Fantastic day out - we all loved it. Felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. Multiple opportunities to see and swim with dolphins. Snorkelling was brilliant with loads of marine life to see. All felt very relaxed and safe and entertained throughout the day. Good was delicious and soft drinks available at all times. The crew were outstanding, my kids felt like they had made new friends by the end of the trip! All members if the crew went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. I absolutely recommend this trip. Brilliant value for money - we would’ve booked it for another day if we hadn’t been leaving for home

We booked a private boat with Book Tour Egypt and it was amazing! There were only 10 of us on board, which made the experience very special. The company was extremely flexible and organised everything we needed at a much better price than the tours offered at the hotel reception. We also booked a trip to Cairo and airport transfers with them — all perfectly arranged. Highly recommended!

The best day trip we have ever been on. We loved every second of it. Multiple opportunities to watch dolphins up close and swim with them. Fantastic snorkelling with amazing marine life to see. Food was delicious and soft drinks available at all times. The best part were the crew who made everyone feel safe, welcome and entertained. My youngest child said that he missed them when we left the boat as they were so engaging with the kids onboard. Activities catered for different abilities and ages. The photos and videos available at the end are a fantastic memento of the day. Really well organised and relaxed day and would 100% recommend to anyone. Great value for money

I joined a one-day boat trip to see dolphins and go snorkeling, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff took care of everything from hotel pick-up in the morning to drop-off in the evening, which made the whole day completely stress-free. The crew on board were incredibly friendly, professional, and always made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. The sea was stunning — crystal clear water with amazing shades of blue. We were lucky enough to see dolphins up close, which was truly magical. Snorkeling over the coral reefs was another highlight; the underwater world was full of color and life.

It was a good long day out, Jusf ashame as we thought we would see many dolphins and be able to swim with them but we seen one and wasn’t able to swim with it

This was an all day event on a very nice boat. There were many occurrences of seeing dolphins in the sea. Food and drinks provided. Had an amazing time and boat staff were very helpful.

Didn’t even leave, the boat didn’t even leave the dock! Shocking and was told we might not even see dolphin baring in mind it was a dolphin tour! Guides and local rude and aggressive!

This Tour was so amazing!!! We were lucky to see the Dolphins in the nature and also swim with them three times !!! Also we got two times for long snorkeling seins. Not only for good swimmers, if someone struggles in the water there are plenty or swimming jackets for everyone. The pace was just right for everyone and we could enjoy all the underwater world without stress. Don’t hesitate and just book it now!

Wonderful snorkelling experience with a great and friendly crew who made sure the experience ran smoothly. Nice lunch and facilities on the boat too and we saw loads of dolphins which was amazing as well.

My friend and I booked on a whim. We took an overnight bus to Safaga, not sure what to expect. Even though we were very late, the man picking us up still waited. Everyone was friendly, they provided snorkels and fins (my friend's snorkel was slightly damaged but it was no big deal) and we were out for a while. The food was great, we had a good amount of time snorkelling in beautiful reefs and they successfully found dolphins. A great day out, worth way more than it cost!

Great day out with a fantastic crew. The team have great respect for the ocean and marine life. We managed to see dolphins and it was a thrill searching for them.

The tour operators are very helpful and informative, they give briefing throughout the day and really care about the reef and marine life.

The trip was great, we went to two snorkeling sessions, and a trip to Orange bay. Swimming in the beautiful water was nice, with lots of fish. The food during the boat trip was also pretty good.

Highly recommended. The trip was awesome. We saw and swam with the dolphins. We were also able to snorkel and see lots of fish and coral. The staff were excellent, well mannered, and looked after us very well. They made sure everyone got to see the dolphin and helped the lower ability swimmers when snorkelling. Will definitely be booking again when I go back

Very nice "whole-day-trip" with various activities. Some things I imagined a bit different, so here you can read my personal experiences. Swimming with dolphins is rather like swimming with the other people because the dolphins are not so much interested in swimming with you. But I could see one pretty near and it is amazing, nice creatures. Snorkeling on the first riff was amazing, just I wished having more time and not being shepherd by instructors trying to keep our group together. I can understand them having it easier this way, but it was annoying and not necessary. On the second spot we stayed a bit aside the group and it was much better to enjoy the relaxing underwater world. And one more hint: DON'T BUY THE PICTURE & VIDEO PACKAGE, IT IS JUST CRAP. If you read the webpage of the offer then you won't do anyway, for there is a hint already. At the end of the trip we spent another hour or two with banana boat riding, it takes extremely long until all participants had theirs rides, but you can go swimming or jump from the boat meanwhile. I'm glad we made this trip, it was a nice experience.

The service, lunch, The captains, The sofa riding was better than expected. Snorkeling was good, the corals are not so nice. There were some dolphins seen.

For the small price this tour costs you are getting so much for your money! We went snorkelling on 2 massive coral reefs and saw countless fish of all colours and also had 2 opportunities to swim within 5 metres or so of a school of dolphins. Close enough for decent GoPro footage and to make your heart skip a beat! We couldn't ride the inflatables because the waves were too rough, but, the dolphins and reefs made us more than happy. This is a great tour, with a great crew in an area of great beauty- you will not be disappointed, book now!

What an amazing trip! Picked up from our hotel at 7:30 and taken to the skipper of the boat where you collected your snorkel and fins (we weren’t planning on snorkelling so didn’t take any) Once on the boat breakfast was served which we weren’t expecting. We were taken out to dolphin house where you could swim with the dolphins. At the next stop which was some coral reefs, I was persuaded to go snorkelling, which I’ve never done before. Adam was very patient and took me out holding on to a ring. After a lovely lunch we went for our next snorkel stop where there was a line dolphin who wanted to swim with us. It was truly amazing. We weren’t given the option of the banana boat but we weren’t concerned. Amazing value for money. Would certainly recommend.

Amazing day trip. Worth every penny. We loved it, and bought the video and pictures that they did. They provide drinks and lunch as well. There’s a sofa and banana boat at the end you can go on.

I would not recommend this tour to my worst enemy because no wetsuits were provided for a snorkeling activity in water that was 17-18 degrees Celsius according to the guide. It may have been colder. Additionally, the snorkels were of bad quality, just holes and the water kept getting inside, but I could have dealt with that if we had a full set of snorkel equipment. He said because that was warmer than the air, the water would feel warm. Really?! I have snorkeled in first and third world counties before, in very warm and very cold conditions, and ALWAYS been offered a wetsuit. Furthermore, the “instructor” was wearing a 5mm wetsuit with hood and afterward complained about how cold he was all the while telling us “You do not need a wetsuit snorkelling, only scuba diving.” He also said “It’s your problem if you are cold” and “I am cold because I am from a warmer country than you.” He then proceeded to deny our concerns. My boyfriend tried to nicely suggest that they get wetsuits for future tours, and they were very rude about that. There were also several other problems with the “El Mansour” boat and crew. They kept telling us about how we did not get to see dolphins because of the weather, but we never complained about this. Perhaps they should not write that the chance of seeing dolphins is 90% when it is actually less than 10%, but we never complained about this. Other boats do actually see dolphins every day, so they were lying to us. They took a €5 or 100EGP fee to enter a dolphin reserve in cash. The tour description says €3, plus we NEVER entered anything where there was a fee to pay. Meanwhile, other boats do not change this as it is included. We didn’t complain about the staff blasting music and rocking the boat (induces seasickness) for fun at 9 am when the rest of us were resting. We didn’t complain about the food. I honestly had no expectations except to be given snorkel equipment, which in cold temperatures includes a wetsuit. It actually includes a wetsuit in any temperatures, at least the option of one. I truly think a child, who could drop their body temperature quicker than an adult, could be in a life-threatening environment on this trip. I would also like to mention that someone dislocated their shoulder 3 times (repeated dislocation) on this trip and they recommended getting some cream from the pharmacy. They had NO emergency action plan on open water or on land. They parent company does have better boats and did offer us a second day trip. After this awful experience, we didn’t want to do it, but our friend did and said it was good. However, I do not recommend booking through here as it is a crapshoot what kind of tour you will get. Find a good boat, and book directly through them.

Pickup was on time and comfortable. Arrived at boat in good time. Breakfast was served, we didn't know Breakfast was provided so had a box breakfast from hotel. Boat crew very friendly and saw and swam near the dolphins which were amazing! Delicious lunch served and a good snorkel stop. Great day all round, although didnt get the banana boat option?

We booked this experience before arriving in Egypt, and found on arrival that we had to pay €10 pp extra for transfers from our resort at Soma Bay, which wasn’t a problem. See below for comments on the transfers. We were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the crew and staff on the well-equipped boat, catering for all ages and snorkelling abilities. We were pleased to see the dolphins in the wild at the “dolphin house”, where some passengers swam, and the snorkelling experience on the coral reefs was rewarding. Plenty of time was allowed for swim among the beautiful fish or just relaxing on the boat, with no pressure to do either! Lunch was surprisingly good, with a well prepared, tasty spread, and the more energetic guests entertained us by enjoying the fun on the sofa and banana boat at the end. The transfer was spoiled by having to wait for an uncommunicative Middle Eastern family, who kept us waiting on the return as well, and the time-wasting no show at another resort. Don’t expect adherence to traffic rules like seat belt use, mobile phones and speed limits, either!

Great value trip, some really good snorkelling sites. Dolphins swimming is weather permitting but to be expected in February. Food is excellent and the crew are very accommodating and good fun. Would recommend.

There were strong waves and wind so I had sea sick. 1. My son and I could not see the dolphins. 2. The staff refused my son to swim with the dolphins because of the safty concerns. ◎ 3. They refused Even 3 minutes swim with dolphs under their protection. ◎ 4. They asked extra money for the pictures about 20 dollars for my son and me. 5. I was vomitting severely and the boat shook hard so I lay down all the time. 6. No fun no picture of cause. But they asked me money for the pictures. 7. The food was not good, so we threw out the food. ◎ 8. After the snorkel they asked us tips. ★ 9. That is funny they asked tips cause I was vomitting and was lying all the time except the snorkeling for 10 minutes. 10. I was busy caring my son cause he had hypothermy which is strong coldness of his body. 11. My son could not see the underwater creatures cause the goggles were not fit on him. My son's goggles were easily blurred. ◎ 12. I also could not find any decent goggles. In that regard they said chinese products are always no guarantee. 13. Other people who got strong guidence from the staffs swam well with dolphs and enjoyed snorkeling well. 14. My son and I are veteran swimmers in the pool. ☆ If you choose this tour, you need to know this information in advance.

Nice day with dolphins, snorkeling, food, drinks and a lot of sun! Picked up and driven home to the hotel, funny and very helpful crew, both inside and outside of the water.

Staff was super friendly and so fun! Started the day with a snorkling area witch was lovely, then the DOLPHINS 😁😍 was a amazing experience to swimm with the dolphins on your side! Banana boat or the mattress included, was super fun! Liked how the staff cared about the nature and the dolphins. Lunch was great and staff was professional, even gave all a breifing, made you feel safe to be in their hands. So recommended!! Thank u Omar and Imad for the nice pictures and lots of laugh.
