We took this full-day trip to Luxor from Hurghada with my wife and our two children (15 & 17), and it was simply amazing, impressive, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We booked a private tour with Love Egypt Tours on direct recommendation, and every part of the day exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Dr. Abdul, was a true expert who made the history come alive. He told the stories in such an engaging way that even our teenagers were pulled in and kept asking for more — he even peppered things up with a fun quiz along the way and was genuinely open to all of our questions. We also loved that the program felt flexible and could be adjusted to our interests and pace. Lunch was at Paris Oasis Restaurant, a lovely family-run place with authentic, delicious food — exactly what we needed to recharge a bit from the heat. We also visited the Thutmoses family workshop, 4th-generation stone artisans, where we could admire real craftsmanship passed down through generations with zero “must-buy” pressure. Just genuine art and skill on display. A huge thank you to our driver Ibrahim, who got us there safely and took care of every stop and restroom break we needed. Since it was a long day, the drivers swapped on the way back, and Mohamed Davida continued the same top-quality driving service. If you’re in Hurghada and considering this trip — don’t hesitate. Dr. Abdul, Ibrahim, Mohamed, and the whole Love Egypt Tours team delivered an unforgettable family experience. Five stars all the way.

Excelente, Abdul know a lot and u can tell he loves what he does. The driver (they picked up us from el gouna and lentes usados ther after the tour), although non english speaker he was truly kind and funny. Plus we got to know the manager, eventhough we couldn't talk that mutch, he invited us a coffee. The tours where excelente and the places marvelouse. Absolutely worth it.
The tour is truly worth recommending — seeing the ancient Egyptian tombs and their well-preserved art, but above all having a passionate guide (Abdul) who makes you experience this culture from the inside
We had an amazing time with our driver Ahmed and guide Abdul. Abdul was super friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and kind. He even bought us scarabs which was unexpected and generous. We had been apprehensive when we booked the tour as you never know what to expect, but I can't recommend the experience enough. The temples were amazing and the lunch was delicious. 5 stars from me!!
We had a wonderful trip, fully organized by Hass. We started in Hurghada. Hass picked us up in a luxury car and took us to Cairo, where he organized all our visits with a very knowledgeable guide. We visited the new museum, the pyramids, and made an extended stop at Sakkara. From there, he arranged our domestic flight to Aswan, from where we traveled to Abu Simbel in the same car. From Abu Simbel, we returned to Aswan to visit Philae and the lesser-known but very interesting Kalabsha. We then took the road to Luxor, stopping in the desert at El Kab and the Temple of Esna. We finished in Luxor with a visit to, among other things, the Temple of Karnak and the Valley of the Kings. Hass did an excellent job organizing everything. We highly recommend his services. Thank you, Hass!
Amazing experience, Tour Operator, tour guide and the Tour Chauffeur!! All are amazing and it’s worth going for this trip!! Had a wonderful time!! Thank you!
Lovely time with Abdul; wonderful guide, great explanations, kind man, incredibly knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. The Valley of the Scribes was a MUST - fantastic and incredible experience being all alone there! Thx again
It's not the first time I've booked a tour with Love Egypt Tours! They are a brilliant, reliable, trusted tour company, and I'd recommend them time and again. Hass provides a top-class service from start to finish for his clients and he really cares about you and your trip to make it the very best it can be. Over the years I've been visiting Egypt (Luxor, Cairo), Hass has arranged an Egyptologist to join me for the trip, all of which have been very knowledgable, each bringing they're own love of ancient history with them on the trip to share with you. I've always travelled to Luxor from Hurghada and the cross-country journey has been brilliant and hassle free. Just sit back and relax! Thanks again, as always, for a fantastic trip Hass! Fancy lunch on the Nile while you're there? Just ask Hass 🌺 Lindsey - UK
We enjoyed this trip very much. Well organized, our great guide Abdullah and great driver Achmed helped us having a unique day at the most famous ancient Egypt site. PS the lunch was great as well !
We had a wonderful day visiting The Valley of the Kings thanks to our fantastic guide Abod Ali. He was incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about the ancient history. We had a fun quiz and we were surprised at how much we had learned thanks to how Abod brought Ancient Times to life. It was a dream trip made all the more special thanks to Abod .
This tour is awesome Guide Ahmed have a lot of knowledge about Egyptian history. And his English is easy to understand for non-native English speaker like me.
It's not the first time I've booked a trip with Love Egypt Tours, and I'm always impressed with the personal service provided, and the care Hassan takes to make sure you have a great trip. This time, an accompanying friend wished to visit Valley Of The King's while we were staying in Hurghada. I contacted Hass without hesitation, and he organised it all. We just had to be ready for our private car pickup from our hotel. We were accompanied by Moustafa - an extremely knowledgeable egyptologist - arranged by Hass. Mustafas' wealth of knowledge enhanced our trip and brought Ancient Eygpt to life at Karnak Temple, Valley Of The King's, Memmon, and more. My friend also wanted to visit the Giza Pyramids (its a separate trip). I contacted Hass again, and we were flying to Giza two days later. If there is anything you want to experience in Egypt, just ask Hass, and he'll make it happen. Lindzi
This was an excellent trip and I can highly recommend. From the moment we were picked up from the hotel and returned nothing was too much trouble. The drive to Luxor gave you a glimpse into the real Egypt which was fascinating but the roads are a bit scary at times but I felt very safe with our driver. The tour itself was really amazing. Our guide was so knowledgeable and had an evident love for his job. We had a fantastic authentic Egyptian meal followed by a short boat trip on the Nile to round off an incredible day. One that I will never forget.
Truly amazing trip. Some of the most important ancient Egyptian history. Both guide and driver were very friendly guys knowing every in and out of the tour. The guide had good German skills and explained in an engaging way including funny anecdotes.
Excellent trip to Luxor with a very experienced guide. Abdul explained a lot of interesting information very clearly. He loves his job! We liked all elements very much. Big wows were a lunch at the Nile and the big Karkan Temple, scene of a James Bond movie.
Very good staff, amazing experience! They picked us up from the air Bnb and was a very smooth stress free process. I would recommend
we had an air ballon experience with this company and it was amazing. the pickup from hotel was just in time, the flight itself is something i qill rmember all my life
Terrible - booking confirmed in full and money taken but nobody showed up. Thanks for ruining the last day of our holiday.
Our guide Ahmed Sliem was nice, he made sure that our needs were met. The trip was otherwise well organized, apart from the over-priced pushy rest-stops, that made tried their best to take all our money. Our guide Ahmed Sliem bought our tickets for all attractions beforehand, probably taking a share for himself, which I'm not sure is legitime. Nevertheless the trip worked fine.
We had a van for the four of us, with an excellent driver, very kind and helpful, very good at English language, Nubi. Mustafa Elkereti, our guide, filled our day with extensive knowledge on Egypt history and fun. We had an unexpected but lovely crossing of the Nile by boat. The restaurant could be better ( food too salty, even though we requested a non-salted meal) so that could be improved. The trip was exhausting because of the 5 hours drive from and back to Hurghada, but we would repeat it gladly with this new friends. People can make trips like this memorable! Thank you Nubi and Mustafa!
Fantastic day, very welcoming staff, Bedo was full of knowledge throughout the day! The driver was great, mini van was comfy & air con was 😍 will deffo book again
Ahmed Sliem our tour guide was excellent. His knowledge at the area and history are unmatched. We learned a lot. Our driver and airconditioned vehicle were perfect. We will book with Ahmed again anytime we visit Luxor.
Ahmed awad was a woundedful guide .punctual, very smart and informative he remembered our comfort and water bottles in the desert I was impressed!! So awesome I’m coming back!!
We had a great experience during our Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan. Everything was very well arranged and our guide Ahmed made sure that we had everything we needed! He was very friendly and careful to fulfill all our needs during the trip. He was very knowledgable and explained us in details in our site tours. He was very helpful and made sure we understand also part of the local culture. Definitely had a great time and recommend!
From booking to delivery this trip was effortless WhatsApp on Saturday for a Sunday 5am day trip was booked and confirmed straight away. Our driver Mahmood was with us all trip and we picked up our guide Ahmed when we arrived in Luxor Ahmed being a local person who has grown up in Luxor was very knowledgeable and gave us tips and pointers along the way as well as an in depth history of each of the attractions we went to We had lunch on the Nile, home cooked food which was delicious and authentic. So from the “Ali Group” it was a big thumbs up and thank you again Mr Hassan and his team One small complaint by the kids, it was hot. So make sure you are well hydrated a sun hut or umbrella would be beneficial
Amazing! Super professional and safe. Abdul was really attentive, full of info and funny. The car was deluxe, picked us up at the hotel and the driver Essa was so nice, he even went out of his way to get us real egyptian coffee and was really respectful. Abdul gave us an amazing tour, really knew his stuff and best of all was added nile tour and lunch. Abdul offered this for only 15 euro was not pushy at all but it was so worth it. We had our own private ferry boat and incredible egyptian food, the view on the nile was the stuff memorys are made of. I would like to add that it was all the small touches that made this trip, from abdul serving the food, knowledge that included the whole gamut of egyptian history and always opening the car door for us. I thoroughly recommend abdul.
Had an incredible day with Abdul! He has a wonderful personality and is extremely knowledgeable about everything ancient Egypt! So many temples, the Valley of the Kings, lunch on the Nile River, and we finished the day at Karnak Temple. Thank you Abdul for the best tour I have ever been on. I would have been happy to have paid twice as much for for this day!!
An experience of a lifetime! We were recommended to Love Egypt Tours and more notably, our tour guide Abdul, by a family friend who had done this tour before. Using this tour especially was the absolute BEST decision we have ever made in all of our travels. If you want a full in-depth look and education on Egyptian history, Abdul is your MAIN man! He is an Egyptologist with such respect and love of his culture. Never have we met someone so genuinely passionate about what they do. If you want the BEST and true experience, look no further. He sets a bar of excellence that no other tour guides will ever be able to match. We were picked up at our resort in Hurghada and driven all the way to Luxor where we met our tour guide, Abdul. Right away Abdul was so warm and welcoming and jumped right in to teaching us the history of Luxor. He stayed engaged with us the entire time and made it such a fun and interactive day! Especially for our son! From The Valley of the Kings and seeing the detailed tombs, to the Temple of Hatshepsut, to the Karnach temples (worth every single minute) and the Alabaster Factory, he gave us information from his first-hand experiences and knowledge that no other guide would be able to provide. For lunch, you get a choice of eating at an authentic Egyptian restaurant or eating on the Nile River. Choose the Nile River. We got to enjoy an incredibly delicious Egyptian meals sailing on the Nile taking in the beauty of Luxor. It was amazing! We got to meet the great great grandson of one of the workers who worked with Howard Carter (who discovered King Tut’s tomb) and his family who have kept their tradition alive of making the most stunning and beautiful Egyptian collectibles. We even purchased a few his great great grandfather made and Abdul made sure we got the best price and even scored us additional gifts! He also sweetly purchased some souvenirs for our son as a gift. It was so generous! He even scored us additional time to visit an authentic papyrus store where we got to learn how the Egyptians created ways to document their history. We also got to meet the owner of Love Egypt, Mr. Haas. He was so kind and made sure we were happy with Abdul and our services, which we obviously were! But the absolute BEST part of the day was the Karnach temples. Absolutely breathtaking! This place went on for ages and this is where you saw Abdul light up like a kid. He was so excited to teach us all the amazing facts on what made this place so special. He showed us areas that no other visitors got to go because of his experience and relationships with other history lovers and it was such a special experience for us. We are so grateful he shared some of his most special memories with us and we will forever treasure that day forever. It wasn’t just a regular tour, Abdul made it a true and authentic event and we were treated like family instead of just a guy taking us around a city. Abdul truly loves what he does and it is evident to anyone who knows him. The only regret we have is that we weren’t able to stay in Luxor longer so we could do more interactive activities with him! If you’re looking for the BEST way to experience Egypt and the culture, don’t wait, book with them now! You won’t regret it! Not to mention, it is so fairly priced, we would pay for this 10 times over again without hesitation! Again, thank you Abdul and Mr. Haas for making this day incredible special for us and especially our son! We cannot wait to get back to Egypt to see y’all again!
Wow what a great experience and very professional service from Hassan and love Egypt tours, exceptional communication. Great driver and vehicle provided for our trip. Very good price. 10/10
Luxor is a beautiful place, with more remarkable locations than Cairo! The tour guide (Mostafa) from Love Egypt Tours was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire day I was with them. The car provided was comfortable and air-conditioned. I would recommend them for anyone interested in a productive and enjoyable tour of Luxor. One thing to note: as with all tour guides, they do take you to a part of the tour where you are ‘expected’ to buy a souvenir - just be prepared and don’t feel obligated, especially if they start with high prices!
I chose this trip from Loveegypttours because I wanted a smaller group tour since I knew it would be extremely hot in this time of year and we had a 7yr old with us, so I needed a tour that was a bit tailored and faster than big bus group tours. It was perfect since it turned out to be a completely privat tour now in (post)Covid-19 times when tourism is really low. The contact with the agency was very good, they took care of all the details, the pick-up at the hotel was on time, the only problem was we had to come to the security gate by ourselves because of the hotel policy (outside agency). The ride to Luxor was smooth and in Luxor our tour guide Abdul joined us in the van. He was an excellent and very knowledgable guide, passionate about his work and Egypt history, telling stories and facts that were easily understandable. He made us feel really taken care of, especially in that terrible heat (47°C in Hatshepsut temple), supplying us with water and reminding us to drink all the time. Visiting Luxor in the pandemic time was a really good idea, since there were no queues anywhere and inside some tombs we were literally by ourselves. For lunch we were offered a choice to take it in classic restaurant in the city, overlooking the river Nile, or on the motorboat. We chose classic and it was really delicious, even my picky daughter loved the roasted chicken. After lunch we crossed the Nile by a boat and continued our tour in Karnak temple. The tour ended at around 15.30 and we were back in Makadi bay at around 19.30. Highly recommend!
We had private tour to Luxor and all sites. It was a great day with guys who did great job during whole day, showing most important things in very efficient way. Very much worth mentioning is lunch in small restaurant close to Nil river that was fantastic. On top of that, agency helped us in getting PCR test that we paid 50% of price that our hotel wanted to charge us.
the tour is totally recommendable, great sights and - as we were lucky traveling during the COVID period - there were almost no tourists. Guide is professional and knowledgeable... Downsides: the trip is mostly a "shopping tour"...though not mentioned in the itinerary and EXPLICITELEY not requested during booking, there a numerous stops a perfume shops, alabaster workshops, gold shops etc. and the guide uses a significant part of his time to actively promote the products...
We picked Love Egypt tours because they had such good reviews and they deserve them. The main contact is Haas who responds to emails promptly. They delivered everything they promised. Picked us up on time to take the drive to Luxor. Once we arrived we were greeted by Abdul our Egyptologist. He spoke excellent English and was very friendly and approachable, as well as being knowledgeable. We could not have asked for better service. A car then took us back to the hotel and we arrived back on time. Really well organised at a fair price. I would recommend them to anybody. Do take water with you and take some local currency for tips. Haas - I hope your wife is feeling better. Abdul - Thank you for your time and expertise and friendliness - I wish you well.
Me and my boyfriend reserved our one day tour to luxor with love Egypt tours as we left hurghada about 5:30 am we had a nice and very good driver and Mohammed with him who explained many things on the way to luxor, arround 9:30 am we met our guide ahmed darwish who accompanied us the whole tours in luxor, we managed to visit valley of the kings, hatchepsute temple, collossi of memnon then lunch and after lunch we went to east bank of luxor by a motorboat it wad really fun, We were at Karnak temple 4:15 pm We saw everything should be seen in luxor we enjoyed very much by Mr hass services and we thank him to give us the chance to have Ahmed darwish to be our guide, very honest, friendly, and very passionate and enthustic about the history and egyptology please in case you get the chance to be here no hesitation love Egypt tours and don't ask for Ahmed darwish he is very highly recommended, Again thank you
We had a wonderful time in Luxor. It’s a long day but worthed! Our guide Ahmed Darwish showed us the most significative things to notice on every site we visited with him. From the Valley of the King to Karnak, Hatshepsut and The Colossus of Mennonite, we even took a boat ride to cross the Nil with Egyptian music. We had fun, learned a lot and we’ll return with him the next we’re here.
We had only one day to spare before embarking on the dive boat. Contact with the agency was good and efficient. They were on time to pick us up and drive to luxor was good but it took 4h. We had Ahmed Darwish as guide. He was really knowledgeable and funny. We learned alot about old egypt. He really made our day. We did the Colossi of memmon, the temple of hetshaput, valley of the king and temple of karnac. Because the drive took 4 hours this made for a tight schedule on site. If indeed it does take that long inwould suggest to skip the colossi to have more time at karnac and the valley of king.
Excellent comments from Ahmed Darwish to understand better the culture and the history. We visited Collossi of memnon, valley of thr Kings, temple of Hatschepsute and Karnak. The day went by very fast as we had a lot of fun. We also had some very informative about Egypt in general as well. Ask for him.
I don’t usually write reviews unless I want to either warn or really endorse something. This trip was for me very unique and one I hope for many others to experience! Before I begin; I suffer from mild anxiety and thus try to put myself out there, which is why I did this tour by myself. Also I value the feeling of inclusion and safety extremely highly. First of all as I have seen some other reviews saying this is a private tour; it is not. By design this tour is for up to around 10(?) people, since the minibus can hold about 13 if you huddle up. I would not recommend being this many in the bus, as the comfort of riding from and to Hurghada is lost. Because this is definitely a very nice minibus! On the 16 of February, by coincidence, I had this tour to myself. The 2 other people who were supposed to join, unfortunately fell ill. I say unfortunately, since they missed out. So this review might be a bit different for a tour of 10 people, just keep that in mind. The drivers (yes there’s two, in case of one of them needs to rest) are very nice and skilled, but they keep to them selves mostly, which is both good and bad, since you might feel a bit of abandonment, if you are alone. The minivan was flawless and made me feel like a VIP since I had it to myself. The drive itself was not too bad, I would advice to bring cash for the restrooms (as mentioned in other reviews). 5 EUD per visit to them. We stopped at a cafe/shop/restroom site once each way. Here the local salesmen will try to sell you all sorts of stuff. I was approached by a guy selling scarfs, who did not take no for a answer more that 20 times did I have to tell him no. This was a severe anxiety trigger for me, so be aware of that. You could ask the driver just to sit in the car, if you prefer that, but they take a good 15-20 minutes before they are back from the “drivers-lounge”. Upon arriving at Luxor (be advised that there’s a bunch of police-checkpoints along the way), one of the drivers got out, and Abdul joined instead. This was the moment I started to really relax. Abdul is a wonderful person, and his English is amazing compared to anyone else here! He is an Egyptologist and you can fell (and he tells you too) that he loves his job(s). One as the Egyptologist, and the other as a tour guide. Also this is where the tour really begins! You will be taken to all the sites, though maybe not in the order listed in the itinerary, but if theres changes, it is because Abdul knows a better or more optimised route, so don’t worry! The benefit of this tour is also that you don't have to worry about getting the tickets needed, Abul will take care of it for you. So nice since it can be confusing to know where to go and how to use it. At some point you are taken to the craftsmen who still hone the profession of stone carving, and you will be able to buy some figurines or vases here! This was more expensive than I had imagined, but that is alright since this is the real stuff, and you can pay with card here too. I would advise against buying anything unless Abdul says that it is ok to buy. And If you ask him very nicely, he can advise you what to buy and maybe even haggle for you a bit! More praise to Abdul! I would also recommend you bring 300 EUD (at the time of writing this) if you want to buy a pack of photos from the tombs with a DVD with material from all over Egypt. Usually I have a pretty hard time when eating, since that is where my anxiety can catch up to me. But this lunch was amazing! Rooftop restaurant called the African served such delicious food and with a view of the Nile in the background! I was so overjoyed that all bad feelings washed away. While we ate the bus drove to the other side of the Nile (without us) and when we were done eating, we took a small boat to cross. This was a nice timesaver and really cool to sail on the Nile! When we were done at Karnak temple(s), around 3 pm., Abdul bid farewell and the other driver joined us again for the ride back, for safety reasons as before. We arrived in Hurghada around 7:30 pm just in time to be able to grab dinner at my hotel. Be advised that you will feel pretty exhausted after this tour, but it is oh so worth it!I I truly hope you will consider this tour instead of the cheaper once, since you get so much more out of this than I had imagined. Plus the feeling of being secure and well taken care of all the way. Thank you again for an amazing trip!
Pick-up and drop off at hotel in Hurghada was on time (05:30 to 20:15). Comfortable car and journey to Luxor. Abdul was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. He is clearly up to date and active in the latest Egyptology discoveries and research. He cares a lot about ancient Egyptian history, and preservation of the sites, which enhances the tour. Tour included the colossi of Memnon, a visit to the Valley of the kings (3 Tombs included - King Tutankhamun's Tomb is an extra fee of 300 Egyptian Pounds per person), Hatshepsut's Temple in Deir el-Bahari, a delicious lunch at Restaurant Paris, and finally Karnak Temples. We visited an Alabaster and stone-craft store ran by the grandson of the Waterboy who discovered Tutankhamun's Tomb. This visit included a demonstration of the stone-craft by the local tradesmen and a visit to the shop - no pressure to buy although prices were high they do haggle down. Overall, a well organised tour and all ran smoothly. Would recommend as a good option for visiting Luxor for the day from Hurghada. Abdul our guide and the driver were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for such a memorable trip.
My name is Chris Dean, am from Ireland ,I Have had a pleasant trip to Egypt recently and been to different cities .The most remarkable one was my trip to Luxor as an over-day during my stay in Hurghada by the Red Sea . I was advised by a friend who recommended a tour company online called “Love Egypt tours” .They sent me a decent and professional driver “Ahmed” to pick me up with my family (My wife Pamela and 3 kids “Todd 5 years old ,Mathew 8 years old and William 13 years old ) ,and upon arrival ,“Abdul” the representative and the tour guide was waiting for us .he took us to the landmarks of his city such as the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsuite’s Temple on the west bank ,we had seen magnificent stuff ,wonderful colors and lovely stories thoroughly explained by our decent and kind guide “Abdul” ,he was very informative and passionate about his material ,I believe he was the best guide we ever met as he was also very organized went up and down to make us enjoy every minute with great sense of family treatment .He then led us to a magical lunch in the Nile (in a motor boat ) and we enjoyed the aura of being in the Nile ,weather was fabulous ,Lunch was tasty …It was a perfect idea organized by “Abdul” and we are very grateful for him. Then later on he took us to Karnak Temples ..Great ancient huge abode of the god Amun Re and Abdul also showed us the magical hidden secrets of this great temple .My kids loved his stories where he also talked about his culture and family giving us a great simple idea of the life there. We were so happy and in turn we recommend Abdul and his company for any body plan to visit Luxor ,it was worth the money and exceeded our expectation . Thank you
The communication with mr. Hass regarding booking was easy and prompt. We were able to book our tour already the next day. The driver picked us up at the exact agreed time at the hotel. We met our guide Abdul when we arrived at Luxor. A guide working at the university at Luxor with egyptology. So Abdul could tell very interesting stories and knew a lot about the sites. I Can strongly recomend the trip to see Luxor and the Valley of the Kings with Loveegypttours - so impressive and a joy with such a knowlegable guide. /Christian
This tour was great and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Luxor from Hurghada. Everyone involved in the tour was very professional and the experience is one I will not forget. This was a private tour with just myself and the tour guide Ahmed. After booking the tour I received an email shortly after explaining that I would be picked up from my hotel at 5:30am. I booked the tour almost a month in advance because this tour was the entire reason I was traveling to Egypt. I had read the reviews and decided that this was the one I was going to choose. I was not disappointed and my money was well worth it. I have been on expensive tours that were less that satisfactory, and this was NOT one of them. Ahmed kept a very good and relaxed pace, and there was really no time that felt either rushed or wasted. At 5:30 I was picked up by Mohammed and Mohammed (driver). They both spoke English fairly well and there really were no misunderstandings as we had conversation in the private van on 3.5-4hr drive to Luxor. We stopped for breakfast at a little desert-type restaurant and they bought the breakfast, which was a fun experience for me. The breakfast was filling and very fun to eat (typical Egyptian breakfast.. it tasted similar to refried beans and bread. it was good.). Then we continued on the trip. I'm not going to go into every detail of the trip, but it was well worth the price. As I mentioned before, it was well organized, well thought out, and well executed. One thing that made Ahmed a particularly better private guide than others I have had tours with; is that he's honest. And he will tell you straight out, "if you do not want to do something, or you are not happy about something, please tell me.". And that is very important when it comes to tourist and tour guide. And I very much appreciate that. Ahmed does not want you to feel like you are forced into anything. And that's a quality tour guide. What you should also know that has been mentioned in other reviews is that this is a FULL day trip. I was picked up from my hotel in Hurghada at 5:30am, and returned at about 21:00. The driver Mohammed was an excellent driver. Very professional and skilled. You can definitely trust his driving ability. To summarize, if I knew someone who wanted to go to Luxor to see the same sights, I would recommend Ahmed and Love Egypt Tours.
My Name is Ghazel Robinson ,I had a nice trip last week with Love Egypt Tours from Hurghada to Luxor , the day went well from the Moment of set off from Hurghada with a safe driving and comfortable vehicle till we arrived this amazing city ,it was like a dream to be into this city for the first time .We had a tour guide "Abdul"there who was very kind and accommodating since the moment we met him,He introduced us to his historical city and took us first to the west side where we visited the well known Valley of the kings .Abdul give us thorough information about the History which showed how dedicated and professional he was and was admiring. He then took us to the great temple of Hatshepsuit then we went to the Nile .We had a nice and relaxing lunch in the Nile which was a very fortunate choice ,as we proceeded crossing to the east eventually. We had the Van again to take us to Karnak temples and we were shown a breath taking monuments ,this magical huge ancient buildings were very surprising ,with more stories for our informative guide to listen too.I believe I made the right choice about Love Egypt tours and am very thankful for such a beautiful trip .
Family of 3 (2 adults, 8 year old child) did the one day tour of Luxor from Hurghada. The tour company was great and we had a brilliant day. Our guide Abdul and drivers were all fabulous. Abdul was able to answer all our questions and was great with my son. Would recommend, my only hesitation is that I wish we had a second day there as there is so much to see and do. Luxor is a must-see if you are in Hurghada. It’s a long day but worth it

We arranged a private tour from Hurghada to Luxor through Mr Hass at Love Egypt tours. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children (5,9,10 and 14 years old). We saw the excellent reviews on trip advisor and hence decided to go with Love Egypt tours. Booking the tour was very easy and Mr Hass kept me informed of all the arrangements. Mr Ahmed our driver picked us promptly at 5.30 am in an air conditioned minivan. The drive was very comfortable and took around 4 hrs to the valley of the kings. We were met there by Mr Abdul our local guide. He has an enormous knowledge of ancient Egyptian history. We were very impressed with the way he got the children involved in the tour. They thoroughly enjoyed it. We visited three tombs, temple of Hatshepsut and a local village where we saw sculptors carving stones. Following this we had a delicious lunch (Egyptian cuisine) on the river Nile whilst crossing from the west to the east bank. We then visited the beautiful Karnak temple. Mr Abdul also took us to an authentic papyrus painting store on our request before we left Luxor around 5pm. We were back in our resort in Hurghada at 8.30pm. Overall a great, memorable trip that was thoroughly enjoyable for the whole family including the children. Many thanks to Mr Hass and Mr Abdul for making this so special for us.
It was my first time in Egypt and a private tour is the best decision if you are in the country only for a week. LoveEgyptTour has it all. Great service, a very good driver (Omar) and an amazing tour guide (Abdul). Abdul knows it all about Luxor and Egypt. He had a very personal touch to our tour. He took us to an Egyptian restaurant for lunch with delicious food. I always have wanted to visit Egypt when I studied in high school. Finally, my dream has come true and LoveEgypt Tour made it very special. If you are hesitating between group or private tour choose private, because you will learn so much more and you will save so much more time.
While visiting Egypt, my wife found this tour last minute thanks to these great reviews, and our experiences was amazing. The drive from Hurghada was long, but very comfortable in the private car arranged for us by Mr. Haas. Upon reaching Luxor, we were met by Abdul, probably the most knowledgeable and friendly tour guide I've ever come across. His passion for ancient Egypt is immediately apparent and made our experience that much more enjoyable. This tour will not only leave you with more understanding of the great history of Luxor, but also give you experiences that the average tourist to these sights will never have. Could not recommend more.
