Booking a full-day tour was one of the best decisions of our time in Hue. The driver was great and picked us up and dropped us off right at each site. We didn’t have to wander in the heat trying to get to places. It made the day feel easy and we were able to see more without getting worn out. The car was very comfortable with strong AC and water. We added a guide for an extra $45 and I’m really glad we did. Austin was excellent. He really listened to our needs and wants and adjusted the timing at each site based on our energy and interest. My daughter is a big coffee fan and he made sure she could get drinks along the way. He shared the history and culture of the places we saw and helped us understand what we were seeing. Each stop felt worthwhile and not rushed. Austin was very engaging, flexible and knowledgeable. The tour was definitely worth the money, especially with the guide. If you take this tour I highly recommend Austin. One thing to know is that the combo ticket for the sites is not included.
The tour is very nice to have an idea of Vietnamese history and its former Capital Hue. Our guide Austin was very knowledgeable and friendly. He accomodated our requests that were off the tour such as coffee (excellent btw) in between the sights.

Nam was an amazing guide - he knew so much about local history and always had a smile on his face. The van was super comfy and cool, which was perfect on a hot 37° day. The trip felt easy and not rushed. Nam even stopped so we could enjoy the view of the Perfume River and took some nice photos for us. If you want a fun and flexible tour around Hue’s tombs and pagodas, I highly recommend this one!

Hue has a lot of attractions, and the tour for customers to choose the points is the right decision. We chose 5 out of 8 optional tourist attractions in Hue. This meets the needs of customers and does not force them to follow the available schedule. Our driver, Long made the trip very interesting. He told us many interesting facts about the places we visited and spoke very good English, making communication easy. Great trip and value for money.
We had a great day visiting five spots with our driver, Leio. Both he and the tour company confirmed everything in advance, making the trip smooth. Our guide, Trung, was knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, and patiently answered all our questions. He was attentive and even took us to a great lunch spot. Everything was clear and professional - just the way I like it!
Now that my husband and I are old, we have booked a private car to go slowly, we can still visit all the places we planned. Long is a good driver and always smiling. The restaurant he introduced is also really delicious and cheap; if we had chosen it ourselves, we would not have found it. During the trip, he shared a lot of interesting information about Hue. Our driver was Mr. Hoang and although he spoke little English he was great to spend the day with. He never rushed us and was always waiting for us when we were done. He recommended an amazing lunch and took us there. The tour had listed 7 locations but we were pressed to see 5. It is no fault of the driver but the 7 sites they list can be seen only if you rush through them. I would recommend a guide to help you. The Citidel is huge and it is easy to get lost exploring it, which is great if you have the time. Our driver was eager to ensure we always were happy and comfortable. Would recommend if you only want a driver. He is safe, clean and friendly
Loi was our lovely driver for the day. He was so kind and willing. He took heaps of photos of the two of us (always nice) and shared his local knowledge freely. He was a really safe driver, and we'd recommend him highly. We were only in Hue for a day, so this 7-spot itinerary was just what we needed to cover Hue's highlights. NB we were very interested in the Imperial City, and as this itinerary doesn't include a guide at the tombs or Citadel, we also booked a separate tour for that which Loi made sure we reached on time. Apparently the tour company could have organised that for us, but we didn't know it at the time. 10/10, thanks Loi!
Loi (Ben) showed us around the beautiful city of Hue. My wife and I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend using Loi. He speaks good English and is able to comment on all of the sites.
I picked this tour because it offered the additional stops with the bridge and Dong Ba market. Our tour driver An was excellent, I would book another tour with him. He also gave great lunch recommendations (we had delicious Nem Lui and Bun Cuon) near the Thien Mu Pagoda. The car was also very nice! Best way to view all of Hue in one day.

We stayed only one day in Hue and this tour is ideal for this type of case. We chose the sites we wanted to visit and the Hue Tours and Transfers team planned the stops in the most optimal way. Ly, our driver, was very punctual and attentive. It was a very hot day and he worried that we were okay, giving us cold water repeatedly. He also took us to a very nice viewpoint at no extra cost and recommended places to eat
