Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Sahl Hasheesh

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Egypt! We stayed for one week and honestly enjoyed every moment of it. The location was perfect, right next to the beach, and the swimming pool was also beautiful and very enjoyable. The all-inclusive option was excellent, with a great variety of food and drinks throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel comfortable from the very first day and were always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly had a wonderful holiday and left with beautiful memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back again The animation at this hotel was perfect

Good stay. The hotel staff spared no effort to make my family stay pleasant. The hotel was fully booked but despite that we didn't notice that services were affected by that. The food was of top quality and variety and were never out of food. The cleanliness was superb even with being crowded. The only point that I didn't like was the room space. I booked a family room which was way below my expectations. The room is so small, I can compare its space to a standard room for 2 (not family) in other hotels from my previous stays. This is the reason I didn't give this hotel the full mark.

The place is wonderful, and check-in took only 15 minutes. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly, from reception and room service to the staff in all the bars and restaurants. There was a great variety of snacks and drinks. The main restaurant has a wonderful sea view and a diverse menu. It was truly a lovely experience, and we would definitely visit again. A wonderful and beautiful resort. The only problem is that there is no parking available for the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience at Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. There are plenty of relaxation areas, and the staff work continuously to keep the property spotless. The attention to cleanliness is evident every day, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the resort. The food is excellent and offers a wide variety of choices. There is something for everyone, and the quality of the meals is consistently high. The bar staff are friendly and helpful; however, I would like to make a special mention of Darby. The 5-star service that the bar provided was largely thanks to him. He was the kind of employee who truly made a difference. He remembered guests' orders without being reminded, anticipated what people needed, always had a smile on his face, made everyone laugh, and spoke excellent English. Since Darby left, the bar service is still good, but it no longer feels exceptional. If I had rated the bar while he was here, it would have easily deserved 5 stars. Now, I would rate it closer to 4 stars. His departure is, in my opinion, a significant loss for the resort because he was one of those rare employees who genuinely enhanced the guest experience. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and excellent food. However, I hope the management can maintain the high standard of service that employees like Darby helped create and represent so well.
