The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The animation team was amazing—they were very professional, friendly, and put on more than one show every night. They made our stay much more enjoyable, and I would definitely give them 10/10. The only average thing about the hotel was the food. There wasn't much variety, and the taste was just okay. Other than that, everything else was great.
Very nice to stay in this hotel. Room very clean Food is tasty and many varieties available. Staff is helpful. Gardens is more than beautiful . Except the beach. It's very nice and clean 👌 but for the one who is looking for snorkeling will not be suitable .
I’m very satisfied with the hotel it is well-equipped, comfortable, and offers many ways to spend time. There are plenty of places for walking and lots of activities, such as the aquapark, chess, a gaming room (we didn’t use it, but it looks really nice), and paddle.It’s not crowded, you can easily find a place both on the beach and by the pool at any time of the day.The rooms are clean, not very modern but still in good condition. The staff is very friendly, both at the reception, as well as the cleaning staff and bar employees. We had a small issue with the internet, but it was resolved quickly and without any problems, which we really appreciate.Tomorrow is our last day, and I hope I won’t have to change my opinion.
We recently stayed at Golden beach resort in april and may 2026. We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. It was better than we expected. We were a group of 18 all ages from 6 to 66 years young to old all enjoyed this trip. So much so we wanted to extend our stay. Very neat and clean hotel. Well maintIned. Friendly staff from reception mr Ali. A big Thank you to mrs Heba from geust relations. Took care of all our need making of bookings for our group as well as arrangements for 3 birthday parties in our group.food was amazing a large variety of dishes and desert. Grease restaurant open 24 /7. Wide choice of other fine dining restaurants. Italian. Seafood , Asian. Alladin for eastern meals all were suberb The hotel staff go out of the way to assist and please. We have been there for 4 nights. Room ( 970 ) last week of April 2026 - The Hotel upgraded our room as a present for us and made us some decorations inside. - Al-in-all the Hotel is Okay. Food looks and tests good, pools are nice. Reception guys are very helpful and friendly. - I was sick and they offered to send me the Hotel doctor to my room and that was so helpful. The only tiny issues they should work on it are: - The rooms need some maintenance. ( our closet and balcony door needed sone maintenance). - The green salad ( Gurke 🥒 ) was not washed well and made me hard diarrhea. - The pools were full of guests from 7:00 am, and no way to find a space for you after that, also most of the guests leaves their towels on the chairs to reserve the seats, and that should be controlled by the pool service guys. ( so basically from 7:00 to 14:00 noway to find space for you ). - There were no heated pool, they should have mentioned at the booking process if it’s not working! - The restaurant guys treating you in a way forcing you to pay them Tips!!. - the Hotel theater was making loud noises from 20:30 till almost ~ 23:00. - there is no in-room Dining! Finally for it’s price I would say it’s the best quality you can get with that price.
