it is SO NASTY. Never again. The beach is so small. DONT GO. The rooms are dirty the curtains are ripped. The Food Is HORRIBLE. Everyday we eat disgusting chicken and it is so nasty . don’t go.

I had nothing against this hotel until I saw a worker kick the cats near the eating area. There are better ways to take cats out of the place instead of kicking them. When I said this, I was told to eat outside, which made me leave without finishing my food. Most of the workers were very kind and provided the correct information about everything we needed, they were helpful in creating an enjoyable trip. I required medical attention for which the doctor was called for and he provided brilliant care, I'm very thankful to him. I would recommend the Sun and Sea hotel as a first time traveller to Egypt as the hotel offers cheap and enjoyable trips with a workers to ensure your safety.

negative: •hardly any water comes out of the shower head the shower is clogged after 1 use •Floors, mirrors, and windows throughout the hotel are dirty, and hotel staff use a bucket of clean water to clean the tiles outside. The tiles look exactly the same after cleaning as they did before. •Regarding the reported defects in the room, the receptionist wanted to take care of it the next day, but no one came! •Pool ladder very wobbly (both) •No wifi in the room only at the reception, wifi at the reception was very slow •Pushy salespeople (from the hotel) constantly selling their trips, massages, and cosmetics. My personal overall rating of the hotel is 6. The hotel is over 20 years old and needs some small renovations. The food is buffet style, but there aren't many options. Chicken, rice, and potatoes are available at least every day 😉 If you want beer or spirits, you have to ask or go get them yourself at the pool bar, served in 0.2 cl plastic cups. 🙈 If you want bottles of beer or cocktails in glass, this costs extra 🙈 As for breakfast or throughout the day, forget about real coffee, it's only available with Nescafé 🤬 The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is average. The entertainment is average. The beach is about 50 meters away, crossing the road, and it's nice. The pool is as in the photos posted, nice. The internet is the sore point of this hotel. It's 2G, so very low, poor 😡 but only in the common areas, namely near the reception. There's no signal at all in the rooms or at the pool. The hotel staff... if you have a problem with someone on the staff, I recommend speaking to the manager himself, who's truly exceptional at listening and trying to resolve issues (avoid pointless arguments, avoid problems 😉).
