Hilton Hurghada Plaza

Another incredible stay at the Hilton. This is our 3rd visit. The hotel is so clean and the staff are incredible. So friendly and can't do enough for you. Its a shame the animation team keep changing and theres no consistency but maria and julia are amazing. Really warm and friendly but not pushy. The are a credit to your team. The lifeguards go above and beyond all the time. Nothing is too much trouble they work extremely hard. We stayed in room 112 and our house keeper was incredible. He did an amazing job every day. A huge thank you to all the staff including all the security (they are fabulous) and all restaurant and bar staff. The staff at this hotel is why we keep coming back. They are amazing. I stayed at Hilton Hurghada Plaza for 5 days. I faced a few issues at the beginning of my stay, but the team handled everything professionally and made sure all my concerns were resolved smoothly. I would like to thank the Reception, Guest Relations, and Duty Management teams for their kindness, support, and cooperation. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Adel, Mr. Hossam, Mr. Abdelrahman, Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim from the Reception team, Ms. Alaa, and Ms. Sara. I would also like to thank Mr. Ehab Abdo, Beverage Manager, for his support and professionalism. Everyone was extremely helpful and respectful, and they played a big role in making my stay much better. Thanks to their efforts, what started with a few issues turned into a truly wonderful experience. Thank you all for your efforts and warm hospitality. I really appreciate everything you did, and I hope to visit you again soon!

The kids' club left a very pleasant impression. The staff is kind, attentive, and knows how to connect with children. Every day, engaging activities, games, creative activities, and a mini-disco ensure the children have a fun and exciting time. Thank you to the kids' club team for their care, warmth, and positive attitude. Parents can relax knowing their children are in good hands. It's staff like this that make family vacations even more comfortable and memorable. We'll be happy to return!
