Sunrise Alora Aqua Park Resort

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ At first, when I booked Sunrise Alora Park, I wasn’t sure if we had made the right choice. We had the option to stay for 10 days, but because I didn’t know what to expect, I decided to book 7 days instead. After spending 7 wonderful days at the hotel, I can honestly say that we had a great time and enjoyed our holiday very much. The staff were absolutely fantastic — very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was much better than we expected, the swimming pools were clean, and the water slides were a lot of fun. There was plenty to enjoy throughout the day, and overall the hotel had a very nice atmosphere. The only thing I would recommend improving is the room setup for couples. Instead of having three separate single beds, it would be much better to have one double bed for two people. Apart from that, we were very satisfied with our stay. We are happy that we chose Sunrise Alora Park, and honestly, if I had known beforehand how good our holiday would be, I would have booked the 10 days without hesitation. This was our very first resort holiday, and overall, we had a fantastic experience! The hotel was lovely, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made us feel comfortable and contributed so much to an enjoyable stay. There were a few minor cosmetic imperfections, but nothing that affected our holiday. The only downside for us was the constant loud music and entertainment throughout the day and evening. It was sometimes difficult to find a quiet place to simply relax. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a lively, fun-filled resort holiday. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a lovely stay at SUNRISE Alora with two families, and it was a great experience for everyone! The resort has a beautiful beach, a great aqua park, spacious renovated rooms, and plenty of daily activities and evening shows. We particularly liked how well everything was arranged for families with kids while still having separate areas for adults. The variety of restaurants was also a big plus. A special thank you to Mr. Osama from Reservations, Mr. Omar at Reception, Mr. Ahmed, the Restaurant Manager, and Mr. Abdallah El Maqreshy from drinks service. The whole restaurant team, especially the Italian restaurant staff, were wonderful. Always smiling, helpful with recommendations, and genuinely keen to make sure we had a great experience. The hospitality really made the difference. Thank you to everyone for such a memorable family holiday. We'd definitely come back!

We had an absolutely amazing 12-day stay at Sunrise Alora Aqua Park Resort in Hurghada and couldn't have been happier with our holiday! From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. The whole hotel was beautiful, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleaners, restaurant staff, entertainment team and everyone else throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful and hardworking. Our kids enjoyed every single minute of our 12-day stay. There was always something for them to do, and the entertainment team were absolutely amazing at keeping everyone happy and having fun. A special mention has to go to Mostafa, our room cleaner, who was absolutely amazing! He always kept our room spotless and regularly left wonderful surprises for the kids, creating amazing towel animals that they absolutely loved. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our holiday even more special. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we genuinely couldn't fault the hotel. We made some wonderful memories as a family and would highly recommend Sunrise Alora Aqua Park Resort to anyone travelling to Egypt, especially families with children.
