Riviera Aqua Park Resort

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The location is amazing, and the snorkeling is absolutely fantastic. The food is outstanding, with plenty of varied restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. The snacks are excellent, and the aqua park is amazing too. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Our room had stained furniture, a used tissue in the bed, and empty, crusted toiletry dispensers. The public areas, including the dining hall and the restrooms by the pool and lobby, were consistently dirty and not maintained well for the number of guests. * **Service:** The staff seemed disorganized and were not very helpful. Our check-in was complicated by a booking mix-up, and getting information about hotel activities was nearly impossible. We also had a restaurant reservation, made directly with the front desk, that was not honored when we arrived. * **Food & Facilities:** The food was generally edible but lacked quality and variety. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, and the room finishings are not up to a 5-star standard. **The Positives:** * The beds were quite comfortable. * The mini-fridge in the room was restocked with complimentary water and sodas daily, which was a nice touch. * The cocktails, while made with local spirits, were decent. We know the hotel as Rewiyan Inn Resort. We were moved here from another Hotel. Room was excellent with its own pool. As you see from video, some building work being carried out to extend the Hotel but had no effect on our stay. All the staff were friendly and helpfull. The choice of food was outstanding even to the Poached Egg man at breakfast.

We have just left a 7 night stay here at Hawaii paradise aqaua resort - room 5050 Special mention to tawfek abdel fattah, he was our cleaner for the 7 nights and the service he provided to us was outstanding! Always made sure we had what we needed and greeted us with a smile! Very hardworking! To be honest he made our stay and is an asset to the hotel☺️ In terms of the hotel in general - there is a lot of building works going on and we had to swap rooms the first day as the noise was horrendous and we was smack at end the end of the building where it was happening - aside from this the grounds are constantly kept clean. At the restaurant there is a lot of food to choose from but I feel is very basic as they are catering for a lot of clientele. whatever alcoholic drink I chose I couldn’t drink any of them. The staff in the hotel are friendly too I can’t comment on animation as we didn’t watch it For the price we paid - I did feel it was a good deal
