The hotel was perfect for us, we enjoyed every second here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The animation team is the best we have ever met! They are fantastic, very friendly, and they were like a second family to us. We hope that next time when we are coming they will be still here! All together we would totally recommend it to come. We had really great time here, and special thanks for the animation team!!
Very beautiful and amazing hotel! I stayed here between 17th and 24 Sepetember 2026 and it was a very beautiful and wonderful experience and my vacation in Egypt was awesome. The staff was very friendly, even thought they didn't knew English extremely well and they helped us how they were able to and the drinks here were awesome too. The food was also very delicious, even thought it wasn't very diverse and the 2 a-la-carte restaurants I have ate (Asian + Oriental) had very good food, thought I prefered more than Asian restaurant. The rooms were also cleaned everyday and were quite nice and the bed was cozy. The beach to the Red Sea was very beautiful, clean and it had amazing corals and fishes. One of the best and most beautiful hotels I have ever been to!
In general it is a good hotel. Some services were so slow especially from the waiters in the restaurants and in the pool bar. I liked that they are willing to take feedback for enhanced service. There's small things to enhance for a 5 star hotel! The food is high quality. And the beach is ok given that there some stones/reefs. Thanks to mr Mahmoud Elmasry from the Lobby bar. He is a good man.
I recently spent four days at Prima Life Makadi, and it was truly fantastic. The food, staff, activities, and programs all contributed to a memorable experience that made staying there enjoyable. Special thanks to the animation team for maintaining high energy, which made the stay lively and fun. The staff was always cheerful and welcoming, making every encounter pleasant. I appreciated the conveniently located bars around the resort, making everything easily accessible. The pool was beautiful, and the beach was exceptionally clean. We tried the banana boat and sofa activities, and the resort's programs were excellent. I highly recommend it, even for large families like ours with ten members. It's also great for kids, and overall, everything was wonderful.
The location was very good and actually near everything like the beach was near walk to it and near the rooms and the reception like less than 5 mins walking and the reception near the restaurant, the rooms, the pool and even the pool bar. The atmosphere there is so good maybe sometimes hot but in total it was so good. The rooms were so good it was big and fits everything even alot of drawers gor everything the bathrooms are good the lights are warm, mirrors are good, the balcony had the best view ever. The value is great and actually the quality of everything was the best. The cleanliness is so good the rooms always the best cleaned and even sometimes when i left my clothes on the bed they fold it for me. There was actually was no noise everything with songs is at best hearing level. Service was so good and the staff was the best always serving with the best smile and the most passion and never get tired from my huge orders. Amenities for me i would say the animation team they made me feel very included in everything and i loved every single one of them i loved their dances and their shows all of the things they've made i loved lucy so much and her tone and her flexibility and also joo he was the best at the animation team for me he made me feel excited for everything and even when i played darts and the songs and dances and always his smile and laugh everywhere and I would love to come again and see them one more time.
