Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money Our honeymoon experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The food was poor, with very limited variety, the beach was severely overcrowded, and the room cleanliness was unacceptable. There was little to no attention to guests' needs, and even basic services seemed to require extra payments despite what we had already paid. To make things worse, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working, making our stay even more uncomfortable. The hotel seemed more focused on overcrowding its facilities than providing quality service or a pleasant experience. What should have been a special and memorable honeymoon turned into a frustrating disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for couples or anyone expecting a relaxing, worthwhile stay. The experience was nowhere near worth the money we paid.

Hi, having just returned from a fortnights holiday, celebrating my 60th birthday with my partner Jacy at the KaiSol Romance, I wanted to share some of my experience. As I mentioned, just hitting 60 means I suffer from the usual aches and pains that most of us have to endure at that age. A knee that had surgery 10yrs back, a shoulder that feels like it's bone on bone and a stomach that enjoys too much good food and wine. So I decided to pay a visit to the gym facilities. Here I met Ibrahim. I ventured onto the cycling machine, knowing that it is low impact on my knee. Ibrahim set it up for me and away I went. I explained to him about my knee and told him my shoulder was playing up, also a few pounds off my stomach would not go amiss. He left me to my cycling but then after I'd finished he asked me if he could show me a few other exercises to help me. So that's what we did. He went through a few disciplines on various pieces of equipment, showed me what to do and also showed me a few exercises that didn't require the machines and could be done at home. At the end he asked if I would like to come back the following day. I said yes, and his response was that in turn he would take me through a few different routines to help me. This carried on throughout my stay, with the odd days rest in between. I can honestly say that Ibrahim has helped me beyond the normal of what you would expect from most hotel gym attendants. He is friendly, personable and gave me loads of encouragement and praise. It was like having my own Personal Trainer, he has showed me so many new routines and exercises of which I will endeavour to keep going now I'm back home. My heartfelt thanks go to Ibrahim. He made my holiday one of the best experiences ever. I hope by me writing this review that at least one person will benefit from it. Visit the gym, speak to Ibrahim and gain a trainer and friend who has a vast knowledge of how to look after your body and improve your health. By the way, my shoulder is 100% improved, my knee feels stronger and I actually lost some of my belly fat. A huge Thank You to Ibrahim, what an asset to the hotel that doesn't even advertise that they have someone who can give such expertise and guidance. Cheers John

We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome throughout our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Mohamed, who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. He was kind, helpful and always took the time to make sure everything was perfect. People like him make a holiday even more memorable. Thank you for the wonderful time, we will take many beautiful memories home with us! ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kaisol Romance Resort! Everything was beyond our expectations and truly deserves 5 stars. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes every day. The beach was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The entertainment team was amazing—always smiling, energetic, and making every night memorable. What impressed us the most was the kindness of all the staff. Every single employee was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel at home from the very first day. A special thank you goes to Sameh, who took care of our room (1909). He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure our room was perfectly clean. His warm personality and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Ibrahim at the reception. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always professional, patient, and willing to assist us with anything we needed.
