From the beginning, everything was organized professionally. The service was reliable, the communication was smooth, and the drivers were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. We really appreciated the punctuality, comfortable and clean vehicles, and the attention given to making every journey safe and enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the friendly attitude and personal attention. It made getting around Marsa Alam so much easier and more comfortable. I would like to leave this review as a recommendation / warning for the future guests of the Amarina Jannah Resort. I had a very pleasant stay at Amarina Jannah Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout my holiday. On the last day of my holiday, I got into difficulty while swimming because of the strong waves. Thankfully, the rescue team reacted quickly and professionally. Special thanks to *Mahmoud Elsaid* and the entire lifeguard team for helping me and ensuring I was safe. I would also like to mention the hotel clinic, *Elite Plus Clinics – Dr. Hossam* , where I received professional medical care after the incident. The clinic works with European travel insurance companies, and my treatment was fully covered by my insurance. The only area that could be improved is the food, as some dishes were occasionally overcooked. Overall, I had a positive experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back again. The snorkeling experience was absolutely amazing — the beach and water were incredibly clear, making it easy to see colorful fish and beautiful marine life right from the shore. The beach itself was very clean and relaxing, and we especially appreciated the free beach umbrellas that made spending the day by the sea even more comfortable. The hotel gardens were stunning and very well maintained, filled with beautiful roses and many other kinds of flowers that created a peaceful and charming atmosphere throughout the resort. There were also several different swimming pools to choose from, which was perfect for both relaxing and family activities. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food offered enough variety every day, and we particularly enjoyed the tasty Arabic biscuits and local desserts. Our villa-style room was another highlight of the stay. The village-style layout gave the resort a cozy and unique feeling, offering both comfort and privacy. There is also aqua park for adults and children, which makes the kid happy and while u can enjoy the sunshine. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday experience with beautiful surroundings, great service, and excellent snorkeling.

The hotel is really beautiful, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the food is simply perfect. A very special thank you to Mohammed. We already stayed here 2 Weeks last February with our family, and this year we came back again. also because of him. He is always helpful, friendly, and his service is truly outstanding.
