Albatros Makadi Resort

We had a wonderful stay at this very beautiful hotel and enjoyed it very much. The service was top-notch and absolutely excellent. We especially loved the layout concept with the pools located right behind each building. It was fantastic that staff regularly came by the pool to ask for drink orders and bring them directly to us. A special thanks goes to Cherry from guest relations and to our room cleaner, who both took great care of us. We felt very well looked after!

We traveled here with the family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! 🌟 Everything was spotless ✨, and the staff was so friendly and always eager to help with whatever we needed 🤗. ​I truly have to mention the guys at our pool 🏊‍♂️—they were so warm and attentive that I can honestly say our experience wouldn't have been the same without them ❤️. Zoro ☺️ and Boro ☺️ showed complete professionalism, took fantastic care of their area 🏝️, and made sure we didn't lack a single thing! 🙌 ​A special thanks as well to the housekeeper who took such great care of our rooms (3212 and 3211) every single day 🧹🧼. We have been staying at this hotel for the second year in a row. We are currently staying in room 2244, and Mr. Kamel Said takes care of keeping our room clean. He is very kind, always smiling, and does his job very well. We are often greeted with lovely surprises, such as a heart made out of towels. The hotel is wonderful, the food is delicious, and it is even better than last year (although it was already very tasty then). All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back here again next year!

From the very first moment until the end of our trip, we felt incredibly pampered and well taken care of. The check-in process was remarkably fast and smooth, and we were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to a wonderful family room. The cleanliness of the entire hotel is absolutely spotless and commendable. What truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff. Every single team member goes above and beyond to ensure guests are happy. A special and heartfelt thanks to **Mr. Nabil Nageh** at the reception, who was in touch and incredibly helpful even before our arrival and throughout our entire stay. He anticipated our needs before we even asked and even managed to book us a table at the Steakhouse restaurant, although it wasn’t included in our original booking package—that was a wonderful gesture! Also, a big thank you to **Mr. Ahmed Masoud** for his professional support during check-in. The hospitality didn't stop there; the lifeguard near my room (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) was amazing, and the waitstaff and hostesses in all the restaurants were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. They never leave you sitting for a moment without making sure you have everything you need! 😂 This is not our first time staying at a Pickalbatros group property, but it is definitely not going to be our last time visiting this specific resort. I will surely miss the wonderful pampering and hospitality we experienced here. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our holiday so special!
