Mohamed was very friendly and helpful. He even made us feel at home by asking us our favourite music and he played it. He also suggested what to do during our stay.

Partner is disabled so booked as always a taxi much easier has he can’t walk well .taxi never turned up waited until the bus provided by tui was leaving so went with them not a convenient transfer

An awesome experience at the Sultan Spa. The booking process was simple, good level of communication as we had booked a private transfer. Car arrived on time to drop and pick up. The ride was private - but it had nothing to do with luxury. The car that picked us up is getting old. The trunk also had to be tidied up first so that there was enough space there. The driver should stand with sign m airport. After we had been there for a while, we had to call first. Then the driver came quickly. The driver was very nice and helpful.
