A truly lovely hotel. The grounds are very well-maintained, and the beach is beautiful. Unfortunately, there is no house reef directly accessible from the hotel. As for the food: I found the quality at the buffet to be rather mediocre. The grill restaurant, on the other hand, was truly excellent. The Asian restaurant was very disappointing—poor service, a bad atmosphere, and unfriendly staff. The Italian restaurant by the pool was also very good. The beach is very expansive, and the staff go to great lengths to keep it clean—though, unfortunately, the tourists are less diligent in this regard. A huge thank you to lifeguard Mohamed Ghareb. Thank you for the conversations and for doing your job so excellently. We were greeted with a smile every single day. Thank you for that. The nice thing about this hotel is that it isn’t a massive complex. The location is very quiet, and the beach is wonderful for taking walks. All in all, it was a really lovely holiday, though with a few minor drawbacks.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. I can’t find a word to explain how incredible the service is. You genuinely wont find anything to complain about. The most important thing for them is to make the customer satisfied. I want to thank specifically Mr. George (assistant manager) who helped us incredibly in this stay by making sure our rooms were perfect, booked for us the à la cart, and made my mom’s birthday unforgettable with the room decoration, restaurant decoration, and cake. Secondly, I would like to thank the waiter Mr. Bassam who went out of his way to make us happy bringing us all the food we can think of and not think of 😂 I have never seen such a kind waiter like this in my life!!!!!!!HE 1000000% NEEDS A RAISE. Also, I advise to go to the Lebanese restaurant where Mr. Samer is the head chef. He met us personally and we had to tell him how amazing his ribs are. Even the general manager Mr. Manual came to us to make sure everything is perfect which it obviously was😂😂. The animation team did a great job with keeping us entertained especially Mr. Krill. I swear everyone is always smiling 24/7, and you feel you are the only guest in the hotel. Must try food is the ribs (Lebanese restaurant), fungi pizza (Italian restaurant), and the hot chocolate cake (Maya restaurant). I will 100% be coming here again.😁

We had a wonderful experience at Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma. The entire resort is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, from the reception team to every single member of staff. A special mention goes to the Arabesque Restaurant the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff there were exceptionally kind and attentive. Their hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. What truly stands out is the friendliness and professionalism of everyone working at the resort. Every team member, no matter their role, makes you feel welcome and well cared for. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We highly recommend Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma and would definitely love to return!

AN ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC RESORT! Everything about this resort is top notch! They know how to make you feel pampered and ensure making your stay memorable! We stayed at the resort for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The real highlight for me was the beach. Clean sand, turquoise water and great and friendly beach service. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms (we stayed in on of the grand pool view rooms), the a la cart restaurants and the buffet restaurant. Generally speaking, the food in any of the restaurants is of high quality. The buffet is truly impressive with a huge variety of items for everyone. Everything is fresh and the buffet staff are always on top of things making sure all the dishes are replenished in a timely fashion even during the peak times. We had a delicious meal at the Lebanese restaurant (we ordered the mixed grill and the Mozza with frika) The beach restaurant Maya has such a great romantic vibe! The meal was OK but it was just the vibe that made it enjoyable for us. The night shows were average (nothing special about them) but we didn’t care much because it was not really something we were anxious about. The only thing that would make this resort perfect is if they have one of the pools heated as the water was cold all day long specially with the winds blowing.
