Jaz Elite Maraya - All Inclusive

We would like to sincerely thank you for an amazing stay. We spent 10 wonderful days here with our family, and it was truly an unforgettable holiday! The staff were always smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding — everything was spotless and well taken care of. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and even created beautiful towel decorations on our beds, which was such a lovely touch! The waiters were always cheerful and attentive, bringing us delicious drinks and coffee with a smile. Everyone made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We are absolutely delighted with our experience the cleanliness, the wonderful service, and the genuinely friendly attitude towards guests made our holiday truly special. We will definitely come back! We are already going to miss this place and all the wonderful people who made our family vacation so memorable. ❤️

What can I say. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who is still considering it. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The bed is comfortable, we had a room with private pool and it was a jackpot. The waiters were delivering us drinks coffees near the pool so we didn’t need to go to more crowded pools. The food was delicious, zero food poisoning nor stomach problems. The reef near is beautiful and you can get awesome GoPro footage there.

I will start with pros. Really clean hotel. I was in many 5* hotels in Africa or Turkey, but I never saw so clean hotel at area. Rooms are daily cleaned. Not only on surface. Same about the flora and grounds around pool. Toilets at pool are also clean. The staff in general is really helpful and positive. Absolutely amazing Aquapark in range of 5 min walk. Now cons.. The pool is getting more murky and hotter ever day. Don't know, what is the cycle for "deep cleaning" but after 3 days we started to see some debris in pool and the feel of grease from sunscreen. Also the food was not the best. Don't get me wrong. It was fresh and there was good variety. But for me, as a European not used to Lamb etc was little disappointed. Since the complex is quite big but enclosed, all shops are two times more expensive than in Luxor for example. Same with offered trips etc. But even the price is higher, the experience is great. Only access points to the sea are via the pier. So the beach is not really a beach in common meaning. But the underwater life in this area is stunning. One of the best places for diving and snorkeling.

Great resort in the midth of Medina Coraya which is operated by the JAZ Hotel Group. Overall it is a bit smaller compared to other resorts, but it kept all promises. The entire resort is kept very well, the service folks are forthcoming and friendly. Pools are big enough which excuses the fact that you cannot directly enter the sea. The bay, about 800 m away has a small beach area, where you can swim in the sea. All other beach areas have protected reefs, which are amazing to snorkel or dive. The food is delicous, however could have a bit more (vegetarian and vegan) diversity. Animation is not too pushy and the have regular shows.
