Rooms, food, and location are fine, but the reception staff and check-in experience were a complete nightmare! Upon arrival, they refused to hand over the key and extorted an unexpected extra fee not listed in the booking, using discriminatory excuses regarding nationality and currency.
The receptionist argued aggressively and acted extremely rudely instead of helping. A formal complaint with proof of payment has been submitted to the booking platform for a refund. Avoid this hotel if you want a hassle-free stay.
The rooms and the building is verry clean staff are ok thats the only good thing,rooms are outdated,no free wi fi only downstairs in the lobby and its verry slow,older 32inch tv not many programs the picture is awfull,also we paid for a seaside view they tried to give us a standard room (garden view) as they say but it was old roof tops not a garden in view,coctails are porly made,food is verry bland some food is ok but most its bland and dry simple food,the beach is ok they clean the water from seaweeds but verry shalow and so manny rocks not a place to swim only to wet your feet, and the people trying to sell you something or try to get you to pay for a trip are anoying mostly every 20-30 minutes there is someone to sell something verry anoying,someone offered a massage 40-60 minutes for 80-100 euros they say its verry cheap 🤣, but if you plan to go on a safari or diving verry fun and verry friendly staff on those trips, would not recomend or come again in the same resort, at best its a 2 star resort not eaven close to a 3 or 4 star resorts.

We also really enjoyed the food, the lovely atmosphere, and the overall service at the hotel. All of these made our stay a wonderful experience and, without a doubt, made us want to come back again.

We felt right at home, only with the sea nearby and plenty of sunshine. ☀️🌊 Definitely a place we would love to return to! 🥰
We booked this hotel expecting it to be a 4-star hotel, but honestly, I would not give it 4 stars. In our room, all the tables were wobbly and in poor condition. The bathroom was in terrible shape, and the water in the shower was very unreliable, sometimes it worked, sometimes it barely came out at all. The balcony door could not be closed properly, so whenever it was windy, it made a lot of horrible noise. The air conditioning was also very weak and barely worked. The staff were generally okay, except for one man who offered to carry our bags and then asked us for money for it, which we did not appreciate. The food was nothing special. It was basically the same every day, often dry, and there wasn’t much that we really enjoyed eating. The alcohol was also not very good, especially the cocktails, which were poorly mixed. On the positive side, the beach was great and definitely one of the best things about the hotel. Overall, we expected much more from a 4-star hotel and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed.
