Hue To Hoi An Or Hoi An To Hue Including Marble Mountains

It was supposed to be with an English speaking driver. It wasn’t . The pick up was 40 minutes late . The driver had no water we had to stop and the water was not cold then there were ants in the car and boot. This was not a tour it was a taxi ride and not even a good one

Wonderful trip! Marble Hills, breathtaking - but be ready for lots of climbing. The tour operator was easy to communicate with, so everything went smoothly. Our driver, Thong/Thomas was great! Prompt, courteous, considerate and made the ride much more enjoyable with good conversation. We loved the lunch stopover by the beach!

We set up this tour and needed assistance to make it happen smoothly. Tham did an amazing job in helping us get this done and was quick and helpful with replies. Our driver , Den, was outstanding. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a great time on our tour of Da Nang and Hoi An. The care was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

This was great. The driver stopped anywhere he thought I would like a picture once he noticed my camera. While I wouldn’t say he was English speaking, we were able to communicate easily with google translate and he was very friendly. His driving was excellent and this was a great way to get from Hue to Hoi An.

This day trip was wonderful ! David our driver is very friendly, helpful and helped us with everything along the way. He even told us a bit about the history of the different sites. I would 100% recommend

David was our driver for a one day trip with several activities. He was very nice and polite and on time. We also felt very safe in the car, he drives very well and explains and share about Vietnam, the regions, names and meaning. We learnt a lot and saw breathtaking landscapes. It was also such a gain of time because thanks to his relations we could have fast path to activities and the thing that having a car without worrying about parking is a great relief. We definitely recommend 100% BNT and David that has been so kind with us discreet and let us take our time and at the same time respecting all the delays. Thanks again :) we appreciate that trip!

We can easily recommend. It was possible to add some additional stops, so we chose to visit An Bang Cemetery and Lady Buddha. The ride was smooth and the driver was friendly.

We used BNT for two tours ….Hue City your and then Hue to Hoi An through Marble Mountain. Shang our guide and Lien our driver were excellent. They could not do enough for us. Dealing with BNT from start to finish was easy and thoroughly professional. My daughter cut the Hue City visit short and driver was happy to drive her to the hotel while we went to the citadel. BNT offered a discount without us asking as we were one person less ! The tours are informative and tailored to our needs, we thoroughly enjoyed them. The restaurant suggestion in Da Nang was spot on. In short we loved all of it and could not not thank the BNT team enough !!

Lovely hotel - excellent air conditioned restaurant for lunch with amazing food. Rooms are beautiful. Right next to the Citadel. A few minutes by taxi into the centre of town. Very friendly staff

We arranged a transfer with stops between Hoi An and Hue. This included a stop at My Son, the Hai Van Pass and the lagoon for lunch. The trip was customised easily to our own needs, communication was simple and quick, trip arranged just the day before and honestly everything was so smooth. We requested a relaxed drive and that is exactly what we got. We were collected and dropped at our accommodations and cost was clear and fair. The experience from start to finish was excellent. We travelled as a group of 4 making it very affordable. Payment was possible with a payment link. Overall great experience!

Wpuld highly recommend this company. If you are travelling from Hoi An to Hue or Hue to Hoi An, it is a great way to travel from one destination to another while getting the chance to see landmarks and tourist attractions on route. We stopped at Marble Mountain, Hoi van pass, the Lagoon and a beach. We were also able to add in Ba Na Hills to see the golden bridge and spend time around the amusement park which was also so enjoyable! Our driver Tung was extremely punctual, very helpful at each stop and patiently waited for us to explore at each stop as well as taking pictures and suggesting the best places to stop to see the best views! A really great way to travel, would highly recommend!

We took private car with BNT Travel from Hue to Hoi An mid February, with five stops on the way - An Bang cemetery, Lap An Lagoon, Lang Co Bay, Hai Van Pass and Marble Mountain. Of those stops, the first is amazing, second is basically lunch stop, third meh, fourth OK and the fifth definitely worthwhile. We were fortunate to get free upgrade from SUV to van for that trip! For four people plus luggage, and if it’s a fairly long drive, it’s probably worth spending a bit more for the “van”! Because they did a good job for us, we also used them for the drives from Saigon to Can Tho, and from Can Tho to Chau Doc! We stopped in at their office in Hue when we were having problems with another travel agency across the street (don’t go there, they are crooked), and were treated well by the helpful staff (particularly Ms Helen)! Definitely a good choice for private car service in Vietnam!

The trip from Hue to Hoi an was interesting, fun and my girlfriend and I learnt a lot about the culture of Vietnam whilst also enjoying the amazing views on the Hai van pass. The tour was great value for money and our guide Sam was very knowledgeable, friendly and made our trip a lot of fun. Couldn't recommend the tour Any more!

We had an amazing and day with Henry today. He showed us all the great sights we wouldn’t have seen without him. He was very informative, giving us lots of insight into the Vietnamese culture.

The booking process was very easy. After sending an email to book a trip Cheryl messaged me on WhatsApp and was able help me figure out which option would work best for us. The driver, Tim, arrived early and was waiting outside of our hotel for as soon as we were ready to leave. Great driver and had a good time talking with him throughout the trip. Left us with some great restaurant recommendations for our time in Hue as well Would definitely recommend this service.

We took this private option and were extremely happy we did after hearing from others of their nightmare trip via bus. We had a private driver (who waxjust excellent) pick us up right on time. He did s littke detour via our favorite coffee shop before we headed out of Hue (talk about awesome service!). Our stops were interesting and appropriate and we really enjoyed our stip af Marble Mountain. We arrived right on time at our hotel in Hoi An. I would thoroughly recommend this service.

We used BNT for a day tour in Hue and transfer to Hoi An by private car. We customized the itinerary to our needs. While in the US, I emailed with Helen whose English is excellent and who was very prompt in responding to me even during the Tet holiday ( thank you, Helen). The driver was punctual and arrived with a clean spacious car. His English was sufficient for our needs; he was not a guide. Payment could be in cash (dollars or dong) 3% is added if you use a credit card. This was clarified in advance. Overall, this is a professional, well-run business, I completely recommend them.

Kin picked us up on time for our trip from Hue to Hoi An. We had planned several destinations, but Kin also stopped on the side of the road, so we could take some pictures of the landscape. He was very patient and even pointed out the best places to take lovely pictures along the road. His English was not as good as promised by the company, but he was very nice and tried to keep up a nice conversation, describing the landscape.

Well worth the money, my driver John was very good and was very informative of all the tourist spots and spoke very good English. Had a very laid back ride after the night train. Highly recommend using this service!

Contacted them via their website to book a transfer from Hue to Hoi An. Quick responses, very professional staff. Our driver Kin was very kind and had good driving skills. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We stopped on the way at some beautiful spots to take photos. We were offered water and peanuts during the trip. Good service!

We had a lovely day travelling with our driver Dhuan. Smooth and safe ride with stops including Marble mountain, Hai Van pass, the lagoon and Lang Co beach. He was eager to practice English with us and we felt comfortable the whole time. Highly recommended!

5Star Experience. JOHN our Driver was excellent, great English and really friendly. Great flexibility, Anywhere we wanted to stop for photos on the trip was no problem. He was a really careful Driver and his BNT SUV was spotless. We would highly recommend using BNT for all your travel options in Vietnam. They organised all our airport transfers plus a Private Driver from Can Tho to Saigon, in addition to the Driver from Hue to Hoi An.

We had a great day traveling from Hue to Hoi an with Bi. We were deciding whether to do the journey by motorbike but we are very glad we booked with BTN Travel and went by car. The car was new and very comfatable inside. The stops along the way had a good range from traditional fishing village to French style theme park. We enjoyed each stop and most we would not have gone to if it was not for booking this trip. We would defiantly recommend this as a way of getting from Hue to Hoi An, particularly if the whether is as wet.

Our driver Bi picked us up on time at the agreed spot. Very safe and calm driver who can tell you anything you want to know about Vietnam. We stopped at some nice places for photos and of course Marble Mountain, which was very nice! Can fully recommend Bi and bnt travel for this excursion!

We had a private car one-way tour from Hue to Hoi An, also visiting My Son Sanctuary. The trip went very smoothly, we could stop for as much time as we needed. Our driver Kin was very punctual and helpful throughout the trip. The girls at BNT office were also very helpful and respinsive from the minute we booked the tour online. Highly recommended. It's a pity we did not have time to take other tours that BNT offers.

We have booked a daily journey towards Hoi An from London and the travel agent has been really supportive! During the day we stopped at Lap An Lagune, Lang Co Bay, Hai Van Pass, Golden bridge, Marble Mountain and Dragon bridge. Everything was organised perfectly and in perfect timing so that we have had enough time at each stop. A special mention to our super driver, Mr. Bo, who gave us a lot of useful information on the different places we have visited. We booked this originally just thinking it was a private transfer, but were pleasantly surprised by our tour guide Tim showing us multiple beautiful photo opportunities and landmarks along the way. She speaks and writes well in English, which is a big asset in Vietnam. She was positive and obliging. Very pleased with the experience. My driver, Tim, was great — informative, patient and he spoke good English. The drive was very pleasant and scenic, and I enjoyed the Marble Mountains (be prepared to walk / climb many steps on the mountains!)

Decided to use BNT instead of renting a motor bike last minute because the forecast called for rain. Couldn't be happier with the choice. Our driver Tien was very nice and knowledgeable giving us plenty of information along the way. Clean and comfortable car with pit stops anywhere we asked for pictures or food. Visited plenty of sites we wouldn't have otherwise seen in the same day. We even asked for a custom tour to visit more sites and BNT was very accommodating. Would recommend to others who want a stress free trip full of beautiful locations from Hue to Hoi An.

We use BNT Travel for a private transfer from Hue to Hoi An via Hai Van Pass. We shopped around and BNT was the cheapest and friendliest we dealt with. Mr. Bi was our driver and was driving a very new Toyota Vios. He spoke good English, and we had great conversation the whole way to Hoi An. Got to learn more about the culture and life. I would highly recommend Mr Bi and BNT travels.

Overall an excellent experience. They were able to accommodate our special requests for a reasonable fee. The booking process was easy. We were lucky to be traveling in a brand new car! Our tour guide Bi was very friendly, polite, talkative and happy to answer our questions, but also let us rest in the car in peace after each activity which was much appreciated. Very helpful and good English too. Made stops at some very nice spots to allow us to take some beautiful photos and even came and found us after we’d gotten lost after Marble Mountain. We booked a car and driver from Hue to Hoi An stopping at An Bang Cemetry, Lap An Lagoon, Lang Co Bay, Hai Van pass, Da Nang and Marble Mountain. Unfortunately I made a mistake and booked the wrong month and only realised on the morning of the trip. Helen our tour organiser dealt with my problem incredibly quickly and had arranged a new driver within a few minutes so we weren’t delayed in the slightest. Our driver Mr Thuan was friendly and helpful and gave us water, snacks and WiFi during the journey. I won’t hesitate in using them again.

My wife and I booked a private car from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I researched prices from multiple companies and BNT offered the best price. Also, I corresponded over FB Messenger which made things really easy and convenient (no calling necessary!). They were very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. I made a few adjustments to the standard tour and everything was easy. The actual trip itself was great. We unfortunately didn't have great weather, but our driver did his best to find the best spots along the Hai Van Pass. We customized our tour to take us to the following destinations: Marble Mountains, Hai Van Pass, Lang Co Beach, Thien Mu Pagoda, Citadel, Hien Long Bridge & Ben Hai River. We picked our own lunch spot in Hue that our driver took us to. We didn't feel rushed by our driver. The car was clean with belts and airbags. The driver drove very safely and spoke moderate English. We actually had some good conversations about life in Viet Nam with him which were really interesting. Private car isn't always the cheapest option (i.e. bus or train), but it was really convenient and allowed us to do a two-in-one transport - not only getting to our destination but also seeing a number of sights along the way, too. From that our perspective, we definitely felt like the car ride was worth it - especially, given the inclement weather and our baggage. Would highly recommend BNT travel and will definitely use these folks again for future trips to Viet Nam.

Our driver John was excellent. When he found out my wife had a sore neck he took us to a pharmacy and helped us to buy a pack for it. He has very good English and is very knowledgeable. He was helpful, clear about the schedule but willing to be flexible, and a good safe driver. Would definitely use John and BNT Travel again.
