I had a wonderful stay at Elysees Hotel in Hurghada. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and it is a very nice place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Egypt. A special highlight of my stay was definitely the entertainment team. They are absolutely amazing! They bring so much energy, fun and positivity every day, always making sure that guests are enjoying themselves. The activities are entertaining, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the team really knows how to make everyone smile and feel included. The evening entertainment is especially enjoyable, with great shows and a lively atmosphere. The entertainment team works very hard and you can really see their passion and dedication. They made my holiday much more memorable. I would definitely recommend Elysees Hotel Hurghada, especially because of the incredible entertainment team. They are truly one of the best parts of the hotel!

Great hotel and a very nice experience from start to finish. The room was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent. A special mention goes to the amazing animators. They were so friendly, funny and full of positive energy. There were always activities and something interesting going on, and they really made our holiday more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

I would especially like to thank the reception team led by Mr. Mustafa for their professionalism, kindness, and readiness to assist whenever needed. Their warm welcome made me feel at home from the very first moment. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping staff. The room was always impeccably clean and well maintained, and their hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Their dedication contributed greatly to the comfort of my stay. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and it is clear that the entire team takes great pride in providing guests with a wonderful experience. I would gladly stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay. Very disappointing experience, locals deserve better I was honestly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. As an Egyptian guest, I often felt that local guests were treated as less important than foreign tourists. The biggest issue was with the activities. While sitting at the beach, I repeatedly noticed the activity staff approaching and giving much more attention to foreign guests, while Egyptian guests were often ignored. It created a very uncomfortable feeling that the activities and attention were mainly reserved for foreigners. Everyone staying at the hotel is a paying guest and deserves the same level of respect and attention, regardless of nationality. Unfortunately, the food was another disappointment. It was very average, with not much variety or anything particularly exciting, and the same options seemed to be repeated every day. The rooms also need improvement. The TV barely worked, and the Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, working properly only around the reception area and not where guests actually needed it. Overall, what bothered me most wasn’t just the facilities, it was the feeling of being treated differently because I was Egyptian. A hotel should make all of its guests feel welcome and respected, not make local guests feel like they matter less than foreigners. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on providing the same level of service, attention, and respect to every guest.
