No one mentioned when arriving at hurghada airport customs there is a charge of £25 per adult £25 per child I understand information given that there is no charges if entering Sharm el sheik this is because they trying to attract more tourist due to recent conflict in that area

Our plane was delayed and when touching down in egypt I whatsapped the company (who whatsapp you once you book with contact details) and they reassured me that the driver would still be there. And he was! Very friendly guy who pointed out landmarks as he dropped us off. Great service 👏

This company is top notch. I would only use them again in the future for anything travel related you need in Egypt. They organised our transfers to and from the airport. They organised a world class tour in Luxor with transfers and have the most capable staff I've met in Egypt. 100% would use them again and again. I can't sing their praises enough.

Made the process of visas and passport control take 5 minutes instead of standing in a massive queue that can take an hour. Well worth the 30 euros per person if you can afford it!

We had someone pick us up from Hurghdaga airport and drive us to Somabay. It was a very smooth ride and we got there within 45 minutes.

My family and I had been visiting hurghada for nearly 10 years between 6 & 8 of us Due to covid ect we hadn't been back for a while , we really looked forward to our trip We always believe in getting to know the local area and local bars Even though we always go all inclusive This time around I couldn't believe I was paying for a local pint nearly as much as I pay at home We live in the North West of England But I assume the locals think everyone lives in London. We was getting our bills with a charge for tax and a service charge. So bye bye hurghada, if that was always the case no problem But bye bye Hurghada.

The service we received was very professional and the vehicles were very comfortable. The drivers arrived early for pick up on both trips and even though our flight was delayed by an hour coming into Hurgharda he was so polite and friendly. I will definitely use their services again and very reasonably priced too. Great service.

On arrival, you will need to pay 25Euros for a visitor’s VISA. When paid, gives you a nice passport stamp which you must have before leaving the airport. Departing is somewhat different. However you arrive, you will experience many, many security check points as Hurghada Airport is a military airport which adds to the fun of leaving Egypt. Most check points are utterly pointless and we accidentally took 6 full bottles of water through all of the X-Rays. The most pointless one had two girls who asked to see our boarding passes before stamping the passes and handing them back without ever looking away from watching music videos on their phones. The airport has a large selection of shops. Unfortunately, travelers to the UK have a final security check point to pass through unique to UK bound flights and once you are through, there are no shops or food outlets. Nor can you go back. Be warned.

I booked the fast track service in the airport including the visa. It was worth booking it, because after all the waiting in the departure country you just want to get quickly out of the airport and arrive in the hotel. A nice man was waiting with my name and he got us out of all the luggage controls, visa counter etc. in less than 5 minutes! He waited with us for the luggage and carried it outside for us. Thank you so much, if i will comw to egypt again, i will definitely book with you guys 😊

We hat booked different services form Smile Tours. One was the Hurghada Airport Transport to our Hotel combined with the Visa and VIP service at the Airport checks. The second service was a private day-tour to Luxor, visiting the Karnak Temple, Valley of Kings, Hatshepsut Temple. Both services were performed to our complete satisfaction. The arrival and entry at the airport was greatly facilitated. We were received by name and accompanied through all customs and immigration control by the professional staff of Smile Tours. The entry was in this way very easy and pleasant. There are VIP corridors that we could use in this way and within a short time we were already sitting in the comfortable and spacious vehicle that drove us directly to the hotel. But our private day tour to Luxor was the real highlight of the trip. Early in the morning we were picked up directly at the hotel and driven to Luxor. There were one or two stops on the way to go to the toilet or have a coffee. Once we arrived in Luxor we were met by our local tour guide Mahmood Nafee. In very good German he accompanied us through the whole day. His historical knowledge and the kind of enthusiasm for the cultural assets of Egypt were for us an extraordinarily beautiful experience. He has a lot of knowledge about the history and culture and was always responsive to our needs and questions. The excellent company of Mahmood and impressed us very much and made this trip an unforgettable experience. We hope to return again soon as there is still so much to discover in Luxor.

First of all I'd like to say a huge thank you to smile tours honestly they have been amazing in organising my airport transfer and my cairo trip. Ms Eman is has been perfect when organising everythng from tour guides to flight arrangements. The attention to detail was immense whatever we had asked for was provided. The 3 things we arranged through smile tours was - private boat trip which was the whole boat to ourselves and the birthday details which the company arranged was perfect, we fished, we ate a personally cooked on the boat meal, we snorkled. - cairo trip was arranged to perfection as we had early morning tickets and a evening return. We was also given a English speaking tour guide who really made the whole experience special (a big thank you to Rania the tour guide). - Airport transfer was brilliant. Sharif the guy who picked us up from the airport was amazing helped out through everything. Excellent service, did arrange for both arrival and departure, on time, well organized transfer. Smile tours also helped arranging a tour to visit the Dendera temple at short notice, which was great. Would definitely choose them again for my next vacation.

I booked onward airport transfer at last minutes before arrival. They quickly arranged a driver and confirmed by both email and WhatsApp. As the service and price were good, I booked return airport transfer as well as a city tour for the last day because my flight was 1800. They accepted my request and arranged accordingly with super reasonable price. The guide was a nice guy and kind. He often asked if I have any questions and somewhere I want to go. As I didn’t want to go shopping, the city tour only took 1.5hrs. I had plenty of time until flight. He offered me to go to a cafe to relax and took me to a seafood restaurant of his neighborhood which was so good and he paid for all of this. I would definitely book tours when I come to Hurghada next time.

Flight changes beyond our control and no way to communicate this to them, received a phone call the day of, however left messages on viator asking for change to no avail. Lost money due to poor communication from vendor.

The best company ever I called them first for airport transfers but because they are on time and very friendly and kind later I called everyday for all activities. Ms Eman the manager is so kind and always on time also the driver İslam is the best with his smile on his face all the time.

We enjoyed a lot our excursion at Paradise Island. Everything was as advertised - prompt transfer from and to the hotel, clean boat, 2 long stops at wonderful reefs, 1 stop on the island and, the cherry on top of the cake, a short banana boat ride. Reasonable price. Acceptable lunch and drinks, polite and ready-to-help staff. ++

Trip to Orange Bay and private Transfer to the airport We booked twice with Smile Tours and the service is absolutely reliable, quick and professional. Our pick up, the whole trip and the ship to the Giftun Islands was well organized, very clean, very nice drivers and crew on the ship. Our airport service was super punctual, clean and fast. This was our second trip to Hurghada and we used the service of Smile Tours for transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Excellent!!!! Always on time, easy and quick communications vía WhatsApp before, during and after the transfers.

I contacted Smile Tours after a Google search, I made arrangements to be picked up at arrivals at Hurghada Airport, I was given a price, and asked to pay the driver when we were collected. We arrived at Hurghada in the evening and as this was our first visit to Egypt, we were unsure what to do. We had obtained our Visas online, and so started to go around the huge queue, I then spotted a guy with a sign with my name on it, I waved and when he saw me he shouted for us to come forward, within minutes, we were through passport control, and out waiting for our luggage, he showed us to the correct collection point, then took us to our driver, who wished us to our hotel. Smile Tours kept in touch, before, through, and after our holiday. We were collected from our hotel exactly on time and taken back to the airport, we were offered extra services but declined. The price for all their help and the service was $25, well worth every cent. Would I recommend Smile Tours, YES. FIVE STAR SERVICE. Thank you Smile Tours, we will contact you next we come to Egypt, and we will come again.

I booked for a ride from and to the airport. It was honest and reliable. I recommend them for anyone.

We prebooked our transfer from Hurghada airport to the Desert Rose Resort and the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a card displaying our name. He assisted us with luggage and we were escorted to a very new and gleaming Mitsubishi SUV which was also immaculate on the inside. The driver George drove slowly and safely to our resort giving us helpful information about Hurghada and Egypt along the way. One week later our Smile Tours taxi arrived at our hotel at the exact time to take us back to the airport. Our new driver (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was also very pleasant and friendly and he also drove the vehicle to a very safe and high standard. Overall this was a very satisfactory and pleasant experience. I will definitely use this company on my next visit to Hurghada.

What a great service we had only paid our entry visa hadnt even got luggage when our driver arrived help us with getting through customs check points etc amazing.A very comfortable car a very helpful driver.It was so much cheaper doing this way and faster than going on a coach as you go straight to hotel.

Terrible communication, driver wasn't there for pick up and after confirming return pickup driver still didn't show, had to book another taxi and nearly missed our flight

New driver, waited at the wrong hotel (the other saraya...), nearly 15 min late, but caught the flight.

Ok... if anyone considered taking a transportation from or to airport, this is IT. High professional and on time drivers and not to mention the lovely lady who puts so much work while you book your trips. Just amazing. I really suggest everyone to chose this agency not just for transportation but for the trips also. If I come back to Egypt again, which I know I will, I know who im gonna call. 👍🏻

I booked hotel transfer from Hurghada airport with SmileTours and would definitely do so again. We were met by a driver with a sparkling new car and a guide who told us about Hurghada and what there is to see. I also booked a trip to Luxor through Smile Tours - it wasn’t operated by Smile Tours, but their WhatsApp contact was always available for questions and help. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend for an airport transfer. It was our first time in Hurghada and was a little skepical about pre-booking a transfer from the airport as we didn't want to get ripped off or left high and dry waiting at the airport etc.... I did a google search before we left the UK and smile tours popped up, so made an enquiry. The price for a private taxi was half the cost of the coach transfer price quoted by our holiday company so decided to go for it. When we got to the exit doors at Hurghada airport, the very friendly driver was there with a big name card, he took our luggage, loaded it into the car and we were on our way to the hotel. Took around 20 mins, which was excellent as it was early hours and we were very tired. Would definately use again and would recommend to others

Booked a return airport transfer, they were there and made themselves known with no issues, we were in touch while we were away as we thought we may need to change departure times and they were really understanding and accommodating I will definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them amazing value for money x

Booked Smile Tours for my transfer from the Airport to the hotel and the service was amazing. They had visas so no need to wait in around. Still had to do customs of course. Went straight past some other people waiting to be checked after customs and to the car. Nice car as advertised and straight to the hotel with no problem what so ever. Even booked quad bike trip with them and that was really good. I have now booked my transfer back to the airport as so impressed with the service and so easy to arrange things on WhatsApp with them. Would definitely use again!!
