We were supposed to get a superior room with side view of the sea, yet got placed in an old family room with pool view. Didnt say nothing so oh well. But the amount of people trying to sell you diving, boat rides etc is overwhelming. When you tell them you found it cheaper they start to fight with you. I bought the ultra option which was supposed to give me 30min massage gratis - the spa guy told me they dont do 30 minutes and i have to pay anyway. Even tho its clearly shown that the back massage takes 30. Its not the best place if you want to be unbothered on the sunbed cause there will be someone talking to you every 5 minutes trying to sell you sh*t. Never in my last 3 Egypt stays i was so fed up with the salesman. Overall, its a cheap hotel with meh food overruled by Poles - dont know where the "so good" opinions come from - dirty beach sunbeds, dirty room with leaky toilet, same food everyday and lines to get eggs (because theres nothing else to eat in the morning), tragic experience in the mediterranean a la carte. You can do better.

We were staying at Diamond Beach, but had the luxury to enjoy amenities of both resorts. Difference between Diamond Beach and Akassia Beach is that Diamond Beach is a bit more luxurious and 12+ compared to Akassia Beach. However the beach bar at Akassia has really beautiful views and staff is amazing and so full of joy. That’s what I missed at the beach bar of Diamond. A few (empty) pools are strangely adult only, which is really weird for a family resort. Some pool staff don’t speak English apart from a few basic words. So conversations became weird very quickly. Nevertheless the outdoor area of the resort is as beautiful as Diamond, dozens of gardeners take extra good care of the greenery and landscaping.
We enjoyed our stay at Sentido Akassia Beach Resort. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and there was a good mix of pools and activities. The reef was definitely one of the highlights. The food was fine with a reasonable choice, and overall we had a good holiday. We'd consider staying here again.
First and foremost, it’s a very clean and beautiful hotel. Its sheer size might be a bit overwhelming at first, but it gets better every day. The water park is fun and a great place to let loose. The staff is incredible - and I can’t say enough good things about them! The people who work here, even though they sometimes don’t understand English, always give it their all! Of course, you spend most of your time around the bars. Our favorite - in terms of service, the taste of the drinks, and the overall atmosphere - is the Sea View Bar/Beach Bar! The guys - Mohamed, Wagdy, and Bemoa - are irreplaceable! Congratulations to the whole team for making our breaks from the pool and the sun so enjoyable! Rooms and generał service is on perfect level! They just doing the best possible service that I saw. I have only small minus, to small choice on the breakfest, lunch and dinner. No subject dinner from different countries and only 2-3 things changing every day. Overall the food was good, sometimes very good, but they need to put more different positions.
