A hotel with a management team that truly cares about its guests! What stood out to us during our stay was the personal attention and care shown by the hotel management. After sharing our feedback, the Assistant Manager, Mr. Elsayed, personally listened to our concerns and made a genuine effort to improve our experience. We truly appreciated this approach, as it made us feel valued as guests and showed us that our feedback mattered. Of course, there are still areas where the hotel could improve, particularly the drinks selection, minibar policy and food quality. However, we were very pleased with the management’s willingness to listen and take action. Thank you to Mr. Elsayed and his team for their kindness and efforts to make our stay more enjoyable!

This was our honeymoon, and although we stayed for only two nights, we had a wonderful experience. Everything was great, and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. It was our first time visiting Egypt, and staying here made such a positive impression on us. We only wish we’d had time to try the spa! I’d definitely recommend this resort. Exceptional Hotel and wonderful people We have just returned from a simply wonderful 10 days at the Jaz Elite Asteria and have already discussed returning. This hotel is stunning from the moment you walk into the lobby, to the immaculate grounds and gardens that the staff work so hard to maintain. We were warmly welcomed and looked after so well by so many people during our stay and could not have been happier with our first experience here. Special thanks and praise must go to Saad the front desk Manager, Katie, Amelia and Moda in the animation team, Mohamed at La Dolce Vita who looked after us every day around the pool and is a genuinely wonderful human being, and also the amazing Alla who made our room so welcoming every day with the most wonderful towel art! Also, thank you Katie for always taking the time to speak with us and also encourage us to join in numerous games of darts or bocce! We also enjoyed brilliant massages at the spa which we would highly recommend and thank you to all of the fantastic staff there. We were most grateful for having our room upgraded on our arrival to a deluxe family room with sea view which had the most breathtaking view of the resort leading to the sea. Just stunning. The food was excellent, particularly at the à la carte restaurants which can also be visited for lunch without a booking if you would like an alternative to the buffet lunch. The beef steak for dinner at White Sands was just amazing with a beautiful view out to sea, and the lamb cutlets at La Dolce Vita were also delicious. Drinks and cocktails were also very nice and always served so beautifully and professionally by the brilliant bar staff and the wine was also very nice. We had such a wonderful and memorable time here that we will remember very fondly. It was an absolute pleasure to meet everyone that we met who showed us such warmth and kindness throughout our stay, and all of the staff are exceptional at making the entire resort stand out as a special place. Thank you for welcoming us and we hope to see you again soon.

We spent a family holiday at Jaz Elite Asteria and initially our impressions were very positive. The food was excellent, the comfort level was high, and the overall standard of the hotel deserves praise. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by very noisy neighbours in the room above us. Every night we could hear walking, moving furniture, and other noises, which made it impossible for us to get proper rest. We reported the issue during our stay, but at that time we did not feel that enough action was taken by the hotel. After our departure, the hotel manager personally contacted us to discuss the situation and address our concerns. We appreciate his involvement, openness, and the fact that he took our feedback seriously. We were also assured that the hotel will introduce changes to help prevent similar situations in the future. Our first review was negative because we were disappointed with the response during our stay. However, the manager’s attitude, willingness to listen, and commitment to improving the guest experience made us decide to change our review. Jaz Elite Asteria is a new hotel with great potential. We encourage guests to share their feedback and concerns, as the management takes them seriously and is willing to make improvements. A good hotel is judged not only by its facilities and services, but also by how it responds when problems occur.
