Very cool experience, amazing views, would recommend sunset ride as beautiful sunset. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend
I never leave reviews but, I’ve just had an awful experience with this tour. First of all, it was my last day in Egypt and we wanted to have a funny special moment ( my friend and me) and it became a disaster. The tour says that we will have a tea, water included, visit of Bedoin village, etc , this never happened. Never saw any Bedoin village , we never had tea, we never had any water! It says we will enjoy the sunset , funny joke, this never happened because we left before sunset , it was still super Sunny! So no sunset to enjoy. They also mention a camel tour. All we did is jumping onto the camel for one picture and get off right away , so there is no ride at all , lol Last joke , it says 3 hours tour or 3 hours and a half. It was less than 2 hours!! This is unacceptable, they refused the refund for this, and in addition the wanted us to tip! Please, avoid this SCAM at all cost…
Amazing experience. The guy I was with, Ahmed, although he did not speak much English, he was really nice and took some pics and videos of me too
Brilliant, loads of fun and about the right length of time for us. Was just two of us so got to go zooming off and no waiting around for others.
Amazing experience me and my friend are not confident swimmers but see the dolphins were on our bucket list so we couldn’t miss it and the guys made us feel so safe and we really lovely with helping us
Although I got a taste of doing an ATV ride. I would not recommend it. For several reasons 1) the so called guide could speak bare minimum English so we had difficulty following his instructions. 2) it was a sip of tea in a fake set up village for tourists 3) the camel ride was also a big joke. I had higher expectations.
We booked this activity and eveyrything went smoothly. Some behaviour were tell tale signs but we brushed them off. When we arrived we didn't have googles so we rented them but 3€ is a bit too much especially when the googles are quiet old and the dirty water they wash them with is just disgusting. The drive out was ok, we arrived at the destination. There was a short camel ride, a small mound to walk up and traditional bread making to see. We were there for the Quad so we did not care too much. The toilet was a disaster, really dirty. The least they could do is clean it. On our way back several of the Quads had breaking and steering issues we kept bumping into each other and at one point we went off and almost turn over. When I stopped and call over the guide he said there is nothing that he could do, which was really disappointing. We had to make the way back with faulty Quads and risk getting hurt. When we arrived, we wanted to leave. Our bus was waiting but they told us no, we are obliged to wait. We didn't understand why, until some guy came out and distributed personalised photo collage and told us it is 1€. It is not the money but the principle, you have to ask before printing. We said no and handed him the photos and walked off. He was obviously mad at us but this behavior is unacceptable.
Booked on the back of previous reviews It did not disappoint.. great communication from the start Pick up on time no hard sell we used our own head scarfs and sunglasses Tour guides were polite and fun Yes I would recommend and value for the money
We were picked up from our hotel right on time — the driver came into reception to collect us, which was a nice touch. The car journey was about 25 minutes from where we were staying. The quad biking was great fun! Definitely recommend wearing the provided goggles — sunglasses won’t be enough for the dust. We brought scarfs with us. Our leader, Mohammed, was really friendly and took lots of photos for us, which made the experience even better. The camel ride was short but cool, and the tea they served was lovely. There are small shops on site if you need to buy anything, and you can bring a small bag with you. Overall, a really good experience! We did pay 400 LE for a fridge magnet, which was quite steep — so make sure to double-check prices before buying souvenirs.
Nice and recommended safari for Hurghada - is an experience that you must have it while you are here. Recommend with all my heart. Perfect.
Everything was exactly as described. A wonderful and interesting experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hurghad
Excellent organisation from transfer to return. Helpful staff and great experience. Enjoyed experience with friendly staff and support offered throughout.
Must do when you visit it was amazing staff were too and the camera man was brilliant too loved the pictures it’s all very professional absolutely amazing and a must do
Our driver Mohammed picked us up on time and made sure we were comfortable for our journey there and back. We also had some great photos taken by Bashar and were happy to pay the reasonable fee to download all the photos he took of us that day which was really good value for money. Be expected to pay for hire of goggles and a scarf to cover your face if you don't already have them with you though. Thanks to Yaya for making this a great experience which was really fun. Overall we loved the days activities and felt it was great value for money!
We had a wonderful tour the local dessert. The team was experienced and took care about our safety. My daughter really enjoyed the Quad experience. The video and pictures taken during the tour are nice and of good digital quality.
Overall the excursion and quad biking were mostly fabulous. We drove across the desert towards the mountains and back at sunset and it was a lot of fun. There was a great photographer who took lovely photos at an extra charge. And there was a camel ride too. The disappointing things were that we were charged £24 for scarves (to keep) and goggles (for rental) for 3 people. This was we felt a dishonest scam because we had no choice having already paid and travelled 30 minutes. It should have factored in to the original price or we should have been told in advance so that we were forewarned or could have bought our own scarves. Renting out the goggles was a swindle and overpriced. The original $33 per person was very reasonable though and so, on balance, it was still a reasonable cost but the way it was done felt unfair and dishonest.. Also....the Bedouin village is a fake up and shouldn't have been called that. It was a group of huts which was not inhabited.
My score is impacted by the poor service by the management and staff that receives you once you arrive. We traveled with a very large party 17 people. Each family dynamic was different so when booking it came with challenges. When we arrived the manager was very aggressive and even disrespectful as we tried to explain what happened? They have serious issues with colorism, as the white party next to us was treated with great respect!! If you are black I would reconsider and go with someone different, as your money is all they want they will give you poor customer service
This ATV quad safari was honestly the highlight of my trip! Riding through the desert was such a thrill – the views were incredible, and the feeling of freedom out there is hard to describe. The team made everything super easy and safe, even for first-timers like me.
From the moment that our driver dropped us off, the excursion started to take a bad turn. The driver wash rushing us out of the van while he was smashing the door against me. I was noticeably frustrated, and from there onwards, it got worse. As African Americans, our treatment compared to that of white tourists was noticeable different, we were forced to ride a strict line, and if anyone, including children, fell behind, they would yell at us. On top of that, how to book which quad you need is a confusing process where you have to make individual bookings for each type of quad you need(double or single). After the terrible service, the men began to gaslight me and call me angry because I didn't like the treatment that we were receiving. At the end, they called me a mafia guy( not sure what that means o assume they were calling me a gangster. Mind you, I'm a father and husband, and we were celebrating 22 years of marriage and spring break. If you can choose a different company you should. The hospitality from this company was nonexistent. They are rude and condescending unless you are white, of course, and then you will probably have a great time. This was our only bad experience during our stay in Egypt. It was clear that they wanted our money but not our business.
Stopped numerous times so the photographer could take dozens of (super cringe) pics of the couples in the group, while everyone else just had to sit and wait. To get the pics you’d have to pay 25€... The Bedouin village is definitely not a Bedouin village, the camels get kicked and mistreated. You get the tiniest little cup of tea, everything else you have to pay for extra… Very disappointed
This was worth every penny what an excellent experience!!! The guides where amazing so friendly and helpful and honest the most loveliest people your ever meet couldn’t do enough for you.
A 22km ride into the desert on a quad bike with breathtaking views of the sunset and a complimentary camel ride and Egyptian tea
I really enjoyed but guide man lie about trip length ( he told about 22kms one way and it was 14🤣). That’s all from me…………..
Quad Adventure Review The quad biking itself was an amazing experience—thrilling, well-organized, and a great way to explore the area. The main guide leading the tour was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the experience enjoyable. However, the photos were an absolute letdown. We paid £40 expecting a quality album of our adventure, but instead, we received a film filled with random people we don’t even know and about 100 identical-looking pictures. It was completely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. If you’re considering booking, definitely go for the quad adventure but skip the photo package—it’s not worth it.
Tour self was exciting, but they keep 3 monkeys in small cages, very sad. The kids played with the monkey and got bitten.. 4 vaccinantions later, holiday was over.
Very good day trip for the price. I personally loved it. Was on my own, but all guides friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.
My husband, father-in-law and I booked on to this tour purely for the quad biking. When we arrived we were given a safety briefing and then had a test ride. We have done quad biking before and they operated in the same way. The quad bikes were well maintained and we were provided with helmets. We were with a family who had never done it before and they did struggle a bit but the guides helped them and by the end they had got the hang of it. We travelled approximately 11km into the desert to the Bedouin village with a short stop along the way for a drinks break. The terrain seems flat but is actually very bumpy so it may be hard going for people who aren't used to it. There wasn't much to see at the Bedouin village and the camel ride was very very brief so not really worth it. Then we travelled back on a different route with another drinks stop. If you are just interested in a short quad biking experience (about 1.5 hours in total) it is worth it. However be aware there are various additional costs to be paid in cash or card on arrival. We were advised via WhatsApp the day before the tour that the quad bikes were doubles and there would be an additional fee of $5 per person for a single (as we were an odd number we would have had to pay $5 anyway but we all chose the singles). There was also an additional fee of $3 per person to rent some goggles (required due to sand and $5 per person to purchase a scarf (you can bring your own but it needs to cover your head and mouth and nose - we had just taken snoods). We were aware of these fees based on other tour reviews but the tour description should make this clearer and should include the cost of the goggles in the main fee. A photographer came on the tour with us and took lots of photos and videos of us. The cost is £10 per person. Seems steep but is about the same for similar packages we have done in other places. I found it a bit strange that they charged some fees in dollars and then these in British pounds but it is probably because our whole group was British. It was ok as the exchange rate was similar but something to be wary of in case of overcharging. We did buy the photos and are due to receive them via WhatsApp today (can't comment on quality as we haven't seen them yet). Overall an enjoyable experience for a reasonable price even with the added extras (excluding the photos) but the pricing could be made clearer as could the requirement for the scarf to cover head and mouth and the fact the price is based on a double quad bike.
Everything was great.. The tour was amazing, the view of the sunset, desert vibes etc. Thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman:) Its been great pleasure to meet you.
Beautiful place and very Good people, it was funny……… quad bbq dinner camel ride . Photos stops .. all very good also food
Staff are so friendly and very helpful and make the experience. Very good value for money and a must do trip in Hurghada.
I paid for tour including "Hurghada: ATV Quad, Parasailing, Jetboat & Watersports" First they took me to ATV and charged 7euros for scarf!! and 3 for goggles. The first ATV broke down after 5min and we needed to wait for them to bring a new one. The second big had some issues with gear and sometimes I didn't feel safe. Then the hassle started. They needed to drive me from the ATV place to the Marina. One driver dropped me off on the road and other guy game to pick me up. Then we waited on the harbour to get into the boat. Once on the boat, we drove far from the harbour and changed again. All the time we were told just to change, no information why, where we go, how long is the wait etc. For 10minutes parachutes, it took more than 3hours!! And finally they cancelled the banana boat and jetboat. I got 12euros refund, which was like nothing.. Super disappointing on how everything was organized and communicated. Find some other (more reliable) operator in Hurghada.
The tour is really bad organized and it is not 3 hours. Our tour lasted 5 hours and 30 minutes in total because of the transfer (again bad organized) and the quad tour lasted 2 hours. When you get to the “beduin village” it is not a village, there are 2-3 let’s say houses where they sell you tourist traps and where you can just sit and relax. Camel tour horrible, the camels are exhausted because they just do circles in 50meter field. You can ride s camel just to take picture and after 2 minutes you are down. Quad as itself it’s good if you like adrenaline so you will like it but for me it was horribly organized. Would not recommend.
Gilberto is a kindest man and he helped us a lot and he is so beautiful and if we need anything he can arrange that for us and I will repeat this again with him
The trip was excellent. Joubert Mohammed was excellent and really made us feel welcome. He looked after us when some of us got stuck on the bikes.
Booked at 9am this morning then picked up at 2pm, great time had by my 2 sons would definitely book again
Riding an ATV in the desert in an ATv was very memorable. Speeding in the desert and enjoying a Bedouin tea in their village were highlights. Very fun doing something seemingly so familiar in a very new terrain.
Trip was good. Had a lot of fun doing the parasailing, glass boat ride, and banana boat. Finished it all off with a meal on the beach.
We had the best trip and highly recommend these guys! Jailberto was our guide, and he was very friendly, showing us around and making sure we were okay throughout.
These guys are amazing, they are kind, taking care of you and care about safety. This is by far the best company to go into the desert. We had a great time, Thank you!
Never done quad riding .It was an amazing experience Fast and fun enjoyed going out to RED SEA MOUNTAINS it was great wiih falcon tours a great rep and driver to our destination 😀 would certainly do.it again on my return x
Was very fun experience on the atv Was a bit too late for the sunset tho Overall nice experience Also the pick up car was good
Amazing value, having experienced ATV quad safari, Sandboarding, water sports etc within half day, highly recommend recommended
Really great time, went with my friends, quad biking experience was fantastic, proper safety explanation, really attentive guides. My goggles were dropping and he realised and came over. So much fun quad biking in the desert, the Bedouin village and camel rides were brilliant also. Highly recommended Note for buyers: I don't recommend the BBQ dinner with performance. Really no BBQ to speak of. Aside from that, 5 stars
Atrocious. Sat outside the hotel foyer 10 minutes before advised time. After an hour and texting the operator via Viator we gave up, went back to the room, swimwear on we headed down to the beach. 30 mins later I received a whatsapp asking me to now meet over an hour later, except the message was sent 30 mins AFTER the new time. I contacted Viator who advised me that as it was less than 24 hours my refund was up to the discretion of this appalling company who wasted our last day in Hurghada, given we’d revolved the day around the sunset booking… I would not recommend this company for anything, given the poor experience. And still waiting for ANY correspondence re my refund….
Tour was brilliant, everyone was really friendly and spoke brilliant English. The photographs Hossam took were fantastic. Would highly recommend booking this if you are on holiday in Hurghada!
This was really fun quad biking was probably an hour total (there and back) so longer than stated in the itinerary. The guides made sure everyone stayed with the group and were patient with some cautious drivers. We felt very safe on the quads and did the morning trip. This was a great excursion but as other reviews state there is additional charge for scarves - bear in mind bandanas are not acceptable so if you have scarves that can be tied around your head and cover your face I recommend to bring those with you.
Avoid, avoid, avoid! Please do not book this awful tour! We had a horrible experience. We paid £40 for 2 people for the quad biking. When we got there, we had to pay £2 for a scarf and £2 to rent the goggles and £5 tax each which we were expecting and happy to pay. However, they told us that we were not allowed to take any photos of ourselves during the excursion. They informed us that they would supply a professional photographer who would take all the photos and that we could buy them at the end of the excursion. When we finished quad biking, they told us that it was £40 (£20 each) to have the photos. When we received the photos via WhatsApp they were ALL extremely blurry and such awful quality… as if someone put Vaseline on the lense (please see photos attached). As you can see, the photos are terrible - we couldn’t believe it. We were absolutely gutted because we wanted the photos for our memories. We told them via WhatsApp that the photos were bad and they didn’t do anything. We noticed that they separated us from the other groups and that other families and tourists were allowed to take photos when we drove past them on the ATVs. We noticed that they had chosen specific people to inform them that they couldn’t take photos in order to con and grab money from them. Generally, our experience of Egypt was that the people don’t care about tourists, they care about your money, money, money! Tip, tip, tip! The tour providers did care about our experience or whether we enjoyed it. After the excursion had finished, we waited over 2 hours for a transfer back to the hotel. What a joke!
This was an excellent adventure, a decent journey to and from a bedouin village on quad bikes. The scarves and goggles are a bit overpriced but if you consider the total price including that it is excellent value. We did the sunset trip which was awesome seeing the sunset over the desert but a little bit hairy in the dark as most of the quads didn't have working lights. All in all an awesome trip highly recommended.
Before we went, we once thought it would be only 30-40 minutes trial, but the driving experience turned out to be full and satisfying. There was about 30 minutes introduction session regarding how to drive the quad safely, and after that we got almost 1.5 hrs exciting drive in the desert. We got to see the sunset, which was so beautiful and unforgettable. About the kid, my son is 13, and he could drive a single buggy himself. There was a crew member sitting behind him just to be safe or in case of any emergency, but the kid got to lead the whole journey. Boy, he was excited! About the scarf, we brought our own scarf, and the crew members helped us wear the right "desert-explorer-style". The only thing our guide suggested was the goggle, and it turned out to be very useful and necessary, since with the speed and 5 meters inter-quad distance en route, the sand and wind was really strong. Any other glasses wouldn't work. Highly recommended.
