Amazing day out. Hulahula Island was beautiful. Lovely staff on the boat, brilliant tour guide and great food. The staff on the boat were really fun but also made everyone feel really safe. Would absolutley do this again, such an awesome day out!

Perfect trip the staff was amazing and made us feel welcomed. Felt safe and had a great time with my three children. The snorkel equipment was included too and the views were insane. Very informative throughout would 100% book again was a highlight of our holiday 🧡

We really enjoyed the trip! Everything was great, and the people working there were incredibly kind and friendly. The island was absolutely beautiful, and the food was delicious as well. We also really liked that you could get drinks whenever you wanted. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it!

Not a good day trip we had to wait on the boat from 8.30 to about 9.45 before we even left the dock to set sail when went to have breakfast onboard which I was about the 3 person to go for breakfast to find the captain youngest son eating the eggs of the plate with his fingers which then no-one touch that plate of eggs as he was outside touching the ropes and floor with his hands. Then after we stopped for snorkelling to find out that they had run out of soft drinks and the water was warm which was the only drink left after swimming in the sea so no not a good day on the boat. This trip was advertise with free soft drinks, water tea, and coffee all day. The para ascending was good but the crew who was taking photographs on board tried to charge us £160 for four of us for our photographs. In the end we paid £25 for all of or photos. The only thing that made our day was your staff member David and the boat crew which was very helpful with my wife to get on and off and around the boat as she is disabled.
Red Dragon is a dealer, who has 0 connection with the actual supplier of the tour. We decided to go by ourselves and nobody had our reservation. Lost 40 minutes while they find it

Absolutely amazing day , made friends with the captains beautiful wife and his son , saw dolphins , sea turtle and stingrays , the snorkelling was out of this world with a fab guide , food on board was really nice hula island like the Maldives Thsnkyou to you all ❤️
All staff were excellent except a different tour guide named Mohammed whom didnt include us nor interacted with us to give us information about the trip because we didnt book to have him as the tour guide. So we felt unwelcomed and isolated having to ask friends we made whats going on due to him not telling us anything.

It is very fun and beautifull. The service is excellent, they bring breakfast and lunch and the food is very good. They have the material to do snorkel. The place is marvelous and I really recommend doing this trip.

The tour was lovely, very well organized and the crew was very nice too. Really liked the initiative to take us further to avoid the mid-day sun on island. Only thing id recommend for future international clientele, have a bit more of varied music. But otherwise, everything was really good and we'd recommend thos tour for 1st timers in Hurghada.
We all had an amazing experience! Super friendly guides and great vibes all over. Food could be better but we had snacks already so was all good. We stopped for snorkeling at two spots and the guides highlighted a lot of pretty fish, corrals and a sting ray! We also added parasailing and they picked us up towards the end of the trip and it was all so fun. Highly recommended!!

Response to Management Request for Details -My name is Gordana.I am updating my review because management replied asking for more information to investigate my experience. The booking reference was under my name, G Daugherty, hotel name was Grand Makadi and the date of service was May 29th.I hope this helps improve its service. Night before our trip we where advised that they will not pick us up from the hotel (option we selected as only way we would go) and that we need to meet them outside of the resort which was never mentioned in the description as we would not have booked with them.In the booking we selected our hotel and provided our name and room number. No license plate , or name of the driver was offered. We canceled that same evening and asked for our money back . Woke up in the morning with multiple messages still wanting us to meet outside the resort as the security guards usually don’t allow them inside, then next message was they could pick us up by our hotel. We lost trust and were not comfortable to proceed with them,still no name of driver offered.And we saw the message 10 minutes before they wanted us to meet an hour before the add stated. We received another message that they will not return our money as the driver was on his route even after we canceled and had no more communication with them till morning. Super disappointed and felt like they just didn’t care about our safety. Wouldn’t recommend if you are females traveling alone to use this company. Will dispute the charge with my bank, thankfully I didn’t give them my credit card information when they asked about additional fees (we were going pay with cash).
