I first used the services of Mohamed Heragy/Hurghada Transfers in 2016. No idea where I had got his details from, but it was an absolute godsend. I had reached the end of my tether with the chaotic circus that used to take place in the Arrivals Visa Hall (although to be fair, it seems to have vastly improved, well certainly calmer, not that I’d know, I’m still using Mohamed/Hurghada Transfers almost 9 (yes Nine) years later)! I was a bit nervous! A solo traveller, a black woman of a certain age who although had travelled to Hurghada at least 4 times previously by this point – this would be the first time I would be getting in a vehicle, in the dark (arrivals after 7pm) on my own. I needn’t have worried. Mohamed picked me up. The car was super plush and clean, Mohamed was friendly, polite and helpful and had me at my destination in no time at all Since that trip I have used Mohamed/Hurghada Transfers every time. Every car has been super clean. The drivers have been super helpful and polite and I have felt extremely safe. On one of my trips, Mohamed provided me with a wifi router (I think that’s what they are called) so I could get wifi at the hotel without problems. The cost was very reasonable so bear this in mind if you are going to need trouble-free, reasonable speed wifi. I have paid via Tripadvisor, but there was no car or driver, so the money was lost. I had to book a new Taxi in the airport. I tried to call a number in my confirmation, but there was no one to answer the phone.

I have been to Egypt in 2018 and 2019. Both trips i booked transfers with the company as well as trips to luxor and cairo. Every trip we had the comfort of a private mini van including drinks. The drivers and guides were friendly everytime. The company is super responsive and very punctual. Everything in the communication was very fluent and stress free. The contact is also very quick to resolve any issue. I wish every company could be this professional. I would recomment their services to everyone planning a trip to Egypt or in Egypt.

We booked an airport transfer having previously used Hurghada Transfers in 2015 and the service and professionalism provided by Mohamed and his team exceeded our expectations. Mohamed was there to greet us in the arrivals hall and arranged our visas, which meant that we were quickly processed and left the airport quickly. Mohamed also assisted us in changing money at the airport, which again was a great help and reassuring. We also rented a Wi-fi router with Hurghada Transfers and this was great value and one hundred times better than the hotel Wi-fi, which is very slow. The vehicles providing the tours and the transfers were air conditioned and immaculately clean. Had we had the time to do any excursions, we would have definitely used Hurghada Transfers. Picked us up on time to/from the airport. We booked him for some additional trips which were excellent. He even helped purchasing gifts and sweets for the best prices and ensured the sweets were of the finest quality. I would really recommend this service.

The whole experience was very good, he was waiting outside the airport with a card with my name on and he was easily seen. He took us to the car straight away and he helped with the luggage. We have been to the hotel before so we known he took us straight there. The car was clean and tidy and we would definitely use the service again

I have recently returned from a 10 night stay in Hurghada and I used Hurghada Transfers for a private transfer for my party of 6. I would just like to say how efficient and professional the service was from the point of booking to our departure. On arrival my driver was waiting patiently in the arrivals hall and promptly took my luggage to the vehicle which was parked nearby. The return transfer was just as efficient , we were picked up on time from a different hotel from the original booking but this caused no issues as I contacted Hurghada transfers the day before to let them know of the change of hotel. The price for a return transfer was very competitive with other companies and I would definately recommend Hurghada transfers for anyone looking for a good reliable and professional transfer service.

we booked a taxi from the airport to the Sunrise Romance and also the return after our holiday. The booking is easy to do online in the uk as well as Hurghada, with prompt correspondence from their office. the taxis were there on time with good clean cars . i wanted to give 5 stars but on both trips, the first which i prepayed online, just after i had tipped the driver he came back saying his office had just texted him stating that i was required to pay more...the same happened on the return journey off which i did not pre pay but was giving the price on booking, i payed the driver the requested price but minutes after doing so more payment was requested, which i payed. The prices are not expensive and the extra payments asked for are small, but it leaves you feeling a little bit cheated to what was a reliable service.

The pick-up was a little bit mixed-up as the driver with our name sign was not there, but Egyptians are very helpful, so another driver called and we got picked-up. Pick-up at hotel was without any problems. The e-mail communication was fine. Price was fine as well, no problems.

Cheap and reliable. Got to Airport and driver waiting with name card and internet dongle. Ordered small car but minibus came which was good. On return I was contacted 2 days before to confirm time and was picked up on time on the day. Also has whatsapp which is a plus. Definitely recommend.

Just got back from Hurghada and used this service for our transfers. Great communication throughout via what’s app. Our plane was late but the driver waited patiently, was courteous and the car was clean and well air conditioned. On our return journey the driver arrived early to our hotel and didn’t rush us at all. Again; a pleasant helpful driver with a clean well maintained car and good air con. An additional plus was that the price paid was less than our tour operator and hotel quoted. The transport was waiting for both parties on arrival, and we were picked up at the designated time for departing the hotel. booked in the UK, arrived at the airport to be told the driver had waited 2 hours for our flight although we were not delayed. driver didnt show for our return journey to the airport despite paying him the return fare when he collected us. Had to arrange alternative taxi to avoid missing our flight. They drive like lunatics (egyptians) and have no road sense at all. I think tthe only requirements to drive in egypt is that you only need to show you can use your phone behind the wheel and drive as fast as your 1.3 ltr Kia will take you to get a licence. Wont be back to egypt and even if i was, i would steer clear of this outfit.

We travel to Hurghada twice a year and being fed up with the hassle of local taxis and microbus we decided to pre book three transfers with Hurghada Transfers. All I can say is that they were excellent. The flight out was delayed by 90 minutes but the pick up waited outside the airport until we arrived. We were greeted with a smile and quickly transferred to our hotel. Two subsequent pick ups were prompt and efficient. We will not bother with the local taxis again. We would rather book with Hurghada transfers and pay the extra cost but for that you get a prompt pick up in a nice clean air conditioned vehicle with a smiling pleasant English speaker driver. They even knew where our apartment was which most other companies and drivers fail to do. Thank you Mohamed , we will be booking with you again. Recommended.
