Elma is part of the animation team...she is very happy, friendly & kind. Always including everyone in all the activities. The staff are very nice & helpful too. Rooms are clean & tidy. The hotel is huge but easy to navigate round. Would definitely come back.

The animation team is very nice, especially Judy, she's a very helpful girl. The evening shows are excellent. We will definitely come back again

Everything was great! The room was very clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking—like being above the moon. 🌙✨ The service was more than perfect. We received our room very quickly, which was even more impressive because we arrived early. The food was delicious, and the variety was more than perfect. The animation team was also very cute, friendly, and funny. ❤️ The hotel is also very close to all the activities, which made it very convenient for us. ❤️ Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed our stay!❤️❤️❤️
