3rd day in a row living without hot watter and it doesnt look someone is bothered about it. Front deak is informed yet no fixing, no room change. Its not a 4 star hotel, i would rather say even 2 stars would be too much.

As for the food, meat and fruit were portioned out by the staff; everyone was given only a single slice of meat. If you asked for another slice, they would grumble loudly while handing over just half a slice. If you asked a third time, the chef would shout that there wouldn't be enough left for anyone else! It was the same story with the fruit; I’d advise heading straight to the fruit station as soon as the meal service begins, because after 15 minutes, everything would be gone, and they wouldn't bring out any more. They play a trick where they simply don't replenish items that run out. We had never been to an all-inclusive hotel, where you had to demand meat dishes and fruit! There was one dinner where they allocated a single turkey for the guests of 160 rooms! My husband complained three times to the dining room manager and the hotel director, asking who exactly one has to pay just to get something to eat! It was an unbelievable experience over the course of that week. Apart from that, the hotel could have been enjoyable; drinks were refilled (though they refilled beer bottles next to the reception and just pressed the caps back on). The coral reef and the beach were beautiful. We even told our tour guide, what was happening at mealtimes and explained that this isn't what "all-inclusive" means, but nothing was done about it. Overall, the hotel would be good if they didn't starve the guests. Our poor friends stayed for another week, but unfortunately, the situation didn't change.
I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Manager Inas, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with an amazing beach and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The Top chef Salah Al refaai made very delicious food with fresh ingredients offering a great variety of tasty dishes. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent and ensured a great night's sleep. The organization, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. The only area for improvement is the security staff at the entrance, who could benefit from additional customer service training. Apart from that, everything was perfect. 10/10 experience – I would definitely come back again!
This hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish and is absolutely not recommended under any circumstances. The food was one of the worst parts of the stay. Everything was served cold, with no variety at all. It was literally the same dishes every single day, which quickly became repetitive and barely edible. There was almost no fresh fruit available, which is unacceptable in a hot country like Egypt. The desserts all tasted the same – overly sweet, artificial, low quality, and with no real difference between them. Drinks were just as bad. Soft drinks were flat and watered down, tasting like they had been heavily diluted. Water was strictly limited to 0.5L per person per day, which is completely unreasonable given the climate and simply not enough. Alcoholic drinks were of extremely low quality – the cheapest possible options with a harsh, unpleasant taste. Cocktails were undrinkable and felt like they were made just to tick a box, not for guest enjoyment. The hotel itself feels neglected and poorly maintained. The entire property looks run-down, with visible signs of poor upkeep and lack of investment. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly are not a priority here, and it shows everywhere. The animation team was also extremely disappointing. There was no real entertainment or engagement. Activities were poorly organized, uninteresting, and had no energy. Guests were not involved, and it felt like nobody on the team actually cared. The whole animation program added nothing to the experience and felt pointless and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was extremely poor across every aspect – food, drinks, service, facilities, and entertainment. Nothing met even basic expectations. This is not a place for a relaxing holiday and is strongly not recommended.
Travellers, be aware, it has Marsa alam in the hotel name, while this place is 120 km from Marsa Alam. Rooms and facilities are in rough shape. Food is ok, but not always available, when something runs out it's not always replenished. Hotel has no small shops on the territory, there is no place to buy groceries etc (an another hotel nearby is a 15 min walk). Animators are fun and friendly, there are activities throughout the day. Cell network coverage is very medium/low (an orange data sim card only went online once). Swim options are either rocky bottom belly deep or swim-only (overhead deep) from the peer end. Food service gathers queues of tourists, food is not too simple to get fast and in amounts that you wish (near-all-inclusive), some food is only handed out by staff (not self-service). Pools are in rough shape, never seen the pool bar actually operating. Wi-fi in the lobby and beach is very low power (literally no coverage behind the lobby wall or 10m from the beach bar). Taxi provided by hotel to nearby El Qoseir is 30 eur (roundtrip 2 pax, as of March 2026). Overall expect to eat and sunbathe and take part in animation activities here, there is not much else to do, there is completely nothing behind the hotel fence.
