Hurghada Airport Transfer To Soma Bay: Meet & Greet!

Everything went very smoothly. The communication, pick up, transportation, car, driver. We were very satisfied and will use it again once being in Hurgada again

Great driver and vehicle (large, clean, quite new and with seatbelts!) Highly recommended Ahmed drove safely and well and did not scare us like most others seem to do in Egypt!

1. Lovely hotel. Didn't find anything "old" about it. Afterall it's Egypt. The hotel is huge and might be difficult to find your way around but when you get the hang of it, it's really simple. 2. The beach was absolutely amazing. Water crystal clear, no rocks, fine sand and plenty umbrellas. Beachboys bringing you towels and waiters serving you drinks at your umbrella. I've been to Egypt a couple of times but never got my drinks served at my umbrella. 3. All people working at Sheraton are very friendly and helpful whether they are doing something for you or not. 4. The reception lady, Selma, at the entrance of the dining room grants you every wish. I was used to drinking ginger tea every morning and she saw that I got it at the breakfast table every morning. 5. The barman in the hotel was very attentive. As soon as he saw that you were ordering the same every time, he had it ready for you. My cappuccino was ready for me every afternoon. 6. These people expect NO tips. Only recognition with a smile and a thank you. 7. The room was clean and tidy every day. Here again, no tip expected. I am not one for swans and flowers on my bed and at Sheraton they don't do it. 8. If you are a cake lover then you are at the perfect hotel. Beautiful cakes in all shapes and sizes. I just loved the baklava. That also came in all shapes and sizes. Even gluten free cakes are offered. And if they are finished the chef cook will see that you get them. 9. The meals, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner were superb. The diningroom is huge so look around first and you will find everything you need. Even a "Schnitzl" 10. The pool is hugh and if you like swimming lengths then you can without a problem. Thank you Sheraton for 10 wonderful days.

A good Transfer service, on time and in comfort. There were 4 of us with 3 large kite bags between us so we needed a larger vehicle for the 1.5m long kite bags. We were quoted €25 each way which I thought was quite good considering the large luggage we had. My only small niggle was I had to wait a couple of days for email response. We paid the driver on arrival to the hotel. I'd use them again for sure.

This company is super reliable. Used several times for transfers between Hurghada and Soma Bay, back and forth. The driver is always on time and always drives carefully. The car is clean and new with a lot of space. Can't ask for more.

Due to a last minute change of plans, we needed transportation to take us from our hotel in Soma Bay to Hurghada Airport in less than 12 hours. I used this company for a return transfer from Hurghada airport to Soma Bay. Booking - received email confirming price and details. Arrival - driver waiting outside terminal building with a sign with my name on it, written clearly. Friendly chap. I paid him for the entire return booking when I got to my hotel. He said the company would contact me with the return details. Return - no communication from company by Friday afternoon (leaving Saturday). I emailed them in the morning then got hotel reception to phone them. I received an email with details for collection later on in Friday evening. Friendly driver arrived punctually and I returned to the airport. Drive was slightly crazy but I think that’s just how it is in Egypt (overtook two cars at the same tine by going between them on the two lane motorway!). If I hadn’t had to contact them re. my return trip, I would have rated them with 5 stars not 4. Would use again.

We used this company for a private transfer from Hurghada airport to Soma Bay and return, a Dolphin trip and a private trip to Luxor. Absolute fantastic service provided by Hurghada transfers and tours. We found this service online via there website (hurghadatransfer.com). We contacted them via email and received a very swift response stating all prices and queries i had. Transfer to Soma Bay and return. Mohamed contacted us prior to departure from Gatwick to wish a safe flight and to ensure everything was ok. We where meet by our driver who was very smartly dressed and visible holding a sign clearly marked with our name outside the terminal. He introduced himself and took our bags to a stylish Mercedes. On route to the hotel we received a call from Mohamed ensuring that the service was ok. We asked to make a detour en route to the hotel to pick up some supplies in which the driver kindly obliged. We also hired a Wifi router with data which worked fantastic all throughout our holiday. Prior to departure Mohamed once again contacted us confirming flight times and other services we required. The driver once again arrived on time in another Mercedes. He was dressed very smart and helped with our bags to the car. Both journeys was very safe and smooth. Dolphin Trip. After receiving a fantastic service for our transfer we decided to book a tour. Once again communication was flawless and the itinerary was stated. We were collected by minibus and whisked to Hurghada Marina to board a very safe and modern boat. The tour was fantastic and we had the opportunity to swim with wild dolphins and had 3 stops at some beautiful reefs to explore. The food and staff onboard were all very good and spoke very good English. The journey back to the hotel once again was very quick and enjoyable. On return to the hotel, Mohamed contacted us to ensure that we enjoyed the trip and if we had any issues. Luxor Trip. Mohamed picked us up from our hotel very early 0530 for our trip to Luxor. The car was clean and comfortable. On our journey to Luxor he informed us about Egyptian life and answered any questions that we had. We had cool water and soft drinks available throughout the tour in the car. On arrival in Luxor we picked up our private guide, who was very welcoming and she informed us of our days events. What ever you choose to do, she is knowledgable and great fun showing the sights. We had a great time seeing the sights of Luxor, but its HOT. Our meal was included within the tour which was at a local restaurant. The food was plentiful and most enjoyable. If you visit Luxor in my opinion it has to be done by private tour with your own guide. Yes little more expensive but by coach in a large group would have been hell. Our guide knew everybody, no waiting and was just a pleasure. She even sorted a photo pass for inside the Vally of the Kings. Overall this is the best transfer and tour company in Hurgahada. I recently had to coordinate transporting about 100 people from the Hurghada airport to SOMA Bay for a company retreat. It was a logistical nightmare on my end, with my colleagues changing their arrival and departure times, giving me incorrect information, etc. However, Mohamed from Hurghada Transfer could not have been more accommodating. I made a ton of last minute changes, and he coordinated it all perfectly. He was super responsive via email and WhatsApp. Not only is this company a great option for your personal vacation, I also recommend them if you are coordinating for a group.

Years ago, I became aware of Mohamed Heragy and his team by chance and had FINALLY found a transfer service that is also really good quality. The drivers don't talk you full after a long flight and also stick to speed limits. On the transfer this year, the boss drove me on the way out and we had a very interesting and stimulating conversation about the situation in the world. I can really only recommend it!
