We stay here end september untill beginning october. It is an amazing hotel, great food, very clean. All staff are super friendly, thanks to Mahmoud (Mo) and Mohamed for waitering us. Top animation team with Victoria, Mo, Zain and Marc. Always smiling and giving joy to all guests with all animation activities For snorkling it is amazing at Marsa Mubarak with seaturtles, eagle rays, and all other sealife. We have an incredible time and will not be the last time we will be staying here.

Very beautiful adults-only hotel with impeccable and perfectly maintained facilities. The room, with a bay view, is not very large but it is intelligently laid out, very clean and equipped with a very comfortable beds. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for their magnificent sculptures on the bed – true artists' work. On the dining side, the food was delicious and varied. The only downside: the wine and cocktails which, in my opinion, could be improved. The setting is splendid. The bay is magnificent, with turtles, a dugong and a multitude of fish right in front of the beach. The fine sandy beach is clean. Even when the hotel is fully booked, you can easily find a quiet spot. The entertainment team is present but discreet, which was perfect for us. The only negative point, which is not the hotel's fault: the numerous snorkeling boats that come by the dozen and can be quite noisy and disturb the tranquility. The staff is extremely attentive, very helpful and you can really feel that the guest is at the center of attention, with respect for individual needs. I recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing vacation at this hotel and loved every minute of our stay. Our room was spacious, perfectly clean, and featured a very comfortable bed. The food was always fresh and delicious, offering a huge variety of choices every single day. We were also highly impressed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Additionally, the entertainment program was fantastic, filled with great daily activities and professional evening shows. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be coming back!

A great hotel and a wonderful holiday. I was there with my 80-year-old mother. The welcome and reception were excellent—very helpful! We were given a room close to the restaurant, pool, and lobby (which was very important for my mom, as she has difficulty walking). The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially two gentlemen: Mohamed—the younger one, 24, with curly hair—and the older one, who was slightly bald). The food was very good, and the drinks were delicious (made with quality alcohol); the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery ( a small downside regarding the room – it hadn't been cleaned when we got it, and the outside of the toilet was dirty ). We visited the spa (for relaxation and deep-tissue massages with Dalia and Arwa—fantastic!). A wide range of entertainment options. A wide, large beach – close by! The only issue was the lack of an elevator; there were only stairs! This was a major inconvenience—there really should be a small lift by the stairs. Thank you for a wonderful holiday—my mom was delighted, and the hotel was chosen specifically for her.
