long day. While the drivers and guide were personally friendly, the overall organisation, safety standards, and service delivery were not consistent with what is advertised or what I would expect from a highly rated tour. When I later raised these issues directly with the tour company (as they requested), the responses became aggressive, dismissive, and highly unprofessional rather than focused on resolving the concerns. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this tour.

Excellent well organised excursion from the pick up location to drop off point, the team members done what you’d expect and more making the day an experience not to forget. Overall great 5 stars experience. 2 minibus drivers were smiling allday long. Our guide Ahmed answered our queries and gave us reasonable time slots at the Giza pyramids for pictures and wandering around. Lunch was nice and tasty. Optional Nile boat ride for 10eur was Ok. Newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum, 2hours are not enough, but definitely woth visiting. Papyrus shop stop was unnecessary after the whole day, could have spent these 40 mins at the museum. Drive back was much faster, than the night convoy ride. Pick up and dropoff was awesome. Recommended! Many Thanks to the whole organisators team.

I almost skipped this full-day Cairo trip after reading mixed reviews, but I’m really glad I went. As a solo female traveler, I had a great experience. The ride is long, but the transport was fine . There were 7 people in my vehicle, with AC and reclining seats (not luxury, but comfortable enough). The day was well organized. I visited the old Egyptian Museum, which I enjoyed, though many artifacts have been moved to the new Grand Egyptian Museum ! worth noting if you’re very into history. The Nile boat ride was relaxing, and we had enough time at the pyramids and the Sphinx. Despite some reviews, the timing felt reasonable. There are shopping stops negotiate prices (start around 50%). ⭐️Tips: if you want to go inside a pyramid, I recommend the smaller one (€5) instead of Cheops (€30). There’s not much inside, but you still get the experience. Also bring your own toilet paper or napkins, small cash for restrooms, and a neck pillow for the long ride. I really enjoyed the day, met great people, and experiencing the craziness of Cairo was priceless.

The tour guide was amazing and took such good care of us and we all learnt so much! Everything was so well organised and I was so pleasantly surprised that we had such a small group and a large van, it made the journey so comfortable.

Egypt was definitely the best trip I've ever taken. I was completely satisfied with the tours, especially in Cairo. The staff were excellent and I was treated very well. Overall, they were excellent. I traveled alone and felt very safe.

The experience was good! We saw a lot of things and got our own guide and little minivan with a good airco and water on board . The experience we have with a small good is much nicer , so it was really good. Iv been there with my Daughter and son. And for us it was a really nice experience. We got our own time to walk and enjoy.
