The staff were absolutely amazing - super friendly, helpful and always there when you needed them. Honestly, the best part of the hotel! The food was varied and delicious, with a different theme every evening (French, Italian, etc.), plus a great breakfast with pancakes and plenty of choice. Fresh fish and seafood were also a highlight. The pool and beach were clean and easy to access, and the slides were fun and felt very safe with lifeguards. The room was okay, but the Wi-Fi was unfortunately very poor. Also, way too much plastic is used - I’d really recommend switching to more glass and reusable containers. As this waste is insane! Overall, a great experience, mainly thanks to the amazing staff!

I would give this hotel zero stars if that were an option. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating available. The hotel was terrible, and the service was extremely disappointing. What made our experience even worse was that my children were subjected to violence inside the hotel, and despite the seriousness of the situation, the management did nothing to address it or ensure our safety. This was completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children.
I was on vacation from 3th to 11th august with my family,we’re 5 people and it was amazing. It was our first time in Egypt and i love it.The service was amazing, staff really nice, friendly and always helpful. The restaurant has an incredible selection of food, clean pool and overall an amazing experience.I do recommend going on trips. We were in Kairo at the piramids, safari and a boat trip with the men in the hotel that organized these trips, his name if Sherif and i do recommend you to go with him just make sure you know all the details when you arrange the trips. In Kairo was hot but still a lot of stops so you do see the entire city.At the piramids take long covering clothes so you don’t burn from the sun and its an incredible experience to ride the camels there. At the boat you swim in the middle of the sea and look at a lot of sea life. The safari was for me the best trip.Just take clothes that you don’t mind staining because the sand flies everywhere and take googles cus it gets in your eyes as well ,they do charge you for that. There’s camel riding there as well and i do recommend taking a photographer even though you pay him as well.Around the hotel there are a lot of shops but make sure to check the ones down the street as well because there are too many with an amazing prices. The hotel as well was really safe and they do have inspections all the time so you will be safe there. 10/10 experience
The hotel rooms despite being basic were ok. The beach and pool area were lovely but unfortunately the food, service, drinks and the majority of the staff were rude and unhelpful - especially reception staff. Would never stay again and dont recommend anyone too.. we had to eat outside all the time as food was so bad and the all inclusive drinks were undrinkable..
We would like to say for our entire group that Resort Le Pacha in Hurghada is one of the worst hotels in terms of service, really at a zero catastrophic level, no choice for breakfast or lunch. Repeated all week. You only eat rice and some beef and the fish is burnt, unseasoned, breakfast has zero choice and toasts that you want to make. Everything burns, they sleep, just completely the whole hotel is a mess. We do not recommend it at all. The management should think about themselves. You have All inclusive, you arrive in the morning and they don't even give you coffee, you have to pay for 2 dollars. Simply a disaster. The only advantage is probably the beach. NEVER THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!
