Travelled a single woman, Hotel was excellent staff friendly and courteous, food was varied and most days could find something. Only complaint I had superior room on the ground floor and whilst the room was great the verandah was mostly unusable as the plants overhead constantly dropped debris on the patio, furniture and in the outdoor jacuzzi. I would add having a ground floor you were directly on the beach board walk so there was no privacy, I would personally remove the tubs nobody used them as in full view of everyone and with the overhead plants dropping all the time were a complete waste nobody used them once in the 12days I was there. Better to remove and sell as beachfront rooms. Other than that had superb time and return again in 4weeks.

For the price we paid for 11 days, I have to say that the hotel is very good and offers good value for money. There are also many very good and friendly employees. The waiters were all very nice, polite, and helpful with us, and they definitely deserved the tips we gave them because they were always doing their best to help and provide good service. Rafael, the painter at the hotel, was also extremely kind, friendly, and pleasant. He was always nice to us and made a very good impression. The food was the same every day, but I have to admit that it was tasty. The entertainment team, however, was quite disappointing and often very annoying. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the reception staff members, Mohammed, was not good at all. He is a tall, slim guy, and we found him very arrogant, rude, and negative towards us. On our first day, we gave him a $10 tip because we hoped he would give us a nicer room, but unfortunately, I feel that we were given one of the worst view rooms instead. His attitude towards us was very rude throughout our stay, and he was not helpful or welcoming at all. The beach was okay and I liked that it was sandy, but the sea is extremely shallow. You have to walk a very long way into the sea before the water becomes deep enough to swim, which can be inconvenient. Overall, for the price, the hotel is good and offers decent value for money. There are definitely some very good and hardworking employees, especially the waiters .However, the reception service and entertainment team could definitely be improved.

The rooms are new, modern, comfortable and very well maintained. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean, and it is clear that hygiene is genuinely taken seriously here. Everything feels cared for and well looked after. The staff deserve special praise. Everyone is extremely professional, polite, warm and genuinely helpful — but never intrusive or pushy, which unfortunately is not always the case in hotels. From the housekeeping team and kitchen staff, to the bartenders, security, reception and everyone else working behind the scenes — every single person contributes to the wonderful atmosphere. I cannot name anyone individually because everyone deserves the same praise. A huge bravo to the entire team and the management! The food is varied, fresh and very tasty. There is no unnecessarily enormous selection just for the sake of having a lot of food — instead, there is a well-chosen variety with something to suit every taste. The beach is beautiful, spacious and sandy, with plenty of sunbeds. The tides are noticeable, but the sea never disappears; it simply becomes quite shallow at times. You can always swim beyond the buoys, where the water is deeper. I was especially impressed by the lifeguards. In addition to the lifeguard on the beach, there are also one or two lifeguards in the water beyond the buoys, and they are happy to help guests discover and safely observe the beautiful sea turtles. The animation team is also fantastic. Every day they tirelessly organize a rich and varied entertainment programme for guests of all ages. There is always something happening, while still allowing you to enjoy a peaceful holiday if that is what you prefer. Overall, Imperial has exceeded my expectations. Considering my previous experiences in other 5-star hotels in Egypt, I can confidently say that the cleanliness, hygiene and professionalism of the staff here are on a noticeably higher level. A huge thank you to every member of the Imperial team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended — I would gladly return! ❤️🇪🇬

I liked the hotel, the service is fairly good. The animation team is really nice and friendly. However, the food is not as delicious as it could be. The variety is poor and the taste is average. The room cleaning is also bad too. The staff always forgets to leave the required number of towels, etc. the rooms require renovation and the bedsheets too. Despite all this, the beach and pool area are good. The sea is not that convenient for swimming due to the constant shallow waters.
