Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort

We spent 8 wonderful days at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort Hurghada and had a great family holiday. The resort is perfect for children, with many pools, lots of water slides and areas for different ages. There are also a few quieter pools for adults. Safety is excellent. Lifeguards are always present around the pools and especially at the slides. Age and height rules are applied strictly, which we actually found very reassuring. There are several restaurants, so there is plenty of choice. The à la carte restaurant is very good, but you should book at least 48 hours in advance. The beach is reached by shuttle every 15-30 minutes, with only about a 5-minute ride. There are also many activities and entertainment options, although quite a few were mainly in Russian. A special thank you to Atef, the bellman, who helped us a lot during our stay. We really appreciated his kindness and availability. Many thanks as well to Zakaria, the manager responsible for our room area, who was always available, helpful and attentive to our comfort. A very enjoyable family resort and a great stay in Hurghada.

Excellent Stay & Outstanding Hospitality! I had a wonderful stay at Albatros Aqua Park Hurghada. Everything was excellent, from the rooms and facilities to the food and overall service. The entire staff was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and welcoming, providing exceptional hospitality throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Taha Hussein and Mr. Ahmed Eid from Reception for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and assistance. They truly made my experience even better. Highly recommended! I had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel, all you could ask for! Animation team absolutely fantastic, always get everyone involved , always come and interacted with you. Keira was absolutely amazing, very friendly and always enthusiastic! Mohammed Fadl waiter absolutely brilliant, let's just say you was never without a drink. Very friendly and always went above and beyond! Overall fantastic hotel, helpful and fun staff throughout!

We had no issues with the food and drinks during our stay. The hotel offers a wide variety of delicious meals that cater to different tastes, so everyone can find something they enjoy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, with excellent housekeeping throughout. Even if you prefer to spend your entire holiday at the hotel, it provides a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere.
