From the very first day, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. The hotel is beautiful, clean, cozy, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff deserve special praise — everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful, and always smiling. They really made us feel like special guests. Kerolos chose the best room for us, Islam and Hasan made the best cocktails and really all people are so kind. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back again!
Hotel Review We would especially like to thank Ahmet, the manager at Jaz Neo Dar El Madina, for his genuine care and attention to the guests. He truly cares about visitors’ comfort and always makes sure everything is going well. Having a manager like Ahmet makes the whole holiday feel more comfortable, relaxed, and, most importantly, reliable. You know that if you need anything, there is someone who genuinely cares and is ready to help. Thank you, Ahmet, for making our stay even more enjoyable! We truly appreciate it. ❤️
