Very nice experience, Rafi made the tour especially fun and interesting!! Thank you for this!! I will surely come back and share this experience with my fellow companions. 🩷
First time in Egypt and loved the day trip to Cairo. As a female solo traveller I was quite nervous beforehand but the guys on the bus were very nice and made me feel comfortable. Our tour guide Hana was great, very informative / knowledgeable and spoke very good English. Met some other travellers on the bus Bus picked up travellers from different hotels, my pickup was around half past midnight and I was the first on the bus. The bus journey was around 8/9 hours longgg but definitely worth it, we stopped twice on the way so could use the restrooms. I slept on the bus and it was comfortable/clean/had air con. Make sure you get a breakfast bag from your hotel before the trip. First stop was Museum Nile cruise Pyramids Sphinx Art shop Lunch Perfume shop Day was lovely had a great time definitely recommend all in all the trip was around 26/27 hours Hana was great gave us lots of tips
The trip was great! The guide was very keen to share lots of information and we loved the boat trip on the Nile and the trip to the pyramids. It is a long journey, took about 22 hours in total but is totally worth it!
Great seeing Pyramids life long dream … Egyptologist took us to dodgy perfume places to con us into buy absolute rubbish, Ruined what should have been a brilliant day … Like pro Scam how played out
The best guide I ever meet...lovely lovely lovely...est wish from România - Giani & Medina 🖤🤍🖤🤍😘
Great staff and guide . We visited the museum, pyramids, sphinx and ride in the Nile. Also visited perfume shop and papyrus museum.
It was a long trip from Huragada to Cairo by bus with 6 people. Left very early in the morning and arrived late in the evening. We visited the Cairo museum with an English guide, then the visited pyramids at Giza the highlight of the trip and the Sphinx. All staff were exceptional to take care of all our needs through out the trip. Recommend it if you want to visit the pyramids and are in Huragada.
The whole trip was unfortunately a big let down. The trip itself took in total 24 hours, which is not a point of critique. I signed up for a long trip. However, i sat more then 12 hours in the bus to see the piramides and the sfynx. One would expect that the trip would revolve around them. But it was not. The trip was revolved around getting as much of getting money out of your pockets as possible. We had limited time at the piramides, sfinx and the museum, but we had unlimited time at the paper factory and the perfume shop... When we were the museum first, we got around 30 minutes of free time. The reason? The museum had so much to offer we would take it all in anyway... Next we had the option to take a nile cruise. It was optional. If you would decline you had to wait an hour in the bus. Next we had the paper factory. We were at the area of the piramides but instead of going to the world wonder they took us to the Papyrus shop. Where we had almost no tiene at the museum, which was a shame, because it was beautiful, they took their sweet time at the Papyrus shop. It was a swindle, because it was all an selling act. The guy had given his speech a million times and it was like listening to a pre recorded cassette. Very very pushy sellers, and almost come in blows with one of them for being rude with my wife. After that we went to a restaurant. Also a let down. In the restaurant we had d half hour as well.. to eat, refresh, and relax. It was basically sit down, quickly eat and leave. A can of coke was 4 euros... You go to the toilet there was a guy following you for a tip. They removed all the toilet paper so you had the take tissues that the boy had for s tip. What a Bs. Then we went to the piramids. Finally. It was awesome ! But also here, 30 minutes. We then left to another spot to see the piramids. You could take a camel ride or a horse carriage to see them. For yet another additional surcharge. They told is that it was the only way to go to there. It was a lie. You could just walk. Another scam. When you were there the guys handling the camel's were harassing you to take pictures, and leave immediately. They ask, well demand a tip and want to leave immediately so the Endt group could go. You had absolutely no time to enjoy to view. Lastly we had to see the sfynx. We had 4 minutes... 4 minutes at the sfynx. The bus stopped literally on the road, and the guide told us quickly to take pictures before the police came.. also here no time to enjoy the view. We were thinking we were late to go back. But we had more tour. A perfume shop. Where we had 4 minutes to see the sfynx, they again took their time to sell us Bs at the perfume shop. The whole trip was centered around selling you bs, instead of focusing on the beauties of the piramids, sfinx and the museum. Just avoid this, it was a big scam.
A must do if you are in Egypt no matter if you are interested of history or not. Seeing one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world it's an unbelievable experience. We did enjoyed and thanks to Raafat who organized it to the last detail everything was smooth and enjoyable. Be prepared for a long trip from Hurghada though. But worth every minute!
It was a great day in Kairo visiting land marks, i.e the Egyptian museum, a trip on the Nile and the pyramids in Giza where we went on a camel tour. The guide was really good at telling us all the history and was also very supportive all through the day to all passengers. On the minus side: too long bus tour with minimum of breaks and the whole trip took 26 hours whereoff only 7 hours on Kairo. The group was continously stressed for example we had maximum 30 minutes for lunch including toilet visit but then we had to go both for equally long visits to a perfume shop and a papyrus shop.
This tour was very long, the travel time left us very tired. But the tour itself was very great we had some time in the museum and at the pyramid. i would delently recomand this tour. Note: you should bring at least 20usd extra for the nile rivere tour (was not included :( ) and if you whant to do the camel tour at the pyramid and maybe some 15usd extra for tips. they should have mention the extra cost or included in their price. some clients stay inside the bus because they did not want to do the extra tour.
Our guide organized very well our trip, we were very pleased about him. I apreciate that he didn't push us to shopping souvenirs..
We enjoyed the trip. The guide Rafaat Was exactly what we needed. He knows history well, he adviced us in shopping, pictures, visiting, etc
Raafat was recommended from other friends from Romania who did a tour with him. He organized a private bus trip from Hurghada to Cairo for our extended family, 8 adults and 5 children. The tour was exactly what we needed, a short trip to most of the highlights in Cairo, boat trip on Nile, Egyptian Museum, Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx. We already recommended him to other friends who will come to Egypt next week. Many thanks
Very nice experience in Cairo our guide Rafaat. Thank you! Also helped recover forgotten personal goods.
Rafat, excelent guide. Calm and organized person. Very good english, very good historical explanations. We enjoyed and we recommand the trip with this guide.
The guide was very knowledgeable and she told us who to trust and not to trust, which made me feel very safe and well looked after.
The bus ride was thought, but everything else was amazing, highly recommended! The staff is super friendly and they speak so many languages, I can't even count. The guide (Mohammad) was a great guy, super funny full of interesting stories. Seeing the piramyds and the sphinx was super amazing, memories for life. There were some filler parts in the end which I could have done without but it was part of the deal so it's alright. Thanks a lot for the great experience!
Unbelievable experience: a one-day trip to Cairo organised to perfection, precisely as we wanted it. Rafaat, our tour guide, greeted us warmly. His professional demeanour and expertise of Ancient history made an immediate impression on us. I stated that my knowledge of Ancient Civilizations is limited, but Rafaat spoke to us in plain Words and was not overly detailed. Rafaat had a terrific sense of fun and kept the group together to ensure we were all safe. Also one of the best lunch buffet he had chosen. Overall, thanks to him, we had an incredible trip. His service is highly recommended!
A long day trip with the bus, but very worth the experience to see the pyramids, the museum and to see more of the country and capital in general. The program of the tour is excellent, we also got a nice guide. 👍
Raafat organised everything for us. He was patient answering all my questions and I felt reassured before the trip knowing what to expect. The day started very early and the bus journey was long, but the bus was comfortable and we were offered plenty of breaks along the way. We have a young kid and a teen on the trip, both eager to learn the culture about the Ancient Egypt. We were very lucky to have Mohammed as our tour guide in Cairo. He was very knowledgeable and tried his best to guide us in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. He also helped us constantly to get the best price for the souvenirs and stopped other sellers bothering us along the way. We felt in safe hands. The highlight was definitely the visit to the Pyramid and the Sphinx. Mohammed organised a special camel riding to take us to the best spot for a panorama view of all 9 pyramids, reasonse price too! He is also a good photographer who is never tired of helping us to take photos. He is full of good ideas, and such a pleasure to have for the day trip. Thanks to both Raafat and Mohammed to make our Cairo trip go so smoothly!
Really great trip!! I originally booked to go to Cairo through a different agency but they didnt honour my booking so I found this agency last minute to help with my holiday plans. They were so responsive to all my messages and everything on the day of the trip went as planned. Would definitely recommend you contact this agency for any trips you want planned if you are ever in Hurghada.
Strongly recommend by me! Van was brand new, comfortable seats, air conditioning and driver’s attitude was at the highest level! Tour gide, Mohamed, was very detailed and helpful! That made the journey easy and comfortable! All crew were very polite and kids oriented! In the trip we had one blind lady, so guide made it very easy for everyone while converting the visual experience into words! Biggest respect for that! Thanks to all of the team for unforgettable experience!
Everything about the tour I would give it 5 stars and more. The trip was lovely the ride on The Nile was quick and worth to see with general views of the city of Cairo. The tour guide was very professional very good knowledge of everything he mentioned to us and very fun to be with. Plenty of security and with pleasure I would do it over and over again. Lunch was delicious and plenty of it. Give it a try you will remember it your entire life❤
If you are planning a private tour to Cairo and Giza pyramid Rafat is the "best"choose you can make it.He is very nice, informed with excellent english guide He make is our trip incredible even with three kids. The trip was very comfortable and safe. We felt like we are VIP persons when we came to Cairo..becouse police car accompany all the trip to the tGiza pyramids .The lunch we had to the rooftop restorant was perfect with "one millions dollars view" Thank you Rafat for make is this incredible trip and apologize because i didnt wrote the review early. Thanks
When thinking about visiting Cairo, my main problem was the lengthy bus ride. I can't sleep on the bus, and the idea of reaching the pyramids drowsy and grumpy wasn't very appealing. So Raafat, who always finds solutions to any problem, suggested to go by plane. The organization was spot on, having the driver and Raafat pick us up at the hotel and taking us to the airport, with Raafat sending a photo of us to the guide in Cairo, and then meet with our guide Hala at the Cairo Airport. Upon our arrival back to Hurghada, the driver was already waiting for us, with Raafat on the phone keen to learn what we've experienced. Hala is extremely bright and well educated, acing the Egyptian history and with a diploma on hyeroglyphs. First, she took us to Egyptian museum. One would think that without the famous mummies (who were moved to a different museum at the beginning of April), the museum would have lost all the appeal. However, Hala overwhelmed us with information on the artifacts displayed, charming us with stories about different kings and gods. After visiting the museum, we experienced the highlight of our day: lunch at the rooftop of a restaurant overlooking the pyramids. The view was just astonishing, it was the first time in my life I've experienced the word breathtaking in full. I needed a few minutes to grasp the fact that I'll be eating chicken and rice by the pyramids. Hala suggested doing a camel ride around the pyramids to the Sphynx. That was another wonderful idea. Although it feels at first you're falling off the camel any minute, you soon get used to bumping and start enjoying the captivating view. Afterwards, Hala was open to suggestions and took us to a high-quality perfume store and a store with different 100% cotton wears. The people in Cairo are a lot more respectful than in Luxor. In Luxor, the agressive, uneducated peasants can literally attack you with their junk and requests for tips, whereas in Cairo they take no for an answer and move away. My recommendation is to let Raafat organize your trip to Cairo. I promise you won't be disappointed.
We have made a private tour to the Pyramids from Hurghada with Rafat, the tour guide very friendly, honest, informed, good English. Always try to make his guest happy, no hurry, we have time to do anything we want. We didn’t visit the museum so the start our trip was only at 6 am and arrive back to our hotel at 7 pm. Drive was very comfortable and safe. The lunch at the rooftop restaurant with the amazing view was perfect. I only can recommend this trip to enjoy a nice day, with some historical information and nice photo shoots.
Everything was fine! Nice English speaking tour guide. The tour was divide to 2 groups (English and Russian). They picked us up at 2.45 am at Hurghada hotel and tour finished at +- 22:30. Stops during the trip: Museum - very interesting, Institute of papyrus (OK), Lunch (all you can eat restaurant, food was delicious), Cruise on the Nile - optional (additional fee: 10 euros per person)- nothing special to see, Pyramids and Sphinx (amazing), Perfume store (a little bit annoying but took just 10 minutes because the seller saw disinterest of our group :(, still got a tea :) ).
IT was a great expirience. Rafat the tour guide îs a very nice person. We learned alot of things from him about Egipt. All the trips made with him were unforgettable. Thank you Rafat!!!
A beautiful experience, a special country full of history, an excellent guide, Rafat El Sayed. We hope to return soon and have new experiences together as enjoyable.
We visited Cairo with our tour guide Raafat and had a truly amazing experience. He has a wealth of knowledge and is only too happy to answer any questions. He took us to the best locations to help make our trip extra special. We would highly recommend Raafat to anyone looking to book a tour guide for Egypt.
Being a solo visitor I was a little concerned about doing trips on my own, however, Raafat was brilliant, he knows his history, moreover, he guided us around the busiest parts of the tour to the parts you wanted to see if you are interested in the history, he also made sure that all in the group stayed together and were safe, highly recommend
This was the best experience of my life the tour guide was amazing and very professional and informative. Cracked a couple jokes here and there was very funny and respectful. I highly recommend his services and this trip to everyone. 10/10 highly recommend.
My family wanted to lounge around the pool at the all-inclusive resort in Hurghada, but I've always wanted to see the pyramids. I booked the Hurghada to Cairo day trip last minute with Raafat. We traveled in a very comfortable tour bus. Considering it was only one day, we saw a lot: the Egyptian Museum, a short Nile Cruise, the Pyramids, the Sphinx, and got a good overview of Cairo. The lunch buffet was good and the local guide excellent. It's a long journey, but if you want to take in some culture, you definitely should.
The trip was amazing all thanks to our great tour guide host, who is very knowledgeable and passionate about everything Egypt has to offer. We had an exciting trip and our host ensured we all felt welcome and safe in the lovely city of Cairo! Definitely worth visiting again just because of the host! Thank you !
It was great. Raafat, the agent made a great arrangement for us,to go with a small group and a very good English speaking guide. From the moment we got in the bus, Ahmed, the guide that awaited us in Cairo phoned ahead to give us the details of the trip. Once we arrived in Cairo, everything went smooth, we had great fun and learned a lot of things. Raafat was very polite and always asked us about how our holiday was and made sure to send all the schedules in time. Ahmed took great care of the group and the way he explained everything was both informative and fun. An all together great experience that we highly recommend.
It's not advisable, there's a lot of scam, everywhere they want to take your money! they add the boat tour that sucks!, they bring you perfume shop so that you buy their fake perfume rigging. in the museum we didn't stay more than 1 H, because it faked went to make their boats, which is not in the program, this bakchiche!. in fact all Egypt what you pay, you don't know how to go into the shop, they insist that you buy , pyramids they don't leave us more than 30 min. because they not their bakchiche!! this not recommended for tourists of Europe. for me Egypt this finishes, never again!
Very good day, full and well organized, ideal to see the main symbols of Egypt. Our French guide was great, friendly and a lot of knowledge. Small flat for the timing of the meal 30 minutes is a little short. The price is appreciable for this day with the journey and the bus that picks you up and drops you off in front of your hotel.
Super friendly staff, always at our disposal, tour guide in Italian I highly recommend!
