Having a wonderful experience on our holiday at the resort. The staff have been amazing and so friendly since our arrival. The service at the Botanica restaurant has been amazing from the personal touch from the manager to the waiting staff. Our bar team specials that need a a mention are Ramy who we first met at the Library lounge were he was so attentive and we were relaxed and had laughs with him. Outside our bestie was Ahmed at the wave pool bar, he again was funny and attentive to us with our drinks and any information we needed. Our housekeeping team was Marina, she has always left our room completely spotless and her little towel designs have been amazing, so look forward to seeing our random designs. Thank you for this memorable stay.

Highly recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is lovely, and the service is top-notch. The staff members are incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The meals were excellent, delicious, and offered a great variety of options. Another huge plus is the location – the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly love to come back again!

The standout has to be the staff. Genuinely lovely and kind. Second visit and we've never had a problem, if something needs sorting they always do it. Good selection of slides and the beach is the reason we came back. Food selection is great and the flavours are all there. Something for adults and kids both. The Asian restaurant is particularly fabulous (and unlimited usage).

Love this place! Perfect for families, couples, young and old! We’ve been before and returned because of the hospitality, warm welcome and facilities. Previously travelled here with my 2 year old grandchild, and again with my older teenagers and never been short of things to do. The beach area (and the pontoon where you can snorkel) is fab. We have the deluxe rooms overlooking the pool which are perfect! Food is plentiful (don’t miss the lovely lady making fresh bread in the restaurants!) For a bit of quiet time in the evening we sit in the library where drinks are never in short supply. The staff here are simply incredible, they go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Special shout to my man Fawy and Ayman at the wave pool who are brilliant! From making sure you get the beds you want to ensuring your glass is always full and the area is kept spotless they work tirelessly to make sure your holiday is fantastic! Love Sindbad, love the area, and will keep returning!
