The trip was incredibly enjoyable; we truly enjoyed everything. Our guide, Tito, was always cheerful and fun-loving. Everything was absolutely perfect. However, there were some people on the same trip who, I don't know what was wrong with them, were always irritable and even took it out on the staff and the guide for no reason. Tito is fantastic, he put in a great effort, and all the staff are very kind and cooperative people.

Very good Trip but no national Park

We had a great quad tour today! Our guide was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He explained everything well and made sure we had a great experience. The tour was really fun, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We would definitely recommend this tour!

I really enjoyed this experience! We got to see and experience so many different things in just one day, so the day was really eventful and packed with great experiences. At the same time, we never felt rushed. We had regular breaks and everything was done at our own pace, which made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable. Even though we took our time, we still managed to see and do everything planned. At the end of the day, we also had some delicious food, which was the perfect way to finish the experience. Overall, it was a really great day and I would definitely recommend it!

More Time for driving with the Quads

The safari tour was great overall and offered many different attractions in one trip. The food was very good, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He also gave us interesting insights into the local culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was the additional costs at the end of the tour. However, not all of them were mandatory, so it is possible to enjoy the trip without purchasing every extra option. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a day full of activities and cultural experiences.

Everything was wonderful, the people were good, and our guide, Tito, was also very helpful.

We booked this safari tour and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Throughout the tour, our guide was completely unprofessional - we did not even know who our guide was ! We were forgotten and left behind multiple times (about 3 times in total). When we addressed this issue on-site, another guide simply told us that the groups were separated, but then admitted that our actual guide wasn’t even there and they didn’t know why he/she wasn’t with us. To make matters worse, other guides from different hotels made it clear that "it was not their business" and refused to take responsibility for us. We were left feeling stranded, alone, and completely uncared for—and we weren't the only ones; a mother and her daughter experienced the exact same frustrating situation. Mistakes can happen, but being completely abandoned during a tour while other guides wash their hands of the situation is unacceptable. We wasted our time, money, and expected to have a great experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company based on this lack of organization and customer care. They took the case serious, but still no answer why all of this happened, sad … they wanted to meet to talk about it - which was very friendly (the manager was as well really friendly), still it does not make our experience better.

It was such an amazing safari experience! The dune bashing was super fun and full of adrenaline, and the desert views were beautiful, especially at sunset. Everything was well organized and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and exciting adventure

A very beautiful and exciting trip, and Tito, the tour guide, is a very lively person. I can highly recommend it.

The experience was good; our tour guide Tito accompanied us from the pickup through the desert, as we were able to ride buggies and quads, and drive to the Bedouin village and ride camels. In the evening, he presented an animation show for us. However, I would also like to say here what concerns the system, the tour operator, and Check 24, and that bothered our entire group; it is about the difference in the description on Check 24 (national fees price, and what is included and what is not, language) where we booked, and the ticket we received from the tour operator.

Very nice trip that offered everything, very fun and action-packed. We were out with Tito.

It is a mass tourism destination. The quad bike ride was fun and the quad guide was very nice and funny. Quad biking was only possible in a very limited area. After that the sand spider ride, in my personal opinion pointless, 10 minutes with junk. After that the jeep tour to the Bedouin village (lol knowledge is a blessing, it's just for tourists). The ride was fun and enjoyable, approx. 25 km. The "village" was devoid of information. Then back. BBQ was good, tasted good and you were allowed to get seconds. You have a tour guide for the whole day, ours was unfortunately quiet and could only ask for tips at the end, with the statement it would be for everyone. ;-) But one would have given everyone something anyway. Okay for 45 euros. Better to spend more and learn more.

It could have been 5 stars, but… We really liked the excursion itself. The quad biking in particular was great – it was a lot of fun and we felt safe doing it. The buggy ride was also nice, even if a bit slow. Up until then, we were really satisfied. Unfortunately, our impression changed during the visit to the Bedouin village. Our guide was a very young man, about 19 years old, whose name I unfortunately no longer remember. He seemed completely unmotivated and uninterested. Even during the drive, he didn't say a word to us. But even in the village, he explained absolutely nothing to us. We saw women preparing traditional bread. That could have been very interesting: What kind of bread is that? What is it made of? Why is it baked this way? What tradition is behind it? Not a single explanation. The women only spoke Arabic, which is of course perfectly fine – but that is exactly what a guide would have been there for. After that, we sat around for a long time again and waited. We were given Bedouin tea, also without any explanation. We even asked the guide several times ourselves if he could tell us something about the bread, the tea, the life, or the traditions of the Bedouins. Nevertheless, practically nothing came of it. There was constantly this feeling: We are sitting here, seeing different things, but do not understand at all what is actually happening. The camel ride unfortunately only lasted about 1–2 minutes, although you could take nice photos during it. Later, we waited for a long time again. When we were finally allowed to go to a beautiful viewpoint, we hardly had any time for photos. We had just arrived at the top when our guide whistled and urged us to come back. Other groups had significantly more time there. What we found particularly unpleasant: At the end, our guide came directly to us and asked for a tip. Of course, we are happy to give a tip when we are satisfied. But in this case, we honestly did not know what for. We received neither information nor explanations nor proper guidance from him – not even when we explicitly asked for it. The food and the small show at the end were okay. Therefore, unfortunately, only 3 stars. A real shame, because we really liked the tour itself and it would have easily deserved 5 stars. With a motivated guide who shows interest in his group and tells them something about the life and traditions of the Bedouins, our overall impression would have been completely different.

We were welcomed very warmly and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The insights into the culture of the locals and the small bakery in the middle of the desert and the mountains were a great experience. A very special thank you goes to our tour guide Tito! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took great care of us the whole time. You could tell that he does his job with heart. The pickup was on time; you drive into the desert in a pickup truck. From then on, the rip-off begins. Before the quad ride, you have to purchase safety equipment like goggles for a rental fee of two euros. Beforehand, they try to charge a lot of money for photo work, which turned out later that none of the photos arrived - a rip-off. The quad ride lasted a whole 30 minutes. After that, you drove about 5 minutes into the desert and 5 minutes back with the buggy. It must be said that the vehicles were in terrible condition, with loose steering. As an ignition key, there were two wires that you had to hold together. Brakes were non-functional, so it was total junk and truly life-threatening. I would never have ridden with children. The rest of the time was spent sitting around on the floor and buying overpriced drinks because water is not free, for example, two euros for a can of cola and one euro for water. Finally, you drove 25 km into the desert by jeep to a village, where you rode a camel for 2 minutes after waiting for 1 hour, then drove back to eat a quick meal of rice with noodles, some vegetables, and a meat skewer. To have a small plastic cup of soft drink (cola), and then there was a sales pitch about camel milk and tea. Overall, it is like a cheap bus trip in Germany where they try to rip off retirees. We had a nice, fun group that stuck together. It was fun, yes, but you did not get what you booked. This trip or excursion cannot be recommended at all; it is better to pay more with another provider and get more.

It has been super complete, we have loved the experience, it was very complete, it has been super good, we have ridden in a buggy and on a quad, and well, not on a camel because we don't like that, but if we wanted to, we could!!
