Haitham khaled went above and beyond at bar area and was very friendly. All staff couldn't do enough for you and made us feel really welcome. All the staff work super hard. Rooms were a little dated but very clean, cleaners worked hard every day. Hotel was spotless and smells beautiful and fresh in the lobby area. Hotel is out the way to anywhere so we just stuck to the complex. Which we didn't mind as its a nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay many thanks!

A hotel with potential, but service needs improvement The hotel is clean, and the rooms in the newer section are definitely worthy of 5 stars. Unfortunately, the older section is a completely different story and, in my opinion, deserves no more than 2 stars. The animation team does their best to put on enjoyable evening shows, and their efforts are appreciated. However, the biggest disappointment is the reception staff, particularly one gentleman who seems to work there every day. He is unfriendly, unwelcoming and makes even simple requests, such as exchanging money, unnecessarily difficult. The reception is the first point of contact for guests, and this first impression matters a lot. A smile, a friendly attitude and a willingness to help should be basic standards, especially in a hotel of this category. Unfortunately, this kind of attitude can spoil the overall impression of the hotel, regardless of how beautiful the rooms or surroundings are. Amwaj Beach Club has the potential to offer a wonderful holiday experience, but the quality of customer service, especially at reception, needs serious improvement. Guests should feel welcome from the very first moment they arrive.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There were a few minor issues, such as problems with the door opening, some broken electrical outlets, and a few aggressive guests, but overall these did not take away from our experience. The staff were very friendly and always made an effort to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The reception team was especially helpful, and whenever we had an issue, they resolved it quickly. The food was great, and we especially loved the Oriental Night, which offered a wide selection of Egyptian dishes. There was plenty of variety overall, from fresh fruit and salads to hot dishes and different types of meat, so there was always something to choose from. The Greek special restaurant was a little disappointing because it was self-service, which we were not informed about beforehand. The Lebanese restaurant, on the other hand, was amazing and highly recommended. Overall, we found the hotel to be very good value for the price. There is a lot included in the stay, such as evening shows, a kids' club, morning stretching and yoga, and various games and activities organized by the animation team. A few tips for future guests: - If you are a foreign visitor with a sensitive stomach, be prepared for the possibility of food poisoning. I did not drink tap water or use ice, but unfortunately my stomach is quite sensitive and I still experienced some stomach problems. - If you want to avoid long queues and a messier atmosphere at Soprano, the main restaurant, I recommend going to breakfast, lunch, and dinner closer to the beginning of the serving time. - Many people at the hotel speak English and Russian, so communication is generally easy. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would consider coming back.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hurghada. Although it’s a bit away from the city center, that’s actually one of its biggest advantages. The location is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect if you’re looking to unwind away from the crowds. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well maintained. From the rooms to the gardens and swimming pools, everything is taken care of with great attention to detail. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The entertainment team deserves a special mention. The daily activities and evening shows are fun, varied, and suitable for everyone. The atmosphere is lively without ever feeling overwhelming, so there’s always something to enjoy whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a family. The facilities are excellent, the pools are fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is warm and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hurghada. It’s outstanding value for money, and we would definitely come back!
