Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. From the Guest Relations team to the restaurant staff, the servers, and the team working at the beach, everyone was always smiling and willing to help. I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of them for making my stay so enjoyable. The food was also delicious, with a great variety and very high quality. A special thank you to Aghapy and Amr at the Fitness & Spa Center for their kindness. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. I truly appreciate all your efforts.

From the overall concept and atmosphere to the layout, beach, service, food, rooms, facilities, and especially the staff, our experience was genuinely very close to perfection. We stayed in rooms 5204 and 5205, both with a beautiful front sea view. The view was really nice and added a lot to the overall experience. Waking up and having the sea directly in front of us made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms themselves were comfortable, well maintained, and complemented the overall quality of the resort. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Almost anything we asked for was handled within minutes. You really feel that the team cares about the guest experience and wants to make sure everything is right. A perfect example was when I commented that, since it is mango season and Egypt is famous for its wonderful mangoes, it would have been nice to have fresh mango available. The very next day, mango was added and available for everyone. This may seem like a small detail, but for me it says a lot about the hotel. Comments are actually heard, taken seriously, and acted upon immediately. This level of responsiveness is something we really appreciated. The food quality was excellent, and the service in the restaurants was among the best parts of our stay. A special mention goes to the chef at the main restaurant during dinner and the restaurant manager, who were both outstanding. The quality, presentation, and overall dining experience were excellent. The beach was beautiful and offered a great balance between privacy and atmosphere. You can relax and enjoy your own space while still feeling connected to the resort and its activities. There were plenty of beach activities and facilities available, giving the whole family different ways to enjoy the day. The lazy river was another fun part of the experience and something the family really enjoyed. Between the beach, pools, lazy river, activities, and other facilities, everyone had something to enjoy while still being able to relax. The overall layout and design of the hotel create a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The concept of the resort is very well thought out, and everything comes together naturally—from the rooms and sea views to the beach, restaurants, facilities, and outdoor areas. Most importantly, the whole family had a wonderful time. The hotel managed to combine quality, comfort, privacy, activities, excellent food, and outstanding service in a way that worked extremely well for all of us. Once again, the biggest recognition must go to the staff. From the restaurants to the beach and throughout the hotel, they were simply amazing. Overall, it was a truly excellent and memorable family experience. The hotel, atmosphere, sea view, beach, facilities, food, and service were outstanding, but it was the people, their attention to detail, and their immediate response to guest feedback that made our stay particularly special. We would definitely be happy to return. Note : The restaurant manager Mohamd Fahim was amazing / the staff on each incredibly nice same swimming pool frankly I don’t want to forget but every one we met was amazing in terms of arrive hospitality and smiles

I stayed at Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay last weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. This wasn’t just a beautiful hotel, it was a place where every member of the team truly understood what genuine hospitality means. From the very first phone call, the experience was exceptional. Ms. Engy from the reservations team made me feel incredibly welcome, patiently listened to all my requests, and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. Before our arrival, Mr. Ahmed Abdelhady also followed up via email and confirmed that all the preferences we had shared in the pre-arrival survey would be arranged, and they absolutely were. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a warm, friendly, and professional front desk team. Walking into our room was such a lovely surprise, again arranged by Mr. Ahmed – it had been beautifully decorated for my birthday, making the celebration feel even more special. They had also thoughtfully assigned us a room away from any noise, exactly as requested, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. The dining experience was another highlight. The breakfast and dinner buffets were far beyond what we expected from an open buffet. The quality of the food was excellent, with an impressive variety of dishes catering to every taste, including plenty of vegetarian options. It was clear that the hotel puts real thought into accommodating different dietary preferences. We also loved the Beach Bar, which served delicious lunch options in a beautiful beachfront setting. The beach itself is simply stunning; soft sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and even coral reefs nearby for those who enjoy snorkeling. Whether you’re looking for a quiet adults-only beach area or facilities for families with children, including pools and a lazy river, the hotel offers something for everyone. What truly makes Kempinski Soma Bay stand out, however, is its people. Every interaction we had reflected professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to make our stay memorable. It’s rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such a high standard of service. Kempinski Soma Bay truly deserves its five-star reputation, not only because of its beautiful facilities but because of the outstanding people behind them. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We left with wonderful memories, and we’re already planning to return again later this month. We can’t wait to be back!

All right guys, let’s state the obvious. The location is fantastic for snorkeling lovers, but the beach is sandy, so you are getting the best of both worlds. The decor is quite unique, you have an indoor outdoor situation in the reception. A mix of traditional, natural and modern material, with quite the elevated style. Now my gluten free peeps, you know I got you. The buffet is labeled you guys. Not only that , chefs are all around you, and you can double check. The head chef made sure I knew which protein was gluten free. Not only that he told me if I found the options limited, which I didn’t, that they will gladly make me something including pasta! Now the amazing part, that allergy people are quite aware of, is the tone. A lot of time you get a condescending dismissive tone , or an overly poor sick you tones, neither of which happened in our conversation. Simply accommodating, factual information. Simply perfect. Now , all of that would not matter if the food didn’t taste good. I am happy to report that it was perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned. I love staying here and we keep coming back, because hospitality is more than overly smiling, and I would say this place is close to perfect. Highly recommend.
