Great place the room was clean and the view was amazing and they have a friendly orange cat I really wanted to give the place 5 stars but the only negative thing that Is the beach full of hard rocks and the water is very shallow

Was due to stay here for two weeks but with the building work going on & the place in disarray, left after one week. The staff are all lovely & helpful but I had wanted to relax not listen to jackhammers. They work from the hours 10-3,. Have stayed at Scandic many times and loved it, sadly this was disappointing 😞

Pros: 1. Center of the tourist area.Many restaurants, ATM, Apotheke nearby. 2. nice view and nice swimming pool. I saw the gym but not sure everyone can use Cons: 1: many rooms are still under construction, therefore there is some noises 2 because the room is new, still some smell from the renovations left

We’ve just wrapped up a fantastic getaway at Scandic Resort’s chalet in Hurghada, and we’re already planning our return visit – the experience was that good! The chalet itself was immaculately kept; every corner was gleaming clean, floors were spotless, and bed linens and towels were changed regularly with pristine quality. The housekeeping crew did phenomenal work – they didn’t just stick to the basics, but paid close attention to little details, kept the space tidy day in and day out, and were always happy to assist with extra requests. Their service far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, every member of staff was courteous, professional and treated us with genuine respect. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, handling check-in seamlessly and offering loads of useful guidance about both the resort and the surrounding area. They helped us organize fantastic day trips, set us up with trustworthy taxi providers, and shared great recommendations for local markets and the marina – their support made exploring a breeze. The security team also deserves high praise; they were consistently friendly and vigilant, making sure we felt completely safe throughout our stay. They even took time to point out the best routes for evening outings and were always ready to lend a hand if needed. Scandic Resort has earned our highest recommendation – if you’re heading to Hurghada, this is the place to stay!
