The place was super nice , perfect for long weekends and relaxing vacations. Rooms are very clean, and the animation people were extremely nice. The food was really good and the chefs were really cooperative as y wife is gluten-intolerant, and they manage every meal to provide gluten free food. Soft drinks were available at the bars all the time ❤️ Totally recommended for anyone coming to Marsa-Allam.
A lovely resort for a family holiday. What I liked most was how comfortable and welcoming the atmosphere felt from the moment we arrived. The Aqua Park was excellent and gave the children plenty to enjoy, while the animation activities added a lot of energy and fun during the day. I also really appreciated the way the hotel team dealt with guests. Mr. Wael, the Operations Manager, deserves a special mention for being extremely kind, approachable, and helpful. His hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for, which is something you always remember after a vacation. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay with great memories for the whole family.
We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel! The food was excellent with a great variety of dishes. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The evening entertainment was fantastic, and the cocktails were delicious. The only downside was that the hotel is quite far from the airport, so the transfer took a long time. Apart from that, everything was amazing, and we had a truly enjoyable holiday. Highly recommended!

We went as a family of four and got two rooms near the pool. The resort is enormous, to the point that they separated the area into three different hotels. We went to Akassia Swiss Resort. The hotel has lots of pools everywhere, each with its own style. There's the one with waves that was really fun and enjoyable. A second one, which is Olympic-sized, is ideal for swimming, and lastly, one that is beautiful and is more of a chilling area. The beach was exceptional with multiple jetties to go directly deep into the sea. Lots of beautiful fish! We saw Nemo, Dory, some puffer fish, and lots of different kinds. Lifeguards are always helpful too. The restaurant had a good variety of food, desserts, and beverages. A very lively animation team at night too, with different shows. We went in on a busy period for the hotel, with it being at around 98% occupancy, and still felt like everything was great with good quality standards. Highly recommend 👌
