Zen Resort By Tbh Hotels

I initially had some concerns regarding the room and its location, but I was genuinely impressed by how professionally the hotel handled the situation. The issue was addressed and resolved promptly, and the staff were extremely cooperative, respectful, and professional throughout the process. Their attitude and willingness to help really made a difference and completely changed my overall experience. I truly appreciate the management and the entire team for taking my concerns seriously and making sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service and a very professional team. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I had a really lovely stay at Ajira Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. A special thank you to Alaa Nasser for the warm and professional welcome, and to Chef Khaled, who was absolutely lovely, sweet, and made our experience even more enjoyable. ❤️ The only areas that could use a little improvement are the room service and the bedding. The room service could be a bit more organized and responsive, and the beds and mattresses were not the most comfortable in terms of bedding quality. Overall, though, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality.

Having spent years in hotels all over the world I can say without hesitation that this is the most friendly, cooperative hotel staff I have ever seen. The room where we stayed was spacious with amazing sea view. I would like to thank the resort manager Mr Mansour for the great hospitality and also to extend the thanks to the restaurant staff who saved no effort in providing the services during meals. I had the best time with my family here. The place is incredibly beautiful and calming, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They gave us an amazing room with the best view. They also provide transportation to the beach, making it very easy to access. The breakfast buffet was lovely as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
