Unprofessional from both sides, BTG Holidays (Booking Agency) and the Massage Place itself! Had to wait for Massage after Hammam for like 30 minutes to get a bad Massage in the end. Hammam itself needed to be 45’ but it was myb 30’ and totally effective for like 10’. The young guy that was doing it was not feeling like working. At the massage after the Hammam and waiting i saw that he doesn’t know how to massage. Asked me at the beginning if I wanted hard or soft, I chose hard but he didn’t give any Motivation at it. In the ent he left me for 5 minutes to “relax”, totally unnecessary after the bad Massage. Would not recommend it!!

The Hammam ladies were fantastic made us feel so relaxed and we all loved it. Would definitely recommend. Worth every penny 👌

It was an okay experience for me. Honestly i felt i wasn't treated the same way other people were treated. The person assigned to me kept talking to me in Arabic the language i don't know and she was not very interested in working i guess. She didn't finish most of the stuff. I got only half the treatment the other people got. After the massage she mentioned about the tip showing her name. I didn't wanted to tip for the service i wasn't satisfied. It was my 1st time. I didn't know how things would work. It would be good if you could mention to bring bikini and stuff required. When i forgot to bring bikini they gave a mocking look

It was a decent experience. Although the massage and hammam was a bit rushed like the promised 45 minutes massage but wrapped up in 30 minutes.

There is a lot of waiting around. Spent 3 hours at the location instead of the 2 hours advertised. And out of those 3 hours, only 1 hour involved the advertised services. The masseuse (Shuru) was very good but I only got 20 mins massage out of the 45 mins paid for. Expect attempts to sell you things like fish pedicures and drinks while you wait after your scrub. The steam room was luke warm.

Turkish style hammam and spa with massage. Sauna and jacuzzi time was strictly scheduled and quite quick before hammam and massage. Massager nro 1 Mr Koba is a young professional. Unfortunately i didn't have more tipping money for him with me, I didn't knew tipping is part of the system also here. Pick up time from hotel was one hour before scheduled timing.

I had a really nice experience at this massage place. The space was clean, calm, and very pleasant, and the massage itself was great. Amy was my therapist and she was wonderful and very professional. She spoke a little English, but I felt very comfortable throughout the session. The only thing worth noting is the distance the ride from Soma Bay took about an hour, which I didn’t realize beforehand. I probably still would have gone, but it’s good to know in advance. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely come back.

Was scrubbed and rubbed from head to toe. Was in the spa for three hours. Well worth the money. Would recommend the extra money for the feet fishes when there. I had massage lady number 70. I think her name was Emily and Sarah, 17 year old. Both lovely, friendly and funny. Made you feel really happy.

Great massage and bath would recommend and full access to all the steam room jacuzzi and sauna brilliant experience if I come back would definitely come again

The experience was great, it was very relaxing and smooth. Before going I have read that people were rushed thru the stages of the Spa, but wasnt the case actually, they had us 10 minutes in each place before having the scrub and foam massage and then the 45 mns massage. The staff was amazing and we enjoyed every bit of it with my husband. As it was our last day in Hurghada

Really great experience, they were very accommodating as I accidentally booked it for the wrong day and they still fit us in! We had 2 children with us and they were so friendly to both us and the children. It is very well run as they bring you around and move you from each station so there's no confusion! As for the treatments they were amazing and we all thoroughly enjoyed them!!

Excellent massage and a bargain compared to hotel prices. The spa is clean, well-managed, and employs both male and female therapists. The transportation from my hotel was punctual and the driver was very friendly. Overall a positive experience.

I booked the 90 minute massage and it was excellent. The massage therapist was talented and professional, and the facility is clean and well-managed. They have male and female massage therapists. I especially appreciated the communication before my visit to confirm my appointment and the pick up time at my hotel. Price was a bargain compared to hotel prices for the same service.

Great value for money we had heard some reviews that they felt like it was a Cattlemarket and you were rushed through to the end but we honestly felt that we had a decent enough time in each area the salt room the Jacuzzi the sauna the steam room and then the Herman the staff there were so lovely we got a good scrub down covered in soapy bubbles and then we had a lovely 45 minute relaxing massage it lasted for about 2 1/2 hours in total which was perfect as we were flying back the next day I highly recommend it to have a few hours of relaxation and pumping we got picked up from the hotel directly and dropped off. I couldn’t fault it if they had offered a longer session for a little bit more money I would have paid for that also.

This place is unbelievable with a salt cave and steam room and sauna and best massage ever from Doniya🥰 . Afterwards there is a vitamin bar with juices I enjoyed it all sooo much .

Spa was very nice the rooms were adequately clean and the facilities were good. The staff members who performed our treatments were very good. We had a couple of issues with the transfer that were rectified eventually. We had asked the operator about booking more services and they offered 15% off due to the hassle but they never responded to a request for prices hence knocking off a star. For the money though you can’t go wrong and definitely wouldn’t get an experience like that in the U.K. for the code.
