Water Valley By Neverland *****

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. The reception staff were very friendly and respectful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The biggest highlight is definitely the huge water park, which is one of the largest in the Middle East. There are so many water slides and activities for both adults and children, and most of them are available throughout the day. You can finish one ride and simply move on to another. There are also snack stations and food options everywhere around the water park, which is very convenient when you’re spending most of the day there. The hotel has many restaurants with a huge variety of food, so breakfast, lunch, and dinner all offer plenty of choices. You definitely won’t feel like you’re eating the same thing every day. Another nice area is Midway Street, where you can find different activities and games, including bumper cars and other entertainment. There are also bicycles available for free, which you can use around the resort, especially in the evening. The nighttime entertainment was also very good, with plenty of activities, shows, and parties, so there is always something to do after sunset. Honestly, this is the kind of resort where you can spend your entire vacation inside the hotel and still have plenty to do. Between the water park, restaurants, snacks, games, bikes, and nighttime activities, you won’t get bored easily.

The resort is good but it does not meet the expectation that you have compared to the price you’ve paid , advertisements and TikTok’s makes you expect a Disneyland, but the reality is so different. It seems that the resort does a lot of offers that allows people from all layers to come in to the resort, people that you don’t expect to see compared to the price paid. At lunch and dinner people run to the food as if it’s their first time seeing food and it’s so crowded. We booked from booking.com, the children scale in booking is 0-17, but when we reached we were told that the scale is 0-12 so we were asked to pay extra. The staff are friendly and positive especially the lifeguards 👌🏼 The aqua park is fantastic, and the idea of using elevators to reach the water slides is both creative and unique. It makes the experience much more convenient and sets the park apart from others. Overall, the resort does not meet the luxurious expectations. We had a wonderful family vacation at this resort. The facilities are excellent, and there are plenty of activities for both adults and children. The water park was very enjoyable, the beach was beautiful, and the museum was a pleasant surprise that we really loved. Our stay was comfortable, and the staff were helpful and responsive. When we arrived, our room was quite far from the restaurants. After we requested a room change, they responded quickly and moved us to a much better location, which we really appreciated. Another big advantage was having a medical clinic on-site. My son became ill during our stay, and the doctor was kind, reassuring, and professional. The resort is very large, so walking long distances can be tiring. Although shuttle buses are available, they are often crowded. The restaurants offer a good variety of food, but waiting in long lines during peak hours can be frustrating. The same applies to the water slides, where the queues are quite long. The bazaars are nice, but the sellers can be a little too persistent, making it difficult to browse comfortably. Overall, we had a great experience. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and we would happily recommend this resort to families looking for a fun and relaxing holiday.

What made our stay even more memorable was the incredible hospitality. Every member of the staff, from the team members to the management, was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their professionalism and genuine care made us feel valued throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun-filled, relaxing vacation with excellent food, wonderful entertainment, and outstanding service. We can’t wait to come back!
