Tui Magic Life Club Kalawy

Day one feels like a complete misunderstanding... We arrived yesterday evening and spent our first day at TUI Magic Life Kalawy today. Looking back, it honestly feels like a bit of a misunderstanding. Given the premium price of this holiday, we definitely had different expectations: Breakfast: The selection of fresh fruit was very limited. When I asked if they had fresh mangoes, I was kindly offered canned peaches instead. Fully booked activities: By the time you figure out as a newcomer how and where to book activities, everything is already completely fully booked. Snorkelling at the house reef: The hotel’s main attraction—the underwater world—seems to only be enjoyable if you pay extra to rent a mask, snorkel, and fins. For a high-priced all-inclusive holiday, that's completely incomprehensible. Tennis without rackets: The highlight was our attempt to play tennis. There were no rackets available, reception claimed it wasn't their responsibility, and the tennis instructor happened to have the day off. A proper waste of precious holiday time and nerves. Outdated facilities: From worn-out sun loungers on the beach to broken table tennis tables, there is definitely plenty of room for improvement. A small silver lining: On a positive note, the Egyptian-themed dinner was very well done and genuinely delicious—even if the beer unfortunately tasted a bit flat. 🫣😂 For the standards you would expect from TUI—and especially at this price point—this kick-off was quite odd overall. We definitely had a rough start at Magic Life Kalawy today, but I'm giving the club and us another chance. I'm curious to see if the next few days can turn things around!

I really had a wonderful stay at TUI Magic life Kalawy . Everything was clean and well maintained, the room was so nice and the staff were everywhere incredibly friendly, very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay ; very good job by the HR and all the head of departements. The beach and pool areas were clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The food especially the déserts were delicious : many thanks for all the chefs for the wide variety of options. High level of the entertainment team especially their manager. I can highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you soooo much for ALL the team : they are very lucky to have a very professional General Manager. Hope to see all of you soon ,👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had the best couple day vacay here! Swimming by the jetty was so fun and the water was clear What makes this resort stand out is that they let the native cats live within it! They're cute and very clean. Also, I've never seen such beautiful balconies before! They somehow grew these beautiful vines around every balcony. Great landscaping. Quite romantic 🤩❤️ There was a crazy diverse selection of food served at every meal and pretty much everything I had was absolutely scrumptious.

No review can do this place fairly, its been by far the best experience ever. The food is amazing, clean, fresh and different everyday at lunch and dinner, plenty of time for food and choices are unlimited you will struck to choose. The rooms and public bathrooms are incredibly clean, the reception team is wonderful. The people there are the highlight, all staff all around, lifeguards, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners, chefs, managers are all amazing, serving people with a smile and never complain or pull face, the chefs went our their way to make us food that wasn’t even on the menu. You get not hassles trying sell you things at all. Activities are amazing and keep you busy all day everyday. The location is far from Hurghada city centre if u wish to travel there but you shouldn’t need to as you have everything available at the resort . Very friendly staff, I couldnt praise them enough. Honestly don’t hesitate.
