We came home feeling refreshed after a lovely stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, our room was comfortable, and the service was consistently friendly. We enjoyed the food, refreshing drinks, and entertaining evening activities. Overall, a very enjoyable experience

First time travelling to Egypt for our family holiday, beautiful place to stay, staff are really welcoming and will do anything above and beyond! The animation team are always in great spirits and keeping the kids entertained throughout the day! Would highly recommend to any family visiting!!

Rooms are clean. House keeping are good...you have access to beach and aqua park by shuttle.. Beach is very good for swimming and snorkeling.. Makadi water world is very great and excellent.. There is pizza, burger, hot dog, fruits and soft drinks, also ice cream available at both.... But regarding Pool in the hotel: is very small, no activities at all at it.. Also animation team is good for couples they give bottle of alcohol and a shisha as a gift 🤔 and not suitable for children... The hotel is very very quit up to pooring.. You may attend activities at other near hotels like oasis and area of Makadi market.. ... The worset is the restaurant. Small amount and medium quality . No variation of food.. Taste of some is great others very bad.. Also the restaurant is very hot and one of the staff is not friendly with the guest asking to stay in restricted area in the restaurant(I don't know why) . For me price for service is high.. Other places would be more better than that one.
