Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park - Neverland Hurghada

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The welcome was warm, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was really great. However, I have one major complaint: I mentioned multiple times before and during our stay that this was our honeymoon, but this was completely ignored in every single aspect. It was a huge disappointment for us, as we expected at least a small recognition for such a special occasion.

Everything was great! The service was excellent, the beach was very clean, and we had so much fun at the aqua park and on the water slides. Our room was lovely, and the food was delicious. The resort has 12 restaurants. I didn’t try all of them, but every restaurant I visited was really good. The entertainment and shows were also amazing, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. A special thank you to Jessy from Guest Relations for her kindness, support, and excellent service. She made our holiday even more special! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort.

The staff generally treated foreign guests better than locals, likely because they expected larger tips. This wasn't true for every staff member, but it seemed to be the case for the majority. Some staff were actually friendlier to locals than foreigners. The aqua park was enjoyable overall, but some slides, such as the King Cobra, had very long wait times considering the length of the ride. Midway was one of the highlights of the resort. It offered complimentary bicycles to ride and had a small amusement park, which made it a fun place to spend time. We stayed in two bungalows. In one of them, the air conditioning was only partially working, and although the staff came several times to fix it, the issue was never fully resolved. The biggest problem, however, was that my brother has insulin that must be kept refrigerated. Unfortunately, the mini refrigerators in both bungalows were not working, which was a serious inconvenience. The food in the restaurants was good overall, but I think it could use some improvement to make the dining experience even better.

We had a wonderful stay at Jungle Aqua Park Hurghada! We are a family of four, and we were extremely happy with our holiday from start to finish. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would like to thank everyone working in the restaurants, bars, around the pools, and the housekeeping team for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They always made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes every day, so everyone in our family could always find something they enjoyed. The hotel is perfect for families, and the water park and pools provided endless fun for both the children and the adults. Everything was clean, well organized, and created a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. We highly recommend Jungle Aqua Park Hurghada and would be happy to come back again!
