Total shambles, coach pick up was from across road at different hotel, coach full of Russians, no English speaking. Didnt have a clue what was happening all day. Squashed on coach,no leg room, bruised and achy from being so cramped all day. 22 hour round trip, not having a clue what was happening, completely ruined the day. Avoid at all costs if you only speak English.

Discover the treasures of ancient Egypt, including the famous Tutankhamun exhibit. Focus on the highlights if you’re short on time. Your guide will help you navigate the museum and point out must-see artifacts.
Learn about the ancient art of papyrus making. See demonstrations and browse through a variety of papyrus artworks. Consider purchasing authentic papyrus souvenirs. Ask about the meaning behind different designs.
Visit a local market or bazaar to haggle for souvenirs, such as traditional crafts, jewelry, and spices. Tips: Practice polite haggling, and your guide can help you find reputable vendors and unique items.

Terrible experience with this tour.Broken bus with no aero conditions,Stuck with no English spiking guide for most of tour
Sied the host is a brillient man, a gentalman. He was very kind, polite and made sure my son and I were looked after. I definitely recommend asking for him as your host to Ciro. Mohamed the professor was our tour guide around Giza, Pyramids, Sphinx and he was full of grate information...a attentive and kind man.
It was good and I recommend. A long bus ride but worth it. Eygpt museum was very interesting, pyramids were great. It would of been nice to have a bit more free time to look around, the guide made us follow him as a group and took us to his friends shop. Extra fees: £8.
Fantastic tour of Cairo with Rob Van Dam and Mohamed. I travelled with my children which was a lot smoother than expected. The tour itself was fantastic, very informative. A lot was included for the price but there will always be add ons with any excursion, depending on what you want to experience is your choice. Definitely recommend.
We went on a tour with GET YOUR GUIDE very similar to this one. I just want to warn you that it's a scam. Our guide was called Hassan Ghanem. He didn't explain anything to us. They made us get on a boat on the Nile River for 15 minutes without explaining anything to us. His English was very poor. At the Egyptian Museum, it was a disaster. He walked around and we lost him all the time. He took us to two shops, one selling tea and the other selling spices, to sell us things. The bus was uncomfortable and the driver was aggressive and drove very fast. They are scammers. Do not book with GET YOUR GUIDe
I went by myself and felt really safe the whole time. It’s a really decent trip at a very good price.
First our bus freezing cold , smell of cigarettes, toilet absolute disgusting smell, no toilet paper our soup, my daughter sick with flu now, our guide on trip talk about his life instead history of Egypt what we looked forward to learn, all shops which its belong his mates/relatives , pyramid he brought us inside small 2 leathers 1 room , big pyramid with a lot of to see he said its closed which not three instead he took us bizarre to buy souvenirs, one woman walk out he being not very angry so my experience with that guide and bus horrible, I only liked pyramids , museum i went by my self way better in our trip!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend! Cairo is magic please a bit to many hours in the bus but overall it’s was a good and nice experience
Our trip was very good fun, we started out in a very small bus which made us worry we would have to drive for 6+ hours in that but thankfully it just took us to a large coach. The trip itself was great, although we only saw the old museum not the Grand one it still had lots to see. Of the additional opportunities you can do, i would recommend avoiding the nile river boat trip as it was a short 10 minute sail with very loud party music and not quite the attraction we were expecting especially for €10 each, but if you haven’t ridden on the Camels the Camel trip to the view seems much better value and would definitely recommend that. Overall it was a very good trip with lots of time to see everything, and loads of amazing photo opportunities. A really good value for money trip, however if you have the budget the plane would probably be better as its a lot quicker.
Best guy was the security guard -would rate him 5 stars. This is a tourist trap - they will ask you to pay extra for a boat trip to look at hotels and get you to pay extra to enter the pyramids. The English guide whizzed through the museum in 5mins and also be aware that it is the old egyptian museum not the grand one so half the artefacts are gone. Wasted most of the time for the other "activities" we didn't get much time for the pyramids and only looked at the sphinx from far away.
Otherwise ok, but the lunch was extremely badly organized. First ”delayed because it wasn’t ready.” When arriving to location it was packed and the serving plates at the table were empty - starters - no salads or any fresh cuts, no bread. Warm plates hardly anything left, as well as with the desserts. PLUS!!! The prices of the drinks a bottle of water 100egp - at the stores 10!!!
We absolutely enjoyed visiting the museum, pyramids and the sphinx which were the highlights of our trip. Our guide shared so much knowledge and we went away feeling like we had learnt so much. It is such a long day as expected and having the additional stop such as going into a perfume shop was something we personally would of been happy not to do and instead have longer at the Sphynx. The coach was really uncomfortable. We sat behind a couple who had their seat far back and we didn't want to invade the space of the person behind us so we were like sardines in a tin. But otherwise the crew on the tour were all amazing and made us feel very welcome and well looked after Thank you so much
100% recommended all crew was perfect organized and handled all situations perfectly. We really love our professional experienced guide Mohammed he was just perfect. Special personality. The price for this trip was very convenient if we compare with other companies. There were also possibilities to take extra trips inside the small pyramyd where ís the exact middle of Earth great experience, ride the camel or take ride with shadow for couples to see the pyramids panoráma, trip on boat to see Cairo from the river where all crew was perfect takimg pictures with wievs, we also visited original papyrus place and the best part was natural oils from one originál egyptian family, amazing smells from nature no parfumes just pure oils. We have lunch on wonderful place we were really positivelly surprised . Mohamed also arranged for us necklace with original hierogliphs with our names. It was really perfect day. Thank you all who participated.
Hey Guys! Thank you for this amazing trip to Cairo! We loved every second of it. Travelling time on the bus a bit much I think, but the day we spent in Cairo... wow! I can recommend these trip to anyone who is comfortable to travel by bus. Guides are friendly, helpful, they showed us around and talked about everything we should know about the places we have been. Good job! I hope that we can meet again! Again, thank you so much!!! Friendly 🥰😍
I definitely recommend them, because firstly they give you very good prices for their excursions and also they have good staff like the tour guides,we really enjoyed today and mainly because of basem the tour guide he is very good best person that I met in egypt very friendly and very talented guider he speaks a lot of languages and makes you feel very confident and protected I personally give him 5 out 5 stars and definitely if I will return I will want to use hin on my next excursions. This kind of staff keeps you wanting to book more excursions and this is good for your company please use Basem as your tour guide as you will learn a lot.
I enjoyed this trip beyond words. We visited a wonder of the world, learned about the culture and history of Egypt. I would like to especially mention the guide who treated us like family. I recommend this trip to everyone, you will not forget it!
Long trip. Good bus with AC. The trip was okay. Stopped at some kind of checkpoint where everyone got off. No prior information of the guide about why we stopped. Were told it was about safety for the tourists. Convoy to Cairo. Nice tour of the Egyptian Museum and on the boat on the Nile. The lunch stop felt more like a feeding than a stop for good food. Messy, noisy and unprofessional. On to Giza which was the highlight of the day. Me time to look around. On to a perfume factory. Placed at a table, “free coffee, Tea or water”. Lots of scents were laid out and it felt like forced purchase for many. We chose to walk away. Homeward, alone in the bus, no convoy on the way home. Unplanned stops where passengers had to change buses in the middle of the night. The driver also made some private stops for deliveries to private individuals waiting along the road. The guide jumped off at a stop and disappeared. Home 00.30
A little long the bus because there is about 5 hours of travel with stops ..watch out for the gas station with 3 guys who collect 3 euros compulsory to go to the toilet.... The pyramids and the magnificent sphinx... The museum not bad and interesting perfumes and papyrus but exorbitant prices still I find.....but on the other hand the goal is to make you buy... The restaurant in the middle of the day really average because a lot of people and noises .. but overall nice activity to see the pyramids....
Veľmi príjemný výlet. Síce nekonečná cesta z Hurghady do Gízy ale všetci sme si to poriadne užili. Najlepší bol náš úžasný sprievodca Mohamed - profesor hieroglyfov, dokonale nám vysvetlil celú históriu Egypta a pyramíd 💗 Veľká vďaka
The long bus ride is not without. But the guide Hannah in Cairo was great. The Ancient Egyptian Museum is crazy (a museum in the museum like 100 years ago). There is a lot of construction going on in Cairo so the extra boat trip on the Nile was nice for half an hour. The second additional offer for 10 euros each was camel riding or horse-drawn carriage at the pyramids. I can't recommend that. First of all, it's really cruelty to animals. Secondly, you can walk well to the plateau even on foot and thirdly you get ripped off twice for the photos that the camel guides and coachmen take, you pay again properly they also appear very outrageously demanding. Otherwise, pyramids + sphinx are great. I could do without the sales shows, in the perfumery it was rather punchy at the Papyrus Institute.
Excursion reserved for the hotel. We left by night bus 00:50 and we took 8 hours to get to Cairo: pick up in the other hotels, toilet stops. Arrival in Cairo, surprise: boat on the Nile not included in the visit 10€/person. Before the meal, we are taken to a perfumery under the pretext that the restaurant is sold out. Departure for Hurgada scheduled at 4pm but it will finally be 6pm because we have a second surprise visit to a papyrus factory. Return to hurgada at 00:30 instead of 22:00. Very long day especially for children.
Nice day too bad we didn't go to Cairo Bazaar. Food at lunch not great. We were amazed in Giza.
Very well behaved. Quick and professional contact with Mohamed Rabea on whats app. 10/10. Nice bus. But the guide was disaster. He lied more to the island. He told the truth. His only focus was to talk about things that would mean upselling. After I got home, I Googled some of the facts he told me and it turned out to be just bullshit. Besides, he was pretty rude. RAMSES!!
Unfortunately, the excursion started at 45 minutes later. The excursion itself was fine, except that you had too little time. You could leave out the perfume advice, because you get it several times every day and also shop that. Lunch wasn't until 5 p.m. This was madness, especially for the children. Unfortunately, we only came back at 1.00 instead of 22.00. It was just too exhausting for the kids. Due to the delay we also did not get dinner at our hotel.
Had been very nice experience for us the staff did their best to help us with everything I would recommend to anyone.
Great outing, pleasantly, surprised at the organization. The guide was great if it was to be done again, I sign right away.
A very mixed feeling. A last minute cancellation for the visit in French with possibility failing a visit in English. A lot of time wasted in extra lucrative activities for guides: visit papyrus factory, perfumer, boat ride without any charm... In short more than 2h30 lost to the detriment of the visit of Giza and Cairo Museum. We felt more like we were on a commercial excursion than a cultural one. Too bad as we still spend a lot of time in transport. Count a total of 22 to 23 h with 2:30 / 3 h devoted to the museum and Giza. In short I do not recommend at all..
I think it was enough to see the old museum. The Pyramids and the Sphinx. The other things weren't worth spending time on.
Disappointed I had chosen via the good reviews read but in the end not at all the same felt. Already I had paid the service over the internet I was asked again for a supplement to pay without knowing why and what this supplement of 8th grade corresponded to.... After it had activities on which they spent a lot of time activities to buy.... My goal was the pyramids and unfortunately we only had 45 min on this site without being able to see the explanations at the entrance.... We had to go fast because it was the end of the day. We were added a boat activity on the Nile by selling a great landscape.... No interest in seeing buildings and hotels without interest for a 10th round extra... And I did not have access to the last activity on Egyptian Russian papermaking I was very disappointed. This activity was included in the price.... I didn't get access because of a bus change. I was changed buses three times in the day.... Bad logistics management for me had to look for the other bus to get my belongings. I didn't get the right information... To sum up this day gave me a feeling of trade to charge maximum on activities and sell things..... Not to mention the stops where the prices were very high for a small bottle of water 2nd go to the toilet 1st each time finally... A stay catches tourists as they say....the pyramids site was definitely worth staying longer...
An incredible, impressive and unforgettable day with your family. An intense and rich program. Other additional paid activities are offered during the day to adapt your excursion to your desires. Small cruise on the Nile, horse-drawn carriage or camel ride among the pyramids in Giza. Our last at 6 years old is well followed all day. Nice organization. You just have to be guided (the guide spoke French 🤩) Thank you to the whole team!
The tour was really well organized and all the people in charge were always nice, responded to questions and took good care of the whole group. A breakdown with the bus was quickly responded to and an alternative procured. Definitely worth a trip :-)
