Fantastic holiday. Lots of fun and loads of things to do for all ages. The entertainments team are brilliant. The food in the Mongolian restaurant was our favourite. The swim up bar is amazing and the bar staff are very lovely, would like to come back.
It’s not really 5 star quality, more like a good 3 star, 4 star at a push, but ultimately you can’t complain much for the price (under £500 for 7 days). Rooms are outdated but the facilities are decent. I came to the sister hotel Titanic Palace 2 years ago and would say that it is the better half of the complex. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but a few seem grumpy and unbothered. However, DO NOT got to the spa for a massage because they will completely rip you off (last time I came they wanted £330 for 3 50min massages and a 30 minute facial treatment!) I would play less in the UK for better quality! Food is ok, some dishes are a bit tasteless but overall good variety. Pools are nice too. If you want a nice beach to enjoy though it’s not here, as you have to walk a few hundred metres to get to the water from the end of the complex. The place is mostly clean, although I had to dispatch a few mosquitos in the room a few nights at the start. So overall for the money it is decent but don’t expect 5 star luxury.
We had a fantastic stay at Titanic Beach Hurghada as a group of 15, and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and kept exceptionally clean, and there was a great choice of food with something for everyone. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which really made a difference during our stay. The kids especially loved the water slides, with plenty of choice to keep them entertained, while the hotel’s location right on the beach was a huge bonus. The restaurants on-site were great too, especially the Mongolian and the Japanese. A special shout-out to Ahmed at the pool bar, who looked after us brilliantly throughout our stay. He was always friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. All 15 of us had a brilliant time and came away with some great memories. A big thank you to the whole team at Titanic Beach for making our holiday such an enjoyable one. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
Excellent Stay at Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park We had a wonderful experience at Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park. The resort offers a great atmosphere, beautiful facilities, enjoyable aqua park activities, and excellent hospitality. Everything was well organized, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable for the whole family. A special thank you to Ms. Haidi from the Reception for her outstanding effort, kindness, and professionalism. She was extremely helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist Thank you to the entire team for the great service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fantastic hotel, perfect for families. Brilliant facilities at the aqua park, lovely array of food (particularly the desserts and the Egyptian themed menu on Friday). Some rooms are ridiculously far from the main area of the hotel - 10mins walk and the decor is dated. We had several issues with our room which took far too long to be sorted. Staff are very hit and miss; the bar staff seem disinterested and quite frankly rude but the waiters in the main restaurant are slightly better. Hotel is located close to the senso mall, airport and aquarium - an added bonus.
